Abstract

PT Patiware is one of KPN GRUP's subsidiaries engaged in oil palm plantation and palm oil processing. As a company that complies with the principles of good corporate governance and applicable regulations, namely Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2007 and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012, it is required to carry out CSR activities. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to determine the development of CSR programs at PT Patiware over the past three years. Data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews covering the following aspects: Resources, Bureaucratic Structure, Communication and Implementation Mechanism to determine the implementation of CSR strategies using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the SWOT strategy implemented according to the S-O (strengths - opportunities) model is to utilize all strengths to maximize opportunities. In 2021-2023, there were 35 CSR activities carried out by the company, of which 33 types or 94.28% were dominated by charity and 2 types or 5.72% by empowerment.

Abstract

Pengukuran produktivitas penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat produktivitas dari proses bisnis yang telah dijalankan oleh perusahaan, apakah terjadi peningkatan atau penurunan. Untuk pengukuran produktivitas parsial metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Objective Matrix (Omax) sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas produksi dapat mengunakan metode Traffic Light System (TLS). Oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan Metode Objective Matrix dan Traffic Light System (TLS) supaya dapat mengukur produktivitas dengan menilai hasil akhir pada setiap bagian perusahaan secara objektif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai indeks produktivitas terhadap performasi sebelumnya pada bulan Januari – Juni 2023 Tempe Asli Hidup Bahagia Pontianak dan Mengetahui faktor-faktor apasaja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas produksi Tempe Asli Hidup Bahagia Pontianak pada bulan Januari – Juni 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indeks produktivitas terhadap performasi sebelumnya kenaikan paling tinggi terjadi pada bulan April dengan nilai 31% dan penurunan paling rendah terjadi pada bulan Febuari dengan nilai -9%. Faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap penurunan produktivitas pada pada UMKM Tempe Asli Hidup Bahagia Pontianak adalah kriteria hari kerja karyawan, kriteria jam operasional mesin, kriteria bahan bakar kayu.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of the decline in FFB prices on oil palm and productivity on employee family welfare at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa. This research uses a quantitative approach with a casual associative research category which means there is cause and effect. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the effect of the decline in FFB prices on oil palm and productivity simultaneously on the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa, 2) to determine the effect of the decline in FFB prices on oil palm partially on the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa, and 3) to determine the effect of productivity partially on the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa. A total of 100 people consisting of employees and their families were used as research samples determined by the Slovin formula. This research data is primary data obtained directly from the first source either from individuals or individuals such as the results of filling out questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 29.0. The results of the research conducted showed that: 1) the decline in FFB prices and productivity simultaneously (together) and significantly affect the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa, 2) the decline in FFB prices partially (alone) and significantly affect the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa, and 3) productivity partially (alone) and significantly affect the welfare of employee families at PT Pundi Lahan Khatulistiwa.

Abstract

Indigenous peoples, especially the Dayak Kanayant tribe in West Kalimantan, play a key ecological role in protecting the environment for generations through local wisdom. The position of the community is sometimes marginalized and marginalized and even conflicts with oil palm plantation companies cannot be avoided. Many reports show that sometimes customary land rights are grabbed, resulting in agrarian conflicts that lead to violations that require legal action by the police and courts. Applied research entitled “Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) of Indigenous Peoples in Environmental Management in Landak Regency”. This research aims: to find out the local wisdom of Dayak indigenous peoples in managing the environment through TEK to support environmental sustainability in overcoming climate change and deforestation issues that occur in West Kalimantan. A survey research method with a case study model was used to achieve the research objectives. Data collection used the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results revealed that Dayak indigenous people have awareness and motivation in forest and environmental conservation activities in the norms and customary rules that apply in Landak Regency. Customary Forests are still considered sacred to the Dayak community so that they are highly preserved, the majority of people work by farming and planting. The traditional agricultural ceremony (bahuma) carried out by the Dayak Kanayan Community in Saham and Paloan Villages is a process from the initial farming activities to the activities of harvesting rice with wisdom and cultural heritage. Advice in this research is that there is a need for a regional regulation on the determination of sustainable agricultural land and an effort to protect the rights of indigenous peoples and customary land from the Regional Government of Landak Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor di PT. Bumi Pratama Khatulistiwa. Disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan dan nilai tambah ekonomi PT Sempoerna Agro Tbk yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) periode 2019-2023. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan dan metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan adalah Economic Value Added (EVA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui kinerja keuangan PT. Sempoerna Agro Tbk yang dapat dikatakan baik karena pihak manajemen telah mampu menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi dan memenuhi harapan para penyandang dana (EVA > 0) setiap tahunnya kecuali pada tahun 2020. Adapun penyebab terjadinya penurunan nilai economic value added (EVA) (EVA < 0) pada tahun 2020 adalah karena situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan beberapa negara harus melakukan lockdown dan pembatasan mobilitas secara berkepanjangan sehingga mengakibatkan harga minyak sawit turun drastis dan berdampak pada laba perusahaan.
