Abstract

Tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai obat alami adalah pisang kepok (Musa balbisiana). Salah satu bagian pisang kepok yang dapat dipercaya memiliki efek farmakologis yaitu kulitnya karena mengandung senyawa aktif seperti Alkaloid, Saponin, Tanin, Flavonoid dan Kuinon dimana senyawa tersebut mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa daya hambat dan konsentrasi optimum antibakteri Ekstrak Etanol Kulit Pisang Kepok (Musa balbisiana) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia colidengan perlakuan konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Akademi Analis Farmasi dan Makanan Banda Aceh, pada bulan Maret – Mei 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental secara Difusi Disk (cara cakram). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kulit Pisang Kepok yang diperoleh dari Pedagang gorengan di Ulee Kareng, dengan kriteria kulit yang diambil dalam keadaan berwarna kuning, teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%, zona hambat yang didapat berturut – turut sebesar 18 mm, 23 mm, 25 mm, dan 28 mm. Berdasarkan hasil maka dapat disimpulkan Ekstrak Etanol Kulit Pisang Kepok (Musa balbisiana) mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli, dan hasil secara maksimal didapatkan pada konsentrasi 100 % dengan diameter zona hambat 28 mm.

Abstract

Emergency situations can come from trauma or non-trauma. Fracture is a term for total or partial loss of continuity of bone, cartilage, usually caused by trauma. Fracture is a condition where there is an incontinuity in bone integrity. Thoracic trauma causes 20% of all deaths due to trauma. The radiological modalities that play the biggest role in emergency cases are plain photo/radiography, ultrasound (ultrasound), and computerized tomography (CT-Scan). Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or nuclear medicine can in many cases provide more accurate results. Some emergency thoracic fractures are costae, sternum and vertebrate fractures.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Qur'an Reading Guidance (BMQ) program in improving the quality of student reading at SMA Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. The method used is service learning, where students act as mentors to provide Qur'an reading guidance to 40 students for several sessions. Data collection was done through reading quality tests, observations, and interviews. Results showed significant improvement, with students' average reading score increasing from 65 in the pre-test to 85 in the post-test. Students also reported increased confidence and understanding of correct reading techniques. The program proved that an interactive and participatory approach to learning can have a positive impact not only on Qur'an reading skills, but also on students' character development. The findings recommend implementing similar models in other schools to strengthen religious education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kelulut Madu UMKM was established in 2019, located in Kuala Sempang Village, Sri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The problems faced by Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Pak Asril Village, Kuala Sempang include firstly, Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Kuala Sempang. There is no brand logo for Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, secondly, they are experiencing difficulties in ordering packaging because the product often experiences damage during delivery. So, group 3 of KKN-P2EM STIE DEVELOPMENT TANJUNGPINANG 2023-2024 created a program that focuses on product packaging and brand management which aims to branding existing brands into brands that have selling value, assisting in Branding Packaging (product packaging) from creating logos and a more attractive brand so that it attracts consumers' buying interest, as well as giving a banner to MSME Madu Kelulut Pak Asril, Kuala Sempang Village, then sharing and explaining that knowledge of brand management is very necessary.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan gambaran kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan yang mencerminkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset, kewajiban, dan modal untuk mencapai profitabilitas yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan, yaitu rasio likuiditas (current ratio), rasio solvabilitas (debt to equity ratio), dan rasio profitabilitas (return on assets). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang dianalisis berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan dengan metode time series, yaitu membandingkan rasio dari tahun ke tahun untuk mengidentifikasi tren perubahan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas perusahaan mengalami peningkatan dari 126,8% pada tahun 2019 menjadi 240,1% pada tahun 2023 yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan perbaikan dengan penurunan debt to equity ratio dari 137,5% pada tahun 2020 menjadi 83,4% pada tahun 2023, yang menunjukkan penurunan ketergantungan perusahaan terhadap utang dan peningkatan stabilitas keuangan. Sementara itu, rasio profitabilitas return on aset mengalami fluktuasi dimana pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 perusahaan mengalami kerugian sebesar -11,6% dan -0,4%, kemudian meningkat signifikan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 28,4% sebelum turun menjadi 8,8% pad tahun 2023.

