Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the End User Computing happiness (EUCS) approach to the Participant Reporting Information System (SIPP) service in order to ascertain and analyze the degree of user happiness. This study is based on the phenomenon of the reporting system's shift from a manual to an online one. Content, accuracy, format, usability, and timeliness are the dimensions that this research employs to measure user satisfaction. Using a quantitative technique, this research examines associations. The 273 participants who made up the population were personnel officials from the companies that were part of the BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch. This study drew from a total of 170 participants. A random sampling technique is employed, where each sample has an equal chance of being chosen. A linear regression analysis was performed on the collected data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing patient loyalty at Sawit Indah General Hospital in Perbaungan, focusing on the role of hospital image, service quality, and patient satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with an associative method, this research connects the variables of hospital image (X1), service quality (X2), patient satisfaction (Z), and patient loyalty (Y) to examine the relationships among these variables. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path modeling with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) methods. The results show that hospital image and service quality significantly affect patient satisfaction, which in turn influences patient loyalty. This research is expected to provide insights for hospital management to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty, as well as contribute to the sustainability of the hospital's operations.

Abstract

Social media is an important and essential part of overall marketing and branding, therefore, it must be integrated into any business development or marketing strategy. Social media allows brands to get closer to their customers and potential consumers. In marketing products at PT Umroh Foods Medan, they use several social media, one of which is Facebook, then Instagram, and Google Business. This study aims to analyze the effect of Content Marketing, Brand Image, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at PT Umroh Foods Medan. This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased products at PT Umroh Foods Medan, so the sample used was 160 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that Content Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Content Marketing, Brand Image, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The digital streaming industry faces increasing competition, particularly in price competition. The subscription prices of digital streaming platforms vary, making it difficult for companies to maintain price fairness. The fairness of price is a psychological factor that impacts consumer reactions to prices, and it significantly impacts satisfaction and loyalty. This study examines the relationship between price fairness, consumer satisfaction, and loyalty among digital streaming subscribers in Medan City. The sample consisted of 180 respondents, with the data collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that the fairness of price has a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of customers and loyalty, the satisfaction of consumers positively and significantly affects loyalty, and price fairness influence consumer loyalty through the satisfaction of customers positively and significantly. The study suggests that digital streaming companies should adjust prices to meet consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Future research should explore engagement and expand the types of streaming platforms to gain further understanding. The findings can help digital streaming companies adjust prices to meet customer needs and preferences, ultimately increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Kanker merupakan penyebab kematian nomor dua di dunia dengan jumlah 9.6 juta kematian per-tahun. Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian pada wanita. Kasusnya terdeteksi sekitar 2 juta kanker payudara baru, yang merupakan sekitar 23% dari seluruh jenis kanker. Perempuan adalah kelompok yang berisiko tinggi terkena kanker. Pengobatan kuratif untuk kanker belum tersedia, beberapa pendekatan telah dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran melakukan deteksi dini kanker melalui pendidikan kesehatan. Pendidikan pencegahan kanker payudara harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, terutama pada anak remaja terutama di sekolah. Siswi dianggap sebagai kader kesehatan di sekolah yang dapat memberikan dampak positif dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang kanker payudara serta diharapkan dapat membantu menyebarkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran di antara keluarga, teman, dan komunitas mereka secara luas. Pelatihan pemeriksaaan payudara sendiri dilaksanakan pada 169 orang siswi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari) serta prakteknya. Hasil kegiatan ini telah terbentuk kader kesehatan sekolah yang menjadi duta kesehatan sekolah yang berasal dari siswa-siswi sekolah yang berjumlah 16 orang yang berasal dari kelas VII sampai kelas X. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan siswi tentang pencegahan kanker payudara serta mampu mempraktekkan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari) dengan benar. Telah terbentuk kader kesehatan sekolah untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan kepatuhan siswi-siswi akan deteksi dini kanker payudara.

Abstract

Poor management of archives has the potential to cause loss and damage to records or documents. And cause difficulty finding back important archives such as securities. Not a few administrative staff and officials need a lot of time to find back the archived files. Poor archival storage and management are common in companies, including schools. Mulia Medan Private Vocational School, one of which is still not doing the archiving system correctly, where the storage system is not in accordance with the archival rules. Unfortunately, it is difficult for teachers to get the latest archival training, even since 13 years ago when schools were owned by regional autonomy, the gap between regional teachers' competencies and those at the center was farther. Regions are difficult to get the latest competency training in their fields. Then the lack of local government budget funds, schools and also related individuals becomes even more complex problems. Therefore the need for the latest archival training according to the rules has been very urgent especially for vocational teachers in the city of Medan, to prepare graduates who are ready to work. Administrative staff also need to gain competency in the archiving of alphanumeric systems in accordance with the rules of archiving and standards. For this purpose, teachers and administrative staff need to be given training and mentoring, and the results can be seen as a significant improvement in the ability and skills in organizing records after participating in training. The alphanumeric archive storage system is very helpful for schools in arranging archives according to RI rules. For this reason, adequate facilities and infrastructure are needed in schools, so that the support of school principals in the application of proper and proper records management is urgently needed so that teachers and administrative staff can realize them immediately at school.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Viral Marketing and Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions, individually and collectively. The quantitative study approach examines 90 consumers using the Tik Tok Shop in Tebing Tinggi. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling approach grounded in particular criteria. Data collection was conducted using an online questionnaire, and Data analysis was conducted via SPSS version 25. The findings indicated that Viral Marketing significantly influences Purchasing Decisions and Brand Awareness. Both Viral Marketing and Brand Awareness have a substantial and beneficial influence on Purchasing Decisions. This research enhances comprehension of The impact of digital marketing methods on consumer behavior in the era of social media.

Abstract

A right issue is a business activity that has the potential to impact the quantity and value of shares available on the market and contains crucial information that shareholders may utilize to increase their earnings in the future. Since the market may respond to the rights issue announcement, the information contained in the announcement becomes significant. A right issue is a current share issuance in which the company grants its existing shareholders the right to purchase new shares. Each existing shareholder is given the option to purchase a number of new shares from the company at a predetermined price and time. The purpose of this research is to examining variations in the stock price before and after the right issue. This study was carried out on financial institutions that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021-2023 period. Event research is often used to test the information content of an event, such as the notification of the rights problem. The sampling method using the purposive sampling method. 26 banking companiess were chosen as examples based on the predefined criteria. Secondary data from Yahoo Finance is the kind of data that was used. 2021-2023, daily stock price data from Indonesia Stock Exchange website . The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is used in the data analysis procedure by using the Eviews 12 program. The outcomes demonstrated that the outcomes yielded values of 0,0986; 0,4429; 0,1925; 0,0999. As a result, the analysis suggests that the price of the shares did not significantly change before or after the rights issuance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara inovasi layanan dan e-loyalty melalui e-satisfaction pada pengguna Cash Management BNI di sebuah kantor cabang di Medan. Dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi e-loyalty, diharapkan BNI dapat merancang strategi inovasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif, dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Populasi penelitian ini adalah  seluruh nasabah korporasi pengguna Cash Management BNI di kantor cabang Medan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling menggunakan teknik sensus sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada nasabah korporasi pengguna Cash Management BNI. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar varians dalam e-satisfaction dijelaskan oleh inovasi layanan, dan sebagian besar varians dalam e-loyalty dijelaskan oleh inovasi layanan dan e-satisfaction. Efek total menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan memiliki dampak signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap e-loyalty melalui e-satisfaction.
