Abstract

This research was carried out at PT. Bumu Main Facility with the aim of knowing . (1) To determine the effect of cash conversion cycle, asset turnover ratio and firm's sales growth on capital work; (2) To find out the factors that have the most dominant influence on Capital Work at PT. Bumi Main FacilityThe results of the research show that the cycle of changes in cash, total assets and the company's sales growth rate simultaneously have a significant effect on PT's working capital. Bumi Sarana Utama in Makassar. Meanwhile, partially, the cash conversion cycle and total assets have a positive and significant effect on the company's working capital. Meanwhile, the sales growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the company's working capital.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of providing additional employee income on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The sample in this study were all employees who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The data in this research was collected using a survey research method, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who work at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research results will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that additional employee income has an effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Semen Tonasa Kab. Pangkep. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 75 karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengujian secara simultan variabel tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel prosuktivitas kerja yang dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan dengan nilai signifikansi f<α (0,000<0,05). Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja dengan nilai signifikansi f<α (0,000<0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terdiri dari produk,harga,tempat,dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV Media One Group.penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan CV Media One Group dengan sampel sebanyak 125 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Validitas,Reabilitas dan Analisis regresi linear berganda.Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjuk persamaan Y= 2,572+(0,382)X1 + (0,782)X2 + (0,893)X3 + (0,576)X4. Analisis koefisien regresi menunjukan bahwa nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,631. Hasil uji kelayakan model menunjukan F-hitung (19,237) dan F-tabel (2,57). Nilai F-hitung (19,237) dan F-tabel (2,57). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan HA diterima. Artinya model regresi linear berganda dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi Pengaruh Bauran Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada CV Media One Group.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, location and promotion on purchasing decisions. The data used in this research is primary data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 60 consumers at Indomaret Mandai Maros. With a sampling technique using the Convenience Sampling technique. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression methods. Findings the research is found that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as simultaneous testing of all price, location and promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Purchasing Decisions, Price, Place and Promotion

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance at the Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete picture of the variables studied. This type of research is a survey, namely analyzing the data needed to support the research discussion in solving and answering the problems that have been formulated. Multiple linear regression is the analysis of the data used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it proves that motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (probability) = 0.985, which shows above from probability (sig) = 0.000 < = 0.05 and the contribution value of B1 = 0.001 or 0, 01%, while the effect of competence on employee performance in the Social Service of South Sulawesi Province shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (probability) = 0.000 below = 0.05. The competency variable (X2) has the two independent variables' most significant and dominant coefficient.

Abstract

Public Perception of Employee Performance at the Marusu District Office, Maros Regency. STIM-LPI Makassar Management Science Study Program Thesis (supervised by Dr. Andi Nuryadin S.E., M.Si. and Dr. Andi Hendra Syam, S.E., M.Si.). This research aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of public services at the Marusu District office, Maros Regency, which until now has not been known, regarding service procedures, certainty of completion time, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, employee behavior, and comfort. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Respondents consisted of community leaders, youth leaders, religious leaders and women leaders as well as sub-district leaders. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the public's perception of service users at the Marusu sub-district office, Maros Regency, is that aspects of public service procedures are easy to access, aspects of facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. Improving the provision of public services in Marusu sub-district, Maros district still depends on the number of queues and the public's perception of friendliness, politeness and comfort is considered good.

Abstract

This study explores how office amenities, work ethic, and occupational discipline affect village apparatus performance indicators in the Buntao' District of the North Toraja Regency. Using a large sample of 45 village officials and an associative quantitative methodology, the study found that the performance of the village apparatus was positively and statistically significantly correlated with office facilities (sig. 0.011 < 0.05), work motivation (sig. 0.018 < 0.05), and work discipline (sig. 0.011 < 0.05). The F-count value of 52.218 exceeded the F-table value of 3.21, indicating that the three independent variables simultaneously showed a positive and significant collective influence. This supports the idea that office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline are important factors influencing the operation of the village apparatus in the aforementioned jurisdiction. Keywords : Office Facilities, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Performance of Village Apparatus

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, nilai perusahaan, dan dividen terhadap market value PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk. sebagai salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, dengan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan tahunan PT Bank BNI Tbk. selama periode 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan dividen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap market value. Secara parsial, rasio likuiditas dan nilai perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap market value, sedangkan dividen menunjukkan hubungan yang lebih kompleks dengan nilai pasar perusahaan, yang tergantung pada strategi distribusi laba dan persepsi pasar terhadap prospek dividen di masa depan.Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di mata investor, khususnya melalui peningkatan likuiditas, pengelolaan nilai perusahaan yang efektif, dan kebijakan dividen yang tepat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, nilai perusahaan dan deviden terhadap peningkatan Market Value. Objek penelitian ini yaitu PT Bank BNI Tbk yang bergerak di bidang bank BUMN. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data tahunan Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan metode analisis rasio keuangan dan analisis satisttik. Hasil penelitian tersebut telah di uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel XI likuiditas (X1.1 rasio lancar, X1.2 rasio cepat, X1.3 rasio kas), X2 nilai perusahan (PBV), X3 deviden (X3.1 deviden, X3.2 total deviden, X3.3 deviden payout ratio, X3.4 deviden per share, dan Y market value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of culture and work discipline on the performance of Port Police Personnel in Makassar. This research uses quantitative methods to assess the influence of work culture and work discipline on the performance of port police personnel in Makassar. Data was obtained from 147 personnel using questionnaires and primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25.0, including classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression to evaluate the influence of variables. The research results show that work culture has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance, work discipline has a positive and significant relationship with personnel performance and work culture and work discipline together have a significant effect on personnel performance. For research suggestions, to maintain work culture and work discipline among personnel, you can create and implement a reward or incentive system as a form of appreciation for employees who consistently show high commitment to work culture and work discipline. Reward systems may include bonuses, public recognition, or opportunities for career development as additional forms of motivation for dedicated Personnel.