Abstract

This research explores methods and strategies to more effectively measure and manage the delivery quality performed by Gojek drivers. In the digital era, app-based transportation services like Gojek have become an integral part of society. Ensuring high delivery quality requires a deep understanding of influencing factors such as timeliness, condition of goods, and customer satisfaction. By leveraging technology and data analysis, Gojek can identify areas needing improvement and implement appropriate solutions. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework to assess and enhance delivery quality. The findings indicate that the IT governance maturity level of Gojek in the EDM 02 and DSS 03 domains is at level 3 (Established). However, there is a gap that needs to be addressed to reach the desired level of 5 (Optimizing). Recommendations are provided to bridge this gap by implementing consistent standard processes across the company.

Abstract

Ombak Food is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) that is used as a reference source, and a research place used to build an E-Commerce-based Marketing Information System Application. Ombak Food is an MSME that was established in 2017. Ombak Food originally came from the Sustainable Food House Area (KRPL) program in Bonjeruk Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The Marketing Process running at Ombak Food still uses social media in the form of Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp, which is felt to be less than optimal in promoting products, accompanied by minimal access to information about new products owned for consumers to access, and recording incoming orders, is still done manually so that there is a lot of documentation of ordering goods that are input incorrectly and written repeatedly. One alternative that can be done to simplify the marketing and sales process is to use a website-based e-commerce information system that can facilitate Ombak Food in marketing products and the Sales Process Effectively. From the results of using the e-commerce-based information system application, the owner of Ombak Food felt a significant change in the sales process carried out, marked by an increase in the number of purchases made by consumers. The marketing process for new products produced is also easier to market.

Abstract

Environment is the space and everything in it, including all objects, forces, conditions, living creatures, humans, and their behavior that influence each other. Lack of concern and responsibility for the environment impacts pollution and natural disasters that can damage the environment. Environmental damage can be prevented with awareness of the environment instilled from an early age. Environmental education for elementary school students is expected to increase awareness and concern for the environment. The method used in this dedication is in the form of mentoring in environmental education, namely participatory action research (PAR). The target of this dedication is children who are still in elementary school in the Dusun Sungai Jermal, Kepenghuluan Teluk Piyai Pesisir, Kubu District, Rokan Hilir area. The dedication was carried out in SDN 014 Teluk Piyai Pesisir and SDN 016 Teluk Piyai Pesisir on August 3 and 10, 2024. The evaluation results show that students have a good understanding of various aspects of environmental education. The understanding criteria show their good knowledge of environmental concepts and elements, while an average score of 5 reflects their high awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. This dedication shows that students have a good understanding of environmental concepts and practical applications such as waste separation and tree planting, with an average score indicating that they not only understand the theory but can also apply it in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the historical development of the Ronggeng Paser in Penajam Paser Utara (2017–2022) and the community’s efforts to preserve it. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using historical methods. The study was conducted in Penajam Paser Utara. The findings reveal that the Ronggeng Paser has existed since the era of animism and dynamism, and its development in Penajam Paser Utara from 2017 to 2022 has shown positive progress. Preservation efforts for the Ronggeng Paser have been carried out through various means, including protection, development, and utilization of the dance in artistic performances and cultural festivals.

Abstract

  Dai is a person who is a social mobilization agent who helps the community in developing morals and becomes a liaison between the government and society to create a religious and harmonious life. The problems that occur in the process of reporting dai activities still use manual methods, take a lot of time, are less efficient, and are difficult to monitor in a timely manner. To solve this problem, an Android-based reporting system was created to assist dai in the reporting process. Extreme Programming was chosen as a system development method because this method is suitable for handling changing user needs. This system development uses the Laravel framework for the backend, Flutter for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. Testing is carried out using the black box testing method to ensure each feature, including reporting, user data management, and report monitoring, functions according to specifications. The research results show that the system developed is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting on dai activities, replacing less practical manual methods. In addition, this application allows sub-district and village coordinators to compile reports in real-time, making it easier to monitor and evaluate programs.
