Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that built customer satisfaction to increase Bank BNI's customer loyalty at London branch. The factors studied were service quality, product quality, and customer trust. The statistical method for analyzing data is the structural equation model (SEM) from the Smart-PLS 2.M3 statistical package. The results of the study indicated that service quality, product quality, and customer trust had an effect on customer satisfaction directly. But service quality, product quality, and customer trust had no effect on customer loyalty directly, whereas indirectly through customer satisfaction, service quality, product quality and customer trust had an effect on customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is formed by a trust created in a mind of customers. Customer loyalty on a product should not trigger the customers to move its funds to other banks to invest, so it will benefit for both parties. Customer loyalty is a key factor in banking success. Customer Trust is a dominant factor that influence customer loyalty, increasing customer trust should make customers more loyal to BNI London branch such as by keeping its promise what has been said, prioritizing customer interest, and updating knowledge of its products. By understanding various aspects related to the form of trust as expected by customers and by increasing customer confidence are expected to increase customer loyalty in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource management practices and perceptions of organizational support for employee engagement with quality of work life as intervening. The success of an organization depends on the approach taken to build human resources effectively. Employee engagement is defined as a positive, satisfying and work-related state of mind that is characterized by passion, dedication and absorption. Many factors can affect employee engagement, including the management of human resources, perceived of organization support and the quality of work life. Research subjects are employees of PT. X in Jakarta as many as 160 respondents. This study uses the SEM method through a questionnaire. The results show that two exogenous variables have a significant effect on intervening variables: (R2 = 0.92, p = 0.000), and the variable of work quality has a significant effect on employee engagement variables (R2 = 0.49, p = 0.000).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Dow Jones Index, the FTSE 100 Index, the Hang Seng Index, the Straits Times Index, and the USD/IDR Exchange Rate on the Indonesia Composite Stock Price Index (IDX Composite) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and its impact on the Stock Returns of the Goods Industry Sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study were 60 research data for the period January 2014 to December 2018. The technique of testing and processing data uses multiple regression analysis with the Eviews program. The results showed that the Dow Jones Index partially had a positive effect on the IDX Composite, while the USD/IDR exchange rate had a negative effect on the IDX Composite. The FTSE 100 Index, the Hang Seng Index, and the Straits Times Index proved to have no significant effect on the IDX Composite. But simultaneously, the five elements have a significant effect on the IDX Composite according to the size of each coefficient. The results also showed that the IDX Composite did not have a significant effect on Stock Returns particularly in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period.

Abstract

Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The method used in this study is a descriptive statistical method with quantitative through questionnaire survey and observation approaches in the field, where the research sample is the Procurement Unit, Technical Unit and Goods / Services Provider at the Head Office of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). To test this hypothesis Structural Equation Model (SEM) - PLS and using WarpPLS 7.0 tools from the results of the research conducted, an analysis was produced that showed that procurement planning has a significant effect on e-procurement systems, and HR competence has a significant effect on e-procurement system, procurement planning has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system, HR competence has a significant effect on the performance of goods / services procurement through e-procurement system but the direct effect is not significant on the performance of goods / services procurement, e-procurement system significant effect on the performance of procurement of goods / services and there is a significant influence between the interaction of e-procurement systems on the performance of procurement of goods / services that are moderated by information technology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengarhui user acceptanceterhadap implementasi enterprise resource planning dengan model UTAUT. Penelitianmenggunakan data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pendistribusiankuesioner kepada responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai selain pejabatstruktural maupun manajerial, yaitu pegawai officer dan analyst di PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero)dengan lokasi kerja kantor pusat - Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang diambildengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalahStructural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software WarpPLS. Dapat disimpulkan dari hasilpenelitian bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, anxiety, social influence, danfacilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Kemudian facilitatingconditions dan behavioral intention juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap use behavior. Dari 3variabel moderator yang digunakan, hanya leadership yang signifikan memoderasi pengaruh anxietyterhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan age tidak signifikan memoderasi pengaruh performanceexpectancy terhadap behavioral intention, begitu juga experience tidak signifikan memoderasipengaruh effort expectancy terhadap behavioral intention.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of comparative advantage, ease of connectivity, and digital marketing directly or indirectly on airport attractiveness, as well as the effect of all variables on company performance moderated by the innovation of Syamsudin Noor International Airport Banjarmasin. The sample size was 255 passengers who have used services of the new airport terminal that began operations in December 2019. Sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3 software. The results indicated that comparative advantage variable had a significant effect on airport attractiveness. Likewise, ease of connectivity and digital marketing variables had a significant effect on airport attractiveness. However, comparative advantage had no significant effect on company performance, while other variables of ease of connectivity, digital marketing, and attractiveness had a significant effect on company performance. Comparative advantage variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Ease of connectivity variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Digital marketing variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Attractiveness variable through innovation had a significant effect on company performance. Thus, innovation can encourage or improve company performance at Syamsudin Noor International Airport Banjarmasin. The result also shows that the airport performance improvement strategy plan refers to the strategies from the analysis that has been carried out and the right strategy is chosen to be compiled into work plans and programs. Not only until the work program, the result also captured Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to the intended strategic goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, customer value, financial efficiency, commitment management, on company performance. The population of this study is the Iodized Salt Consumption Industry in Indonesia. The samples of this research are companies in Beryodim Salt Industry with an open organization scale and a CV which can be carried out by 12 companies. This research method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated using SmartPLS. This study produces a variable that the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, customer value, financial efficiency significantly affects company performance, while the variable management commitment directly has no significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategies in the form of management performance and service quality on member satisfaction and its implications for business success with member participation as a moderating variable in Kokapura-Jakarta. The population in this study were all members of Kokapura-Jakarta, both active and inactive, with a sample of 125 people taken using non-random sampling techniques through purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the type of Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) which is operated through the smartPLS 3.29 software. The results of this study prove that the management performance variables and service quality have a positive influence on member satisfaction. Then the management performance variables, service quality and member satisfaction have a positive effect on business success, and the member participation variable moderates the effect of member satisfaction on business success.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to determine the effect of strategic leadership, coporate culture, commitment management, change management moderated competitive advantage on coporate performance of PT. Lekom Maras. The sample method in this study uses probability sampling, where each member of the population has the opportunity or or has the same opportunity to be used as a sample. The sample in this study were employees of PT Lekom Maras who are in the strategy and business development division, there are General Managers, managers and team leaders. The number of samples is 140 people. The statistical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the SmartPLS3 program. This research shows that the variables of Leadership Strategy, Innovation, Commitment Management have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on corporate performance. Meanwhile, Corporate Culture has no significant effect on Competitive advantage and Change management as a moderating variable that moderates Competitive advantage does not have a significant effect on corporate performance.

Abstract

President Joko Widodo's policy of opening the door for foreign investors to compete in airport management in Indonesia is a challenge for them PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Companies must be able to increase their capacity from all aspects, especially the capacity of creative and innovative Human Resources. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the work environment and resistance to change have on employees' innovative work behavior mediated by job satisfaction and the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Data analysis in this study used a Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to 317 respondents from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). This study concludes that the work environment has no significant effect on the innovative work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and resistance to change directly have a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees. The work environment can influence the innovative work behavior of employees if it is mediated by job satisfaction. As for resistance to change, if it is mediated by job satisfaction, the negative effect becomes insignificant on innovative work behavior. The results of this study found that the work environment variable had a significant and greatest impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable plays a significant role as a moderator in the interaction between resistance to change and employee innovative work behavior.
