Abstract

Abstract : Learning is an activity that involves a process for individuals to achieve behavioral changes through experiences from interactions with their environment. This research aims to improve learning outcomes in fiqh subjects at MTsN 15 Jombang by applying direct lecture and group discussion methods. The research subjects were teachers who used discussion and lecture learning models. This research uses a qualitative approach and observation methods. Data was collected from interviews with fiqh subject teachers and observations at MTsN 15 Jombang. The data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Science Olympiad activities are a routine agenda organized by various educational institutions, including the Ministry of Religion, which organizes Science Olympiads as part of the Madrasah Science Competition. The policy of adding integrated Arabic, Islamic Education and English is a challenge in itself in this competition. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Jombang is a school that actively participates in the Science Olympiad competition considering that the quality and achievements of non-academic activities in educational institutions are currently one of the special assessments of the relevant community includes the quality of education. The aim of this Olympic mentoring program is to provide provisions to improve students’ competence in participating in the Olympics. Mentoring activities carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The results of this mentoring include several aspects, academically, namely increasing understanding of material, mastery of competition techniques and strategies, increasing academic achievement, while non-academic results include: Increasing interest in Arabic, Improved soft skills, time management abilities and increased collaboration between teachers and students. With these results, the mentoring program not only provides short-term benefits in the form of achievements, but also long-term positive impacts for students, madrasas and society.

Abstract

Abstract This research delineates the practice of determining dui papenre' in Bugis customary marriages in Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan. Dui papenre' is a financial contribution required from the prospective husband for the wedding ceremony, with a relatively high amount. The determination is made by the family of the prospective wife, based on considerations such as the prices of basic commodities, family social status, and the education level of the prospective wife. Its impacts involve marriage postponements, cancellations, and additional burdens for married couples. Nevertheless, this practice also reflects the preservation of family status and honor, especially for the female party, in accordance with prevailing customary traditions. This study explores the social and cultural implications of dui papenre' determination and provides insights into the dynamics of marital relationships in Bugis communities in South Kalimantan. Keywords : Determination, Dui Papenre', Marriage, Bugis Tribe, South Kalimantan Abstrak Penelitian ini menggambarkan praktik penentuan dui papenre’ dalam perkawinan adat Suku Bugis di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan. Dui papenre’ merupakan kontribusi finansial yang harus disiapkan oleh calon suami untuk penyelenggaraan pesta perkawinan, dengan nominal yang relatif tinggi. Penentuan ini dilakukan oleh pihak keluarga calon isteri, berdasarkan pertimbangan harga bahan pokok, status sosial keluarga, dan pendidikan calon isteri. Dampaknya melibatkan penundaan perkawinan, pembatalan, serta beban tambahan bagi pasangan yang telah menikah. Meski demikian, praktik ini juga mencerminkan pemeliharaan status dan kehormatan keluarga, terutama bagi pihak perempuan, sesuai dengan tradisi adat yang berlaku. Studi ini mengeksplorasi implikasi sosial dan budaya dari penentuan dui papenre’ dan memberikan wawasan terhadap dinamika hubungan perkawinan dalam masyarakat Suku Bugis di Kalimantan Selatan. Abstract

Learning activities are closely related to the process of seeking knowledge. This activity is very important to be carried out in human life, because humans develop knowledge and improve their lives through learning and learning. Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil alamien requires its people to always do education by learning. Indonesia, where the majority of the people are Muslim, adheres to the madzhab of Imam Syafi'ie. This is because the first Islamic religion to enter is Islam with the Syafi'ie madzhab so that the majority of da'wah for the spread of Islam in Indonesia is Islam with the Syafi'ie madzhab. then the emphasis on learning Islamic religious education should be on the madzhab of Imam Syafi'ie. one example is the study of the book At-Tadzhib fi Adillati Matan Al-Ghoyati wa At-Taqib, a book that teaches the law of Fiqh according to Imam Syafi'ie. The focus in this research is: 1) What is the learning strategy of the book at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating the law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung boarding school?, 2) How is the method of learning the book at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating the law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung boarding school?, 3) How is the evaluation of the study of the book at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung boarding school? To answer these problems, researchers use a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data acquisition in this study was obtained through observation, interview, and documentation which then the data analysis process in this study using data analysis from Miles Huberman, the validity of the data will be carried out in three steps, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation and holding membercheck. The results of this research are 1) The learning strategy of the book at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating the law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung uses a direct strategy 2) the method of learning the book at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating the law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung uses the weton/sorogan method, lectures, and questions and answers 3) evaluation of the learning of the book of at-tadzhib fi al-ghoyati wa at-taqrib in accommodating the law of fiqh to students at As-Shofa Jubung two kinds of tests, namely formative and sumtive tests.
