The objective of this study was to determine the effect of comparative advantage, ease of connectivity, and digital marketing directly or indirectly on airport attractiveness, as well as the effect of all variables on company performance moderated by the innovation of Syamsudin Noor International Airport Banjarmasin. The sample size was 255 passengers who have used services of the new airport terminal that began operations in December 2019. Sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3 software. The results indicated that comparative advantage variable had a significant effect on airport attractiveness. Likewise, ease of connectivity and digital marketing variables had a significant effect on airport attractiveness. However, comparative advantage had no significant effect on company performance, while other variables of ease of connectivity, digital marketing, and attractiveness had a significant effect on company performance. Comparative advantage variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Ease of connectivity variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Digital marketing variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Attractiveness variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Thus, innovation can encourage or improve company performance at Syamsudin Noor International Airport Banjarmasin. The result also shows that the airport performance improvement strategy plan refers to the strategies from the analysis that has been carried out and the right strategy is chosen to be compiled into work plans and programs. Not only until the work program, the result also captured Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to the intended strategic goals.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, customer value, financial efficiency, commitment management, on company performance. The population of this study is the Iodized Salt Consumption Industry in Indonesia. The samples of this research are companies in Beryodim Salt Industry with an open organization scale and a CV which can be carried out by 12 companies. This research method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated using SmartPLS. This study produces a variable that the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, customer value, financial efficiency significantly affects company performance, while the variable management commitment directly has no significant effect on company performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategies in the form of management performance and service quality on member satisfaction and its implications for business success with member participation as a moderating variable in Kokapura-Jakarta. The population in this study were all members of Kokapura-Jakarta, both active and inactive, with a sample of 125 people taken using non-random sampling techniques through purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the type of Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) which is operated through the smartPLS 3.29 software. The results of this study prove that the management performance variables and service quality have a positive influence on member satisfaction. Then the management performance variables, service quality and member satisfaction have a positive effect on business success, and the member participation variable moderates the effect of member satisfaction on business success.

he purpose of this study was to determine the effect of strategic leadership, coporate culture, commitment management, change management moderated competitive advantage on coporate performance of PT. Lekom Maras. The sample method in this study uses probability sampling, where each member of the population has the opportunity or or has the same opportunity to be used as a sample. The sample in this study were employees of PT Lekom Maras who are in the strategy and business development division, there are General Managers, managers and team leaders. The number of samples is 140 people. The statistical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS3 program. This research shows that the variables of Leadership Strategy, Innovation, Commitment Management have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on corporate performance. Meanwhile, Corporate Culture has no significant effect on Competitive advantage and Change management as a moderating variable that moderates Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on corporate performance.

President Joko Widodo's policy of opening the door for foreign investors to compete in airport management in Indonesia is a challenge for them PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Companies must be able to increase their capacity from all aspects, especially the capacity of creative and innovative Human Resources. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the work environment and resistance to change have on employees' innovative work behavior mediated by job satisfaction and the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Data analysis in this study used a Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to 317 respondents from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). This study concludes that the work environment has no significant effect on the innovative work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and resistance to change directly have a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees. The work environment can influence the innovative work behavior of employees if it is mediated by job satisfaction. As for resistance to change, if it is mediated by job satisfaction, the negative effect becomes insignificant on innovative work behavior. The results of this study found that the work environment variable had a significant and greatest impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable plays a significant role as a moderator in the interaction between resistance to change and employee innovative work behavior.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of innovation, value chain and quality management system directly or indirectly on competitive advantage, and the influence of all these variables on enterprise resources planning of premium passangers car industry. The research sample was 30 respondents who were management level of Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia. The sampling technique was puposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and FGD. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with smartPLS software. The results of the study prove that the variables of innovation, value chain and quality management system have a significant effect on enterprise resources planning and enterprise resources planning has significant effect on competitive advantage. While quality management system variable has a significant effect on competitive advantage, however the innovation and value chain variables have no significant effect on competitive advantage.

