Abstract

Perencanaan mutu, pengorganisasian mutu, pelaksanaan mutu dan evaluasi mutu program studi manajemen pendidikan Islam pascasarjana IAIN curup berbasis Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi (IAPS) LAMDIK sesuai dengan pemahaman dan pelaksanaan mutu yaitu ukuran kebaikan dan tingkat atau derajat kebaikan, keindahan yang sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan dan distandarkan dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan mencakup input, proses dan output atau produk, service, proses, orang dan lingkungan dalam rangka memuaskan harapan masyarakat. Mutu memiliki standar atau syarat kualitas yang didasarkan pada Akreditasi, memiliki beberapa kualifikasi: sesuai dengan spesifikasi; sesuai dengan maksud dan kegunaannya; tidak salah atau cacat; dan benar pada saat awal dan selamanya. Kualitas yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan masyarakat, mempunyai kualifikasi; memuaskan masyarakat; melebihi harapan masyarakat; dan mencerahkan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan mutu program studi manajemen pendidikan Islam berbasis Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi (IAPS) LAMDIK memberikan hasil masimal program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam memperoleh hasil Akreditasi Unggul di tahun 2023.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategies used by MA Ulul Albab to improve the learning of Tahfidz al-Qur'an. This research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques. Observation, Interview, and documentation. The research location is at Madrasah Aliyah Ulul Albab Lubuk Linggau. The research results explain that the strategy formulation carried out by MA Ulu Albab was the formulation of a vision and mission, formulation of school goals and objectives, and planning strategies for learning Al-Qur'an Tahfidz. The strategy evaluation carried out by MA Ulu Albab is context evaluation, evaluation, input, evaluation, process, and product evaluation. Context evaluation shows that the institution has clear goals in the Tahfidz learning program, the institution also provides adequate supervising teachers, for every ten students there is one teacher who guides the input evaluation shows that the institution already knows the students' abilities with the placement test, students who want to take The takhosus program must first test its capabilities to see if it can meet the memorization targets. The process evaluation shows that the suitability of learning time is considered good because it runs according to the planned schedule.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengorganisasian program Bina Pribadi Islami (BPI) dalam upaya membentuk sikap religius dan menjelaskan bentuk strategi dalam membentuk sikap religious siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat tiga tahapan, membentuk sikap religius. Tahapan pertama meliputi merinci, tugas dan pekerjaan, untuk mencapai tujuan yang akan dicapai. Tahapan kedua, melakukan pembagian terhadap sumber daya manusia yang terdapat dalam kegiatan BPI. Tahapan ketiga, melakukan pengembangan serta pengadaan mekanisme dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan BPI. Simpulan penelitian ini bahwa Pembentukan karakter religious juga dilakukan melalui upaya keteladanan, teguran dan arahan, mengkondisikan lingkungan sekolah bernuansa religius, pengintegrasian dalam mata pelajaran, dan pelaksanaan budaya sekolah. Abstract

Libraries play a crucial role in education and research in higher education institutions. In the digital era, technology and information systems have become essential to strengthen the role of libraries as efficient and effective information centers. However, studies on the application of technology and information systems in the context of libraries in Islamic higher education environments are still limited. This research aims to explore the availability and application of technology and information systems in library services at the Curup State Islamic Institute (IAIN). The focus is to analyze the profile of available technology and information systems and the extent to which they are utilized in improving the quality of library services. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, in-depth interviews, field recording, visual documentation and document analysis. Research subjects were selected using Random Sampling techniques, involving library users as informants. Data were analyzed descriptively-narratively to provide an in-depth picture of the condition of technology and information systems and their influence on the quality of library services. The research results show that the IAIN Curup Library UPT has adequate technological facilities and information systems, such as computers, internet networks, attendance information systems, and the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). Users feel the effectiveness and efficiency of library services, although there are still needs for improvement, such as digitizing collections and optimizing the library management system. Technology integration has had a positive impact on library management efficiency and user experience at IAIN Curup

