Abstract

This research analyzes the application of the principle of going concern in the PKPU mechanism based on Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations through the normative juridical method, with a statutory approach and a case study of Decision No. 446/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN Niaga Central Jakarta. The PKPU application by three creditors against PT Daya Guna Lancar was rejected even though the formal requirements were met, on the grounds that the value of the bill was below Rp500 million in accordance with Perma No. 4 of 2019 concerning Simple Lawsuits. This is considered inappropriate because it has ignored the preventive nature of PKPU as an effort to restructure debt and is contrary to the principle of lex specialis which is emphasized in the dissenting opinion of at least one judge. The results of the study underline the importance of the going concern principle to maintain the sustainability of the debtor's business and the need in avoiding the uniform application of general regulations in PKPU cases.

Abstract

This research analyzes the handling of social assistance corruption cases during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of legal ethics and professionalism. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and case approach, referring to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption. The results show that social assistance corruption cases involving high-ranking officials, such as Juliari Batubara, reflect the lack of moral integrity, transparency, and accountability in the legal and governance system. The implications of this case include state financial losses, decreased public trust, and socio-economic injustice for affected communities. This research recommends strengthening technology-based monitoring mechanisms, bureaucratic reform, and increasing the role of anti-corruption institutions to restore public trust. In conclusion, strict, independent, and justice-oriented law enforcement is needed to prevent similar practices in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi keberadaan program layanan konsultasi dan hambatan yang dialami oleh KUA Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang dalam praktek layanan konsultasinya. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di KUA Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai penulis adalah metode pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan, pengamatan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan layanan konsultasi di KUA Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang mulai terlihat oleh masyarakat semenjak adanya program Revitalisasi KUA yang dikeluarkan oleh kemenag sejak tahun 2021. Sedangkan dalam praktek layanan konsultasinya pihak KUA Kecamatan Diwek mengalami hambatan terkait kedatangan pasangan yang kurang lengkap ketika dilaksanakannya konsultasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat pesat dan kompetensi digital menjadi hal yang penting bagi peserta didik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pentingnya literasi digital dan pengenalan serta praktek penggunan aplikasi Canva. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMA Bima Ambulu. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Sosialisasi yang disampaikan tentang pentingnya literasi digital dan manfaat penggunaan Canva. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktek menggunakan Canva untuk membuat powerpoint dan poster. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre dan posttest, serta tugas individu. Kegiatan ini dikatakan berhasil karena terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Keberhasilan kegiatan karena antusias peserta, serta dukungan dari pihak sekolah.

Abstract

Arabs are known as a nation that does not value women. Historical facts speak that they viewed women as despicable creatures and free to exploit. The appearance of Alkhallat+ in modern times with scenes that seem to appreciate women then raises the question of whether there is a shift in perspective in viewing women. Research is needed to uncover the extent of the use of misogynistic language and female respect in this film. The result of this study is that Alkhallat+ is one of the films that carry the values of respect for women. In this film, some scenes show how men view women as respectable human beings. There has been a shift in the perspective of women influenced by public awareness, as stated in the "Vision 2023 KSA". The forms of respect found in the film are praise, possessiveness, and giving in to put women first. From the linguistic aspect, the language used in carrying a positive view of women is a form of istifham, tasbih, and the use of lafaz jalalah as an argumentation reinforcement, a tradition not missed in Arab conversations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perbedaan evaluasi dalam pendidikan Islam dan nasional dari lima aspek utama: tujuan, metode, prinsip, fokus penilaian, dan penerapan. Evaluasi pendidikan Islam bertujuan membentuk manusia paripurna (al-insān al-kamīl) dengan penekanan pada aspek spiritual, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Sebaliknya, evaluasi pendidikan nasional fokus pada pencapaian tujuan prosesonal meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library study) untuk menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber utama dan tambahan. Prinsip evaluasi pendidikan Islam menitikberatkan kesinambungan, totalitas, dan nilai-nilai agama, sementara evaluasi pendidikan nasional mengutamakan keterpaduan, kontinuitas, dan akuntabilitas. Fokus penilaian pendidikan Islam adalah perubahan sikap dan hubungan spiritual, sedangkan pendidikan nasional menilai prestasi akademik. Implikasinya, pendidikan Islam menghasilkan individu bertakwa, sedangkan pendidikan nasional menghasilkan individu yang berkarakter.

