Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif objek penelitian di PT. Primadelta Starlestari dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel 75 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan uji vaiditas, uji reabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsiklasik, uji hipotesis dengn menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisis disimpulkan Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aksesibilitas, citra merek, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Cafe Waroeng Kebon. Pengaruh yang ingin diketahui adalah pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan karakteristik minimal SMP dan telah mengunjungi Cafe Waroeng Kebon minimal satu kali. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan instrument, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regrensi berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi (r2) menggunakan SPSS 27. Dari hasil pengujian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) variabel aksesibilitas (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), (2) variabel (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), (3) variabel aksesibilitas (X1) citra merek (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

In this life we ​​cannot be separated from communication. In a company, every employee needs to communicate. Communication can influence employee performance. Good communication can make an employee's performance good and conversely bad communication can make an employee's performance bad. The purpose of writing this scientific work is to determine the relationship between communication and the performance of Fior Lotus employees and to determine the influence of communication on the performance of Fior Lotus employees. Fior Lotus itself is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in the Ciomas area, Bogor Regency. Fior Lotus uses Shopee to sell its products. They have around 76,100 followers on Shopee. In an average day they sell 300 - 400 pairs of shoes The research used used qualitative methods. Meanwhile data collection was carried out using the interview method. From the data obtained after conducting interviews, the author found that communication is positively related or has a relationship with the performance of Fior Lotus employees and communication has a great influence on their performance which is characterized by their increasing productivity.

Abstract

Program KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) dengan tema restorasi kampung berkualitas di Desa Sindanghayu Saketi Pandeglang Banten untuk penanggulangan gizi buruk dan stunting bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak dan ibu hamil, melalui intervensi gizi dan kesehatan yang terpadu. Program ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui edukasi gizi, penyuluhan kesehatan dan peningkatan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Kegiatan utama meliputi penyuluhan tentang pentingnya asupan gizi seimbang, pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT), dan pelatihan pengelolaan kebun gizi berbasis bahan lokal untuk memastikan ketersediaan pangan bergizi di tingkat keluarga. Kader Posyandu dan tim PKK berperan aktif dalam program ini, termasuk dalam deteksi dini stunting dan gizi buruk serta pemantauan kesehatan anak-anak. Restorasi ini juga menekankan pada peningkatan sanitasi dan kebersihan lingkungan untuk mencegah penyakit yang dapat mempengaruhi status gizi. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan mampu menurunkan prevalensi stunting, meningkatkan kualitas gizi masyarakat, serta memberdayakan masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan keluarga. Dengan kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, pemerintah, dan masyarakat, program ini menciptakan kampung yang lebih sehat, berkualitas, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Company Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Dividend Policy (case study of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period). The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample used was 6 companies from a population of 24 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially, Company Size has a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, Leverage has no effect and is not significant on Dividend Policy, and Liquidity has no effect and is not significant on Dividend Policy. Simultaneously there is an influence between Company Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Dividend Policy.Keywords : Company Size, Leverage, Liquidity, Dividend Policy

Abstract

The approach to preventing sexual violence in the campus environment continues to be a concern, including through the active role of the PPKS Task Force of Faletehan University. One of the efforts made is through socialization activities to the academic community. This article directly describes the dynamics that emerged during the activity, starting from the effectiveness of material delivery, participant responses, to challenges in creating a safe and inclusive discussion space. Forms of sexual violence, as well as the role of the Task Force have been conveyed well. However, communication that tends to be one-way is still an obstacle in encouraging active participation. The responses of the participants were varied, some were actively involved, but some were passive due to cultural factors, discomfort, and lack of trust in the PPKS Task Force. Other challenges arise in efforts to build a psychologically safe space, especially because there is still an imbalance in power relations in the academic environment and stigma against victims. Therefore, the communication approach, ongoing facilitator training, and student involvement from the planning stage are the main recommendations. These results are expected to inspire other campuses in designing a more comprehensive sexual violence prevention strategy and making victims feel safe.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a primary necessity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to thrive and grow in the digital era. In the city of Cilegon, many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods, which causes them to lag slightly behind in the digital market. Through this community service activity, training and assistance were provided on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in various business aspects, such as digital marketing, financial management, and product branding. The solution offered was AI education tailored to the specific needs of business owners. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using technology to support operations and enhance the competitiveness of local products. In conclusion, the use of AI contributes positively to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs, improving business efficiency, and sustainably expanding market reach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty at Café Tepian Laut Merak. The research employed a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who had visited the café. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22, which included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, partial linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the facility variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), indicating that better facilities contribute to higher customer loyalty. Likewise, the service variable (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, suggesting that high-quality service enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. Simultaneously, both facilities and service quality significantly influence customer loyalty at Café Tepian Laut Merak. These findings highlight the importance of improving both physical facilities and service quality as key strategies to maintain and increase customer loyalty in the competitive culinary business sector.
