Abstract

The housing licensing administration process often faces challenges in the form of complex bureaucracy, long processing times, and lack of information integration between systems. This research aims to integrate the legal information system with the housing licensing process to improve administrative efficiency. By utilizing integrated information system technology, this research develops a platform that allows the synchronization of legal data related to housing regulations with licensing mechanisms. The methodology used includes needs analysis, system design, and efficiency evaluation through implementation case studies. The results of the study show that system integration is able to reduce processing time, improve data accuracy, and speed up decision-making. These findings are expected to make a significant contribution to optimizing the governance of housing licensing and encouraging transparency and accountability in public administration.

Abstract

The development of information technology provides an opportunity to create innovation in the world of education, especially in supporting the calculation process that is often carried out by teachers, students, and education personnel. One solution that can be implemented is the development of the "Smart Calculator" application based on Visual Basic 6.0. This application is designed to provide special features that can help calculate average values, simple statistical data analysis, and automatic value conversion. This community service activity aims to implement the Smart Calculator application as a practical and efficient tool in improving the quality of the learning process and education management. The methods used include user needs analysis, software development, application usage training for teachers and students, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the application in an educational environment. The results of the activity show that the Smart Calculator application provides significant benefits in facilitating administrative work and supporting the teaching and learning process. With a simple and user-friendly interface design, this application has succeeded in increasing calculation efficiency by up to 50% compared to manual methods. Through this activity, it is hoped that the Smart Calculator application can be widely adopted as an innovative solution in supporting the world of education.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know how big the role of the auditor is in raising awareness of the application of sustainability reporting and the extent to which information is disclosed on the aspects of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Several previous studies were used as objects reviewed. The result underscores the multifaceted contributions of internal auditors, ranging from providing assurance on ESG disclosures and conducting due diligence on business partners to engaging in consulting activities and fostering a sustainable supply chain. This practice emphasizes that ESG-related expertise within Internal Audit Functions (IAFs) is crucial for promoting ESG maturity and effective reporting. Collaboration between internal and external auditors is vital to maintain independence and objectivity, ensuring the quality and reliability of ESG-related information. The trend of integrating ESG considerations into audit processes aligns with the broader global shift toward responsible business practices, and it positions internal auditors as valuable contributors to corporate governance and stakeholder trust. As ESG gains prominence, the internal auditor's ability to navigate the complexities of ESG metrics and controls becomes a competitive advantage, reinforcing their role as a key player in achieving sustainable and responsible business outcomes.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the quality of thematic-based Qur’an learning in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT) in Pekanbaru, focusing on the aspects of lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation by teachers. Method: The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis at three SDITs in Pekanbaru and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Result: The findings indicate that thematic-based Qur’an learning has a positive impact on students’ active engagement in the learning process as well as on their moral and spiritual development. Students become more enthusiastic, actively participate in thematic discussions, and demonstrate improved religious behavior such as honesty, responsibility, and social awareness. Theoretically, the findings enrich the discourse on pedagogical innovation based on Qur’anic values, while practically, they serve as a reference for Islamic schools in enhancing teacher competence, providing learning media, and designing balanced evaluations that address cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Conclusion: Overall, thematic-based Qur’an learning proves to be an innovative model that not only improves academic quality but also fosters strong Qur’anic character among students.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah banyak mengalami kemajuan. Salah satuperkembangan dalam teknologi informasi yang bisa diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan ataupuninstansi adalah penerapan digitalisasi dokumen kantor. Penerapan digitalisasi dokumen kantorbertujuan untuk mempermudah dan memperlancar pengelolaan data dan membantu penyimpanandokumen secara digital. Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman dokumen /surat, PT. Mandiri utama finance cabang Palembang memiliki beberapa kekurangan didalamsistem pengiriman surat Adapun permasalahannya adalah pencatatan trasanksi secara manual membutuhkan waktu lama Tingkat akurasi atau keterllitihan yang retan terhadap human error atau keselahan manusia dan timbulnya peluang manipulasi data pengiriman dokumen pada tanda terima manual .Berdasarkan masalah tersebut,dirancanglah sebuah sistem aplikasi tanda terima berkas onlinedigital di PT mandiri utama finance palembang berbasis aplikasi Android dan Desktop Perancangan sistem ini sekaligus menggantikan proses manual dengan proses yang terkomputerisasi. Rancangan aplikasi ini menyediakan suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan dokumen masuk dankeluar. Aplikasi di implementasikan pada server pengguna sebagai penginfutan dan proses tanda terima digital perancangan aplikasi ini dapat mengelola dokumen secara terkomputerisasi sehingga terjadi penghematan waktu dalamproses pengelolaan dokumen dan mencegah manipulasi dalam pengiriman dokumen sertamemberikan laporan dokumen yang telah terkirim secara periodik dan melakukan penyimpanandokumen tanda terima digital untuk waktu yang lebih lama (tersimpan dalam basis data )

