Abstract

The approach to preventing sexual violence in the campus environment continues to be a concern, including through the active role of the PPKS Task Force of Faletehan University. One of the efforts made is through socialization activities to the academic community. This article directly describes the dynamics that emerged during the activity, starting from the effectiveness of material delivery, participant responses, to challenges in creating a safe and inclusive discussion space. Forms of sexual violence, as well as the role of the Task Force have been conveyed well. However, communication that tends to be one-way is still an obstacle in encouraging active participation. The responses of the participants were varied, some were actively involved, but some were passive due to cultural factors, discomfort, and lack of trust in the PPKS Task Force. Other challenges arise in efforts to build a psychologically safe space, especially because there is still an imbalance in power relations in the academic environment and stigma against victims. Therefore, the communication approach, ongoing facilitator training, and student involvement from the planning stage are the main recommendations. These results are expected to inspire other campuses in designing a more comprehensive sexual violence prevention strategy and making victims feel safe.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a primary necessity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to thrive and grow in the digital era. In the city of Cilegon, many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods, which causes them to lag slightly behind in the digital market. Through this community service activity, training and assistance were provided on utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in various business aspects, such as digital marketing, financial management, and product branding. The solution offered was AI education tailored to the specific needs of business owners. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in using technology to support operations and enhance the competitiveness of local products. In conclusion, the use of AI contributes positively to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs, improving business efficiency, and sustainably expanding market reach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty at Café Tepian Laut Merak. The research employed a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers who had visited the café. The data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22, which included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, partial linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the facility variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), indicating that better facilities contribute to higher customer loyalty. Likewise, the service variable (X2) also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, suggesting that high-quality service enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. Simultaneously, both facilities and service quality significantly influence customer loyalty at Café Tepian Laut Merak. These findings highlight the importance of improving both physical facilities and service quality as key strategies to maintain and increase customer loyalty in the competitive culinary business sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of word of mouth and brand image on consumer purchase intention at the Irma Butique clothing store. This study was conducted using a quantitative method, with a population and sample of 60 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and was distributed directly to customers of the Irma Butique store. Data analysis used SmartPLS. The results of the study show that word of mouth has an influence on purchase intention because the t-statistic value is 11.957 > t-table 1.96 and the significance p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so word of mouth can be used as a measure of the level of purchase intention, especially at the Irma Butique Clothing Store. Brand image has a positive influence on purchase intention because the t-statistic value is 44.577 > t-table 1.96 and the significance p-value is 0.000 < 0.05; the better the brand image, the more it will affect the purchase intention of clothing at Irma Butique, and vice versa. Word of mouth and brand image have a positive simultaneous effect on purchase intention because the variability of the word of mouth and brand image constructs is 0.898. This shows that simultaneously they are able to explain the variability of the word of mouth and brand image constructs by 89.8%, while the remaining 10.1% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, the better the word of mouth and brand image, the more they will influence the purchase intention of clothing at Irma Butique, and vice versa.

Abstract

Informasi yang mudah diakses membuat konsumen lebih cerdas dan kritis dalam membuat keputusan pembelian. Kemajuan teknologi dan digitalisasi membawa perubahan besar dalam cara masyarakat berinteraksi dengan merek atau produk. Minat beli konsumen dapat meningkat melalui rekomendasi teman atau influencer serta pengalaman belanja yang menyenangkan. Influencer memiliki pengaruh besar dalam industri atau platform media sosial tertentu. Influencer dengan pengikut yang banyak dan konten yang menarik mampu membangun kepercayaan dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. TikTok telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku belanja konsumen, memudahkan mereka berbelanja dari rumah tanpa harus antri atau menggunakan transportasi. TikTok menawarkan peluang besar bagi merek untuk mengoptimalkan minat beli konsumen, menjangkau konsumen dari berbagai usia untuk mengikuti tren yang dipromosikan oleh influencer.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out how much influence training has on employee performance; (2) to find out how much the work environment influences employee performance; (3) to find out how much training and work environment influence employee performance. This research is quantitative research and was conducted at PT Maju Tambak Sumur Lampung Selatan with a total of 65 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this research was taken using questionnaires, observations, interviews. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 29. From the results of this test it can be concluded that (1) the training variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (2) work environment variables (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (3) training variables (X1) work environment (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Family is one of the most important factors in a child's success. As a child grows and develops, the family becomes the natural foundation. The physical and psychological development of a child takes place within the family. This paper attempts to investigate the viewpoint of family management. The socio-culture of the family has undergone significant changes in the millennial era, which is characterised by the rapid development of technology and information. The speed of globalisation makes the industrial revolution 4.0 unstoppable. The results of analyses from various sources and references show that there is a need for adaptive strategies in family education given the constant changes of the times.

Abstract

In the currently developing digital era, the use of live streaming on the TikTok platform is becoming an increasingly popular marketing strategy. This research aims to determine the relationship between TikTok live streaming and increasing consumer trust and purchasing decisions. By utilizing a literature review as a research method, this research aims to explore information from previous research involving TikTok live streaming, consumer trust, and purchasing decisions. Previous research results show that TikTok live streaming plays an important role in shaping consumer trust through content authenticity and direct interaction. Product details displayed during live streaming and the quality of the streamer's presentation can influence purchasing decisions. TikTok Live Streaming is considered effective as a promotional medium that can build trust and increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Indonesian society today has become accustomed to the use of drugs. This can be caused by various factors such as the development of the disease, the production of various types of drugs and supplements, in addition to the large number of pharmacies that sell drugs that do not follow the applicable rules and the start of the implementation of national health insurance such as BPJS has allowed people to get easier access to treatment. These developments have caused various positive and negative impacts. The positive impact that can be seen is that more and more people are starting to care about health by checking themselves into healthcare places. While the negative impact that may arise with the increasing use of drugs in the community is errors in using drugs. This can occur due to a lack of knowledge and information conveyed to the public regarding the use of good and correct drugs. Errors in the use of drugs can cause harm both to society and to the environment. This counseling activity is intended for the community to increase basic knowledge of drugs, namely recognizing drug signs and etiquette (labels) useful for reducing drug abuse and increasing insight into drugs on the market.

Abstract

Pajak memiliki peranan yang dominan untuk pembangunan nasional dalam struktur APBN. Kepatuhan wajib pajak menjadi fokus penting DJP dengan kegiatan pengawasan pajak dalam sistem self assessment untuk mencapai penerimaan pajak yang optimal dalam situasi nasional yang dinamis termasuk saat pandemi Covid-19. Compliance risk management menghasilkan peta risiko kepatuhan wajib pajak. Kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai peningkatan pengawasan wajib pajak yang lebih efisien dan efektif dalam rangka mewujudkan kepatuhan yang berkesinambungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengawasan wajib pajak dengan model CRM dan kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai upaya penguatan penerimaan pajak pada KPP Pratama Indramayu tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil wawancara sebagai data primer penelitian ini. Selain itu, dokumen dan literatur yang berkaitan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pengawasan wajib pajak dengan model CRM dan kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak berdampak positif terhadap penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratama Indramayu tahun 2019-2023.
