Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran untuk memiliki inisiatif, kreatif, dan inovasi dalam mengelola usaha, guna mewujudkan cita-cita di masa depan yang lebih baik, berprestasi, mandiri dan sukses, melalui berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif untuk menghasilkan dan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, masyarakat di Desa Srimukti, Kecamatan Tambun Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Melalui pemahaman berwirausaha akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan keluarga sakinah yang meliputi usaha kelompok kerajinan tangan, usaha di rumah tangga, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan penghasilan keluarga. Penyuluhan masyarakat berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif, sangat dibutuhkan bagi ibu PKK, dan UKM tingkat kecamatan serta kelompok usaha kerajinan tangan, dalam mengelola usahanya selama ini, yang sudah berjalan dengan keterbatasan, di masyarakat Desa Srimukti, Kecamatan Tambun Utara,Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil yang didapati dari Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan di bidang ekonomi kreatif ini memberikan manfaat Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Pembelajaran tersebut diatas, agar mereka memiliki ketrampilan dan mampu mengembangkan usaha, dengan Kiat Berwirausaha,dan pengetahuan mengenai akuntansi dengan memenuhi prinsip-prinsip akuntabilitas dan profitabilitas

Abstract

Teacher performance is a determining factor in students' success in understanding the material, so improving teacher quality is a priority in developing the quality of education. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling using a saturated sample (census) method, in which all members of the population were used as the sample, totaling 70 teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The results of this study show that (1) Leadership style has a negative and insignificant partial effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi, (2) The work environment has a negative and insignificant partial effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi, (3) Leadership style and work environment have a simultaneous or joint effect on the performance of teachers at SMAN 8 Kota Bekasi

Abstract

The Effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee productivity CV. Dinasti Jati Furniture in Bekasi. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, who were employees from the production and finishing divisions with more than one year of service. The independent variables in this study are work motivation and compensation, while the dependent variable is work productivity. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that work motivation significantly influences employee productivity, compensation significantly influences employee productivity, and simultaneously, work motivation and compensation significantly influence employee productivity. This research implies that the company should continue to enhance motivation and provide fair compensation to optimize employee productivity.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the key factors in determining the operational success of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the assistance of SPSS software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is used as the sample, consisting of 50 employees. The results of the study show that partially, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, the work environment and individual characteristics can influence employee performance; however, the most dominant influence comes from the work environment. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to creating a conducive work environment in order to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media promotion and product quality on customer loyalty at Tomoro Coffee Mangunjaya, Tambun Selatan. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 105 respondents who are customers of Tomoro Coffee. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a t-value of 11.991. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 7.541. Simultaneously, social media promotion and product quality significantly affect customer loyalty, with an F-value of 655.166. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.926, indicating that 92.6% of the variation in customer loyalty is explained by the two independent variables. This study highlights the importance of effective promotion and consistent product quality in building customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Influence of Product Quality, Price, and Location on Repurchase Intention (A Study on Consumers of Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi). This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, price, and location on repurchase intention among consumers of Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. The background of this research is based on the increasingly intense competition in the coffee shop industry, which requires business owners to continuously improve product quality, determine appropriate pricing, and choose strategic locations in order to maintain customer loyalty. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 126 respondents who had previously made purchases at Kopi Nako Summarecon Bekasi. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. The results show that product quality, price, and location have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant and positive effect on repurchase intention. This study is expected to serve as a reference for coffee shop business owners in designing more targeted marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty

Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini membahas dampak inovasi keuangan terhadap transformasi sektor perbankan, dengan fokus pada pengembangan layanan perbankan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menggambarkan bagaimana inovasi keuangan memainkan peran kunci dalam mengubah lanskap perbankan tradisional. Studi ini mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis inovasi keuangan yang telah diadopsi oleh lembaga keuangan, khususnya perbankan, dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pengembangan layanan perbankan digital. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong adopsi inovasi keuangan, seperti perkembangan teknologi informasi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, menjadi fokus utama penelitian. Dalam konteks layanan perbankan digital, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana inovasi keuangan telah memungkinkan perbankan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang lebih baik, dan menciptakan model bisnis yang baru. Studi kasus menyelidiki implementasi teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, blockchain, dan fintech dalam meningkatkan layanan perbankan digital. Hasil penelitian menyoroti bahwa inovasi keuangan bukan hanya mendorong efisiensi internal perbankan, tetapi juga mengubah cara pelanggan berinteraksi dengan layanan keuangan. Dengan adopsi layanan perbankan digital, terjadi peningkatan aksesibilitas dan inklusivitas keuangan bagi masyarakat. Namun, tantangan seperti keamanan data dan regulasi juga menjadi fokus diskusi dalam artikel ini. Secara keseluruhan, artikel jurnal ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang peran inovasi keuangan dalam mengubah paradigma perbankan menuju layanan perbankan digital yang lebih responsif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan berharga bagi industri keuangan dan peneliti untuk memahami dinamika transformasi sektor perbankan di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the relation between the variables of Motivation (X1) and Career Development (X2) affects the Employee Performance (Y) variable at PT. Hong Tang Asia. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to the employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia. The population in this research consists of 120 employees of PT. Hong Tang Asia, resulting in a sample size of 120 employees, with data analysis conducted using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) and processed using SmartPLS4 software. The findings from the study indicate that: 1) Motivation significantly affects Employee Performance, 2) Career Development significantly affects Employee Performance, and 3) Motivation and Career Development significantly affect Employee Performance simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work culture on employee performance at PT. Gunung Raja Paksi. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection using a questionnaire distributed to 105 respondents. A purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample, and the collected data were analyzed using the statistical tool Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) 4. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. High motivation can increase enthusiasm, initiative, and productivity in completing work. Furthermore, work culture has also been shown to significantly influence performance, where positive values ​​such as discipline, cooperation, and responsibility create a conducive work environment and support the achievement of optimal performance. These findings emphasize the importance of internal factors within an organization in improving the overall quality of employee work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work culture on employee performance at PT Duta Hita Jaya. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection using questionnaires distributed to 112 respondents. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample, and the collected data were analyzed using the statistical tool Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 4.0. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a R-value of 0.824 and a T-statistic of 12.206. An effective leadership style can increase enthusiasm, initiative, and productivity in completing work. Meanwhile, work culture demonstrated a positive but insignificant influence on performance, with a R-value of 0.137 and a T-statistic of 1.885. Simultaneously, the two variables explained 88.2% of the variation in employee performance (R-Square 0.882). These findings underscore the importance of leadership style in organizations in improving the overall quality of employee work.