Abstract

Kemandirian pangan telah menjadi salah satu isu krusial di Indonesia, terutama dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan ketahanan pangan di masa depan. Yayasan Al-Muhlishin Pakem, Bondowoso, merupakan lembaga sosial yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Sebagai yayasan yang berorientasi pada kemandirian masyarakat, mereka menghadapi beberapa tantangan utama, terutama dalam hal ketahanan pangan dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Program Pelatihan dan Implementasi Mini Minaponik untuk Meningkat- kan Kemandirian Pangan dan Pendapatan Yayasan Al-Muhlishin bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi pertanian modern yang ramah ling- kungan dan efisien, khususnya dalam hal mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan terbatas. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dan imple- mentasi sistem mini minaponik yang menggabungkan budidaya ikan dan tanaman dalam satu sistem siklus air tertutup. Pelatihan yang diadakan pada 28 Februari 2025 dan implementasi pada 16 Maret 2025 diikuti oleh delapan pengurus yayasan yang diberdayakan untuk memproduksi pangan secara mandiri. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan bantuan tambahan berupa PC baru dengan spesifikasi Core i7 untuk mendukung administrasi yayasan yang sebelumnya terganggu oleh perangkat lama. Hasil dari program ini meliputi peningkatan keterampilan teknis peserta dalam mengelola mini minaponik, pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah untuk produksi pangan, serta peningkatan kapasitas yayasan dalam mengelola administrasi. Pro- gram ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketahanan pangan lokal, peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, dan memperluas keberlanjutan program melalui replikasi di tingkat komunitas lainnya.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan mitra usaha Triococo melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi cocopeat, penguatan manajemen usaha, dan pengembangan pemasaran. Mitra sebelumnya menghadapi kendala dalam memproduksi cocopeat secara efisien akibat keterbatasan alat dan pengetahuan teknis. Melalui program ini, tim pengabdian Universitas Muhammadiyah (UNMUH) Jember memberikan bantuan pengadaan mesin pembuat cocopeat dengan mesin penggerak merek Tesla, yang dipilih karena keandalannya dan efisiensinya. Selain itu, mitra juga diberikan pelatihan teknis produksi cocopeat, manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra berhasil memproduksi cocopeat berkualitas dengan kemasan 5 kg yang dilengkapi label "Binaan UNMUH Jember". Label ini berfungsi sebagai media promosi dan pengakuan atas peran UNMUH Jember dalam memberdayakan mitra. Mitra juga telah mampu mengoperasikan mesin secara mandiri dan memahami seluruh proses produksi, mulai dari pengolahan sabut kelapa hingga pengemasan. Dampak positif yang dirasakan mitra antara lain peningkatan produktivitas, pendapatan, serta perluasan pasar. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat jangka pendek, tetapi juga memiliki potensi keberlanjutan melalui rencana diversifikasi produk dan pengembangan pasar. Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan peran aktif UNMUH Jember dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi.

Abstract

Risk management plays a crucial role in criminal investigation procedures, particularly in dealing with uncertainty and manipulation as depicted in the film The Manipulated. This study aims to systematically apply the ISO 31000 framework to analyze investigative risks depicted in the film The Manipulated. The research method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data collection was carried out through structured observation involving a minimum of three screenings of the film and document analysis, which aimed to identify risk elements in the operational, investigative, and interpersonal dimensions. Data were collected through structured observation and document analysis, for a holistic understanding of risk mitigation strategies. The results of the discussion identified crucial risks that interfere with investigator objectivity, namely the risk of data reliability, manipulation of physical evidence, and human risk due to psychological pressure. Recommended mitigation includes strengthening internal control of evidence and implementing risk control behavior (mental stability and objectivity), in accordance with the principles of risk treatment ISO 31000. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of risk management (identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation) is vital to controlling uncertainty and maintaining the integrity of the investigation. This film is effective as a learning medium that emphasizes the obligation of investigators to manage human factors and systematize processes so that decisions are taken accurately.