Abstract

Pengembangan energi terbarukan sebagai energi alternatif atau dapat diperoleh dari tumbuhan yang salah satunya adalah tanaman lamtoro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sebaran lahan tanaman lamtoro dan analisis kesesuaian lahan untuk budidaya tanaman lamtoro di Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebagai basis data pengembangan hutan tanaman energi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pemetaan sebaran lahan tanaman lamtoro adalah metode ground check (survey lapangan) dan metode dalam analisis kesesuaian lahan menggunakan metode overlay dan scoring setiap parameter yang digunakan dan diolah menggunakan software arcGIS. Hasil pemetaan sebaran lahan tanaman lamtoro pada tiga Kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebesar 1,604 ha pada Kecamatan Kabila dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 5.071 kWh/ha/tahun, 3,118 ha pada Kecamatan Tilongkabila dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 9.857 kWh/ha/tahun dan 22,070 ha pada Kecamatan Kabila Bone dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 69.767 kWh/ha/tahun. Menurut hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan tanaman lamtoro di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, mendapatkan empat kelas kesesuaian lahan yaitu S1 (sangat sesuai) dengan besar lahan seluas 6245 ha dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 19.741.622 kWh/ha/tahun, kelas kesesuaian lahan S2 (Cukup Sesuai) dengan besar lahan seluas 56617 ha dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 178.977.009 kWh/ha/tahun, kelas kesesuaian lahan S3 (sesuai marginal) dengan besar lahan seluas 13442 ha dapat menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 42.492.696 kWh/ha/tahun dan kelas kesesuaian lahan N (tidak sesuai) dengan luas 111440 ha.The development of renewable energy as alternative energy can be obtained from plants, one of which is the lamtoro (leucaena leucocephala) plants. The research aimed to analyze the distribution of land for lamtoro plants and analysis of land suitability for cultivation of lamtoro plants in Bone Bolango Regency as a database for the development of energy plantation forest. The research method used in mapping the distribution of land for lamtoro plants was the ground check (field survey) method, whereas the method in land suitability analysis applied overlay and scoring methods in each parameter used and processed using ArcGIS software. The results of mapping distribution of land for lamtoro plants in three sub-districts in Bone Bolango Regency were that 1,604 ha in Kabila Subdistrict could produce electrical energy of 5.701 kWh/ha/year, 3,118 ha in Tilongkabila Subdistrict could produce electrical energy of 9.857 kWh/ha/year and 22,070 ha in Kabila Bone Subdistrict could produce electrical energy of69.767 kWh/ha/year. In accordance with the results of land suitability classes, including class S1 (very suitable) with an area of 6245 ha which could produce electrical energy of 19.741.622 kWh/ha/year, class S2 (fairy suitable) with an area of 56617 ha which could produce electrical energy of 178.977.009 kWh/ha/year, class S3 (marginally suitable) with an area of 13442 ha which could produce electrical energy of 42.492.696 kWh/ha/year and class N (not suitable) with an area of 111440 ha.

Abstract

In the present time, online-based learning has become an integral part of modern education, thanks to the advancements in information and communication technology that cannot be denied. However, there are several challenges that have emerged, particularly in the past two years. The global COVID pandemic has necessitated the implementation of online learning. In designing this form of learning, there are several factors that need to be considered. This article will discuss the effectiveness of online learning.

Abstract

Technological advancements have transformed the transportation sector with the emergence of online motorcycle taxi services, such as PT Gojek, significantly impacting Indonesia's digital economy. However, the legal status of online motorcycle taxi drivers, deemed "partners," has sparked considerable debate regarding their rights and obligations. This study employs a normative juridical method to analyze relevant legislation and legal doctrines. The findings indicate that the current partnership arrangements fail to meet the principles of equitable and fair partnerships. Drivers often find themselves in disadvantaged positions, lacking social security and workers' rights. Consequently, the partnership relationship requires clearer regulations to protect drivers' rights. It is recommended that partnership agreements be revised to reflect the principles of mutualism and equality, and that the government should play a more active role in monitoring the implementation of regulations to ensure the welfare of online motorcycle taxi drivers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer decisions in buying a house in the housing of PT. Agro Prima Khatulistiwa Sintang District. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method with a sample of 94 people. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2), and model feasibility test. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation or estimate is Ŷ = 2.804 + 0.879X . The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that the relationship between the marketing mix and consumer purchasing decisions is very strong with an R value of 0.995. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.990, meaning that the contribution of the marketing mix variable to the variation in the ups and downs of consumer purchasing decisions in buying a house at PT. Agro Prima Khatulistiwa is 99.0% (1 x 0.990 x 100%) and the remaining 1% (1-0.990 x 100%) is influenced by other factors or variables not examined in this study. The results of the model feasibility test show the calculated F value of 9483.724 is greater than the Ftable value of 3.94 which means that a simple linear regression model can be used to predict consumer purchasing decisions that are influenced by the marketing mix.Keywords : Marketing Mix, Consumer Purchasing Decisions, Housing area