Conventional and Islamic banks are said to be good if they are able to develop and improve their performance both financially and operationally. In Islamic bank bjb based on empirical data for 2017-2019, the financial performance of Islamic bank bjb is not good, it can be seen from the operating profit and the NPF (non-performing financial) ratio that does not meet the target. Therefore, Islamic bank bjb needs to improve financial performance through a competitive advantage strategy. So that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of strategic leadership, innovation and corporate culture on competitive advantage and its implications for corporate performance. The method used is descriptive analysis verification, path analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. Hypothesis test results show that corporate culture has no significant effect on competitive advantage; strategic leadership has no significant effect on competitive advantage; corporate culture has a significant effect on corporate performance; innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage; innovation has a significant effect on corporate performance; Competitive advantage has a significant effect on corporate performance. Furthermore, the leadership strategy variables, innovation and corporate culture contributed to competitive advantage by 45.6% and to corporate performance by 68%. This research is expected to provide input to Islamic bank bjb that in order to improve business performance the company needs to determine the competitive advantage of Islamic bank bjb, by developing leadership skills in strategic leadership, developing innovative strategies for products and services that have competitiveness and promotional strategies including the mix. and marketing concepts as well as technological developments and competitiveness strategies of competitors

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari keunggulan bersaing, dimana dalam keunggulan bersaing tersebut termasuk kedalamnya adalah harga produk, kualitas dari produk dan juga citra merek baik pengaruh secara langsung maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta seluruh variabel tersebut yaitu harga produk, kualitas produk, citra merek serta keputusan pembelian terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 92 orang responden yang merupakan konsumen dari PT Arah Dinamika Abadi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 92 konsumen tadi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang mana diolah dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Dimana hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa harga produk memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. ,kualitas produk memiliki tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, citra merek mempengaruhi secara positif keputusan pembelian, keputusan pembelian konsumen berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk, citra merek yang tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk, harga produk tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap daya tarik serta dampaknya pada keberlanjutan pariwisata di obyek wisata Museum Benteng Vredeburg. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Citra destinasi, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap daya tarik obyek wisata dan keberlanjutan pariwisata pada obyek wisata museum Benteng Vredeburg di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis strategi keberlanjutan wisata pada museum Benteng Vredenburg faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan pariwisata museum Benteng Vredenburg dan hasil observasi pada sasaran diperoleh beberapa faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, keuntungan, dan tantangan yang kemudian akan dijadikan input dalam penyusunan matriks SWOT. Dalam analisis EFAS dan IFAS, strategi pengembangan pariwisataa yang berkelanjutan pada museum Benteng Vredenburg adalah growth strategy dimana berada pada posisi yang menguntungkan karena memiliki keuntungan dan kekuatan yang lebih dominan. Hasil matriks SWOT menunjukkan terdapat strategi utama pengembangan yang dapat diimplementasikan pada museum Benteng Vredeburg diantaranya adalah strategi optimalisasi pengelolaan pariwisata dan strategi optimalisasi potensi home based enterprises untuk mendukung kegiatan pariwisata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan QSPM didapatkan total attractiveness score – TAS melanjutkan Optimalisasi pengelolaan pariwisata sebesar 6,60, lebih besar daripada TAS untuk Optimalisasi potensi home based enterprises sebesar 5,85. Hasil QSPM menunjukkan alternatif strategi yang diprioritaskan adalah optimalisasi pengelolaan pariwisata. Sedangkan alternatif strategi untuk optimalisasi potensi home based enterprises yang lebih rendah, dengan catatan masih akan dilakukan pada jangka waktu lebih panjang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi kualitas layanan dan nilai yang dirasakan apakah berpengaruh terhadap loyalitaas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk di wilayah Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 200 nasabah yang tersebar di 8 kantor cabang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode Analisis data menggunakan SEM –PLS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Nilai Yang Dirasakan (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), kualitas Layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan (Z) sedangkan Nilai yang Dirasakan (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Z). Hasil perhitungan Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,792 atau 79,2%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Nilai yang Dirasakan (X2) secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 79,2% terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Z) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,652 atau 65,2%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Layanan( X1) Nilai yang Dirasakan (X2) dan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 65,2% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Z). dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Varabel kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan sedangkan variabel nilai yang dirasakan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan.