Abstract

This research seeks to find out about the transformational leadership of school principals in implementing the independent curriculum in schools. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Seberang Musi Kepahiang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research object was the principal and stakeholders at SMP Negeri 2 Seberang Musi. Data collection used was through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of his research show that: a) the principal's transformational leadership is very optimal in building work enthusiasm and providing high motivation for school resources so that they are ready to implement the independent curriculum effectively, b) the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 2 Seberang Musi Kepahiang has developed effectively, structured and optimal, c) parents and the community work together in implementing the independent curriculum in schools. The research results can be applied to educational institutions that are characterized as Institutions with a Commitment to Educational Transformation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method on the academic performance of senior high school students. With the increasing demand for innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and achievement, this research focuses on a public senior high school in Jakarta, Indonesia. The research utilized a qualitative case study approach involving 11 students and 5 teachers as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to identify key patterns and insights. The findings revealed that the PjBL method significantly fostered students' critical thinking skills, collaboration, and intrinsic motivation, all of which contributed to improved academic performance. Teachers' involvement in project design, as well as the availability of adequate learning resources, were identified as crucial factors in the successful implementation of PjBL. This study suggests that when implemented with thoughtful planning and sufficient support, PjBL can be a highly effective approach for enhancing student outcomes. The research contributes to the growing body of evidence supporting the integration of PjBL in the classroom and underscores its potential as a strategy to address academic challenges in senior high schools.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of Islamic education service marketing and its implementation in Rejang Lebong Regency, which faces challenges in managing and marketing education. By integrating Sharia values such as honesty, benefit, and sustainability, modern marketing strategies are applied to enhance the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative approach through literature review and field observation. The findings reveal that utilizing social media as a promotional tool increases outreach by 30%, while flagship services such as Quran memorization programs and curricula integrating modern Islamic values have boosted student enrollment by 40% over the past two years. Major challenges include limited funding and human resources proficient in Sharia-based and digital marketing. Identified solutions include staff training and optimizing local resources, such as alumni networks. The article concludes that combining Sharia principles, modern marketing strategies, and innovative educational programs is crucial for the sustainability and competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions in the era of globalization. These findings contribute both practical and theoretical insights to the development of Islamic education management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of the concept of religious moderation at IAIN Curup based on the perspectives of the academic community, religious leaders and community leaders of Rejang Lebong. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted in October 2021 with research instruments in the form of questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and interview sheets. The population taken in this study is the entire academic community of IAIN Curup and all religious and community leaders of Rejang Lebong. From the entire population, a sample of 200 people who are the academic community and 22 people who are religious leaders and community leaders of Rejang Lebong are taken. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the concept of religious moderation in IAIN Curup is returned to their respective lecturers through course licensing, maybe not 100% but the concept of religious moderation at IAIN Curup is still being pursued. Empirical experience of religious moderation at IAIN Curup has been felt starting from internal activities on campus as well as external activities in collaboration with parties outside the campus. The first strategy for implementing religious moderation in IAIN Curup is licensing in certain subjects and lecturer workshops, research on religious moderation, and thematic Community Service and Community Service. The understanding of religious moderation from the academic community, community leaders and religious leaders of Rejang Lebong is good. The direction of developing religious moderation within IAIN Curup by making activities from Real Work Lectures (KKN), lectures, research and others has the aim of leading to religious moderation. For further research on the construction of religious moderation in the IAIN Curup environment, it can be taken from even more perspectives.

Abstract

Islamic education has a significant role in shaping the character and morality of future generations. In facing the challenges of globalization, integration between quality management and Islamic values becomes relevant to ensure holistic educational quality. This research aims to reveal the concept of integration between quality management and Islamic values in education, with a focus on MIS GUPPI 13 Tasik Malaya Village, Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research informants consisted of teaching staff, students and parents at MIS GUPPI 13. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data were analyzed inductively to identify patterns of findings. The research results show that the integration of quality management and Islamic values at MIS GUPPI 13 Tasik Malaya Village, Rejang Lebong, creates a holistic educational environment. The curriculum, which is prepared by taking into account Islamic values as a philosophical basis, has succeeded in producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also have noble character. This integration has a positive impact on the formation of student character and positive contributions to the surrounding community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause low motivation to learn IAIN Curup students, especially in the fourth semester Islamic Education Study Program. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method, data collected from observations, documentation and interviews with 30 respondents . The results of the study found 3 important parts that affect student interest in learning, namely the preparation and planning of learning by students and lecturers; secondly the evaluation of lecture implementation and thirdly the lecture obstacles experienced by students. There are several factors that cause students to have low motivation to learn, namely: 1) economic factors, which cause a lack of concentration in learning, because they require them to work while in college, 2) alumni absorption factors in low employment, making students doubt the future after becoming undergraduate, 3) the educational background factors of the majority of students from public schools, causing difficulties in attending Islamic-based courses. Conclusions, It needs careful planning in preparing the curriculum, Implementation of the curriculum is really done, Need to increase student motivation, evaluation and assessment of students is really carried out according to existing provisions, Obstacles experienced in each implementation of the task is not something to be avoided but he was demanded to find a solution so that the next process is not hampered.
