Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource quality, job placement and competency on the performance of PP Aru District Regional Secretariat employees. The sample in this research was 58 employees of the Regional Secretariat of PP Aru Regency, using a sampling technique, namely the probability sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS Ver.22.00 test tool. The results of this research show that developing human resource capacity, work placement and competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Aru district regional secretariat employees.

Abstract

In today's era where technological advances and accelerated transformation require humans to have a mindset that can think critically and creatively in facing life's challenges. This acceleration shapes the character of each person. This character determines a person's decision in making decisions. The phenomenon that occurs is that the characteristics of students in determining decisions in their lectures are different. Not a little influence on the student's lecture period. This research was conducted on 50 Industrial Engineering Students Class of 2020 Pattimura University Ambon. Sampling in this study was carried out using saturated sampling techniques. then a questionnaire was made through a Google Form as many as 20 statements which were then processed using SPSS Software. This result is known by looking at the value of the partial test, of independent variables (Growth Mindset, Fixed Mindset, Self Efficacy) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Grit Academic).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader behavior and employee empowerment on employee performance mediated by work motivation. Sampling in this study used a sample of 56 respondents. The data collection method used was interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The variables analyzed in this study are Leader Behavior, Employee Empowerment, Employee Performance and Work Motivation. The results of the study indicate that there are variables that have a significant effect, namely. Leader behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance, performance empowerment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, leader behavior has a significant effect on Work Motivation, employee empowerment has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has an effect on employee performance, leader behavior has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by Work Motivation, employee empowerment has a significant effect on Employee performance, which is mediated by Work Motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of hard skills competency, training and the application of information technology on the performance of employees of the investment service and one-stop integrated services in the Aru Islands district. The data collection method is by distributing questsionnaires to employees at the one-stop investment and integrated services service (DPMPTSP) of the Aru Islands district. The population of this study was 30 employees, while the sample used a saturated sample, where the entire population was used as the research sample, namely 30 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 29. The research results which were tested partially show that hard skill competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the application of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the investment department and one-stop integrated services in the Aru Islands district.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of competency and workload on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction among employees in the Academic Division of Pattimura University.. This research is quantitative research. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 39 respondentsThe data analysis method used is SEM PLS 3.0 to test the formative and reflective models between indicators. Based on the results of the data tests that have been carried out, the results obtained are thatCompetency(X1) has a positive and significant influence on performance (Y), and workload (X2) has a positive influence on performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Workload has a positive and significant effect on performance. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance. Apart from that, Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by work motivation (Z) and workload has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by work motivation (Z). Thus it is clear that work motivation is able to mediate the influence of competency and workload on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Transportation Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method involving all civil servants (PNS) of the Maluku Province Transportation Service, totaling 62 people as a population. The sample in this study amounted to 54 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is stratified random sampling. The measurement tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of the study show thatOrganizational culture partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Province Transportation Service, as evidenced by the tcount = 2.377 greater than the ttable = 1.675, work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Province Transportation Service, evidenced by the tcount = 2.158 greater than the value of ttable = 1.675 and work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Maluku Provincial Transportation Office,evidenced by the value of tcount = 2,964 greater than the value of ttable = 1,675. The better the application of organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, as well as if the higher the motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance of employees. Conversely, the lower the application of organizational culture, work motivation and work discipline, the lower the employee performance. This means that the research hypothesis can be accepted.
