Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out how much influence training has on employee performance; (2) to find out how much the work environment influences employee performance; (3) to find out how much training and work environment influence employee performance. This research is quantitative research and was conducted at PT Maju Tambak Sumur Lampung Selatan with a total of 65 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this research was taken using questionnaires, observations, interviews. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 29. From the results of this test it can be concluded that (1) the training variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (2) work environment variables (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (3) training variables (X1) work environment (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Pajak memiliki peranan yang dominan untuk pembangunan nasional dalam struktur APBN. Kepatuhan wajib pajak menjadi fokus penting DJP dengan kegiatan pengawasan pajak dalam sistem self assessment untuk mencapai penerimaan pajak yang optimal dalam situasi nasional yang dinamis termasuk saat pandemi Covid-19. Compliance risk management menghasilkan peta risiko kepatuhan wajib pajak. Kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai peningkatan pengawasan wajib pajak yang lebih efisien dan efektif dalam rangka mewujudkan kepatuhan yang berkesinambungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengawasan wajib pajak dengan model CRM dan kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai upaya penguatan penerimaan pajak pada KPP Pratama Indramayu tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil wawancara sebagai data primer penelitian ini. Selain itu, dokumen dan literatur yang berkaitan sebagai data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pengawasan wajib pajak dengan model CRM dan kebijakan pengawasan kepatuhan wajib pajak berdampak positif terhadap penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratama Indramayu tahun 2019-2023.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Determining Factors of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market, Bogor". The aim of the research is to determine the significant positive influence simultaneously and partially between the independent variables, namely service quality consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) towards the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) at the Bojongkulur Village Market. The population in this study were consumers at the Bojongkulur Village Market. Furthermore, the sampling technique used in this research was "Simple Random Sampling" where respondents were shopping at the Bojongkulur Village Market. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The results of this research are; (1)Simultaneously, service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) has a positive, strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 63%. (2)Partially, physical evidence has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 54%. (3)Partially, reliability has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 58%. (4)Partially, responsiveness has a positive, relatively strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 60%. (5)Partially, guarantees have a positive, strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 62%. (6)Partially, empathy has a positive, quite strong and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Bojongkulur Village Market. This is shown by the R-Square gain of 52%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI (PG) is located in Prajekan District, Bondowoso Regency. Work discipline is considered crucial in improving employee performance, because high discipline is believed to be positively correlated with increased performance. A quantitative approach with explanatory research methods is used in this research to test hypotheses regarding the causal relationship between these variables. Questionnaires that have been proven to be valid and reliable are used to collect data which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research reveal that work discipline does not have a significant impact on employee performance. In contrast, work environmental factors have a significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 35.1% to the observed variation in performance. In addition, it was found that appreciation and remuneration from superiors which were felt to be low influenced work discipline. This study suggests that companies should pay more attention to providing appropriate rewards and ensuring good communication regarding obstacles that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Nilai peusahaan dicerminkan oleh harga saham yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan diantaranya profitabilitas dan leverage. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah profitabilitas dan leverage mamiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2021. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling sehingga didapat 26 perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan jenis data sekunder dengan metode analisis regresi berganda pada program SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian variabel profitabilitas menunjukan nilai thitung sebesar 6,426 dari ttabel 1,992 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05. Pada variabel leverage nilai thitung 1,348 dari ttabel 1,992 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,1820,05. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukan nilai fhitung 23,429 ftabel 3.12 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000,05. Simpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan variabel leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the performance of employees in the Deputy for National Level Leadership Education (Debiddikpimkatnas) of Lemhannas RI, to find out the level of Organizational Culture of employees of Debiddikpimkatnas of Lemhannas RI; find out the impact of organizational training for Lemhannas RI Debiddikpimkatnas employees; see the impact of performance motivation of Lemhannas RI Debiddikpimkatnas employees. The results of the research study show that the existence of organizational culture has quite a significant influence on the performance of Debiddikpimkatnas employees, as indicated by the t significance number of 0.027 which has a value smaller than alpha = 0.05, namely (0.027 < 0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.244. The training provided by the organization has quite a significant influence on the performance of Debiddikpimkatnas employees, as shown by the t significance number of 0.003 which has a value smaller than alpha = 0.05, namely (0.003 < 0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.646. Motivation does not have a significant effect on the performance of Debiddikpimkatnas employees, as shown by the t significance result of 0.541 where this figure is greater than alpha = 0.05 (0.541 > 0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.098. The cultural variables contained within an organization and the impact of training provided by the organization move simultaneously to have quite a significant influence on the performance of Lemhannas RI Debiddikpimkatnas employees, as indicated by the F coefficient significance number of 0.0001 which is lower than alpha = 0.05, namely (0.0001 < 0.05) and has been proven to contribute to employee performance as much as 53.9%, while the other 46.1% has been explained outside the research model factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana perilaku konsumen membuat keputusan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai fenomena era digital untuk mendapatkan wawasan baru. Namun demikian, tinjauan literatur digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Kemajuan teknologi telah berdampak tidak hanya pada bisnis tetapi juga pada semua aspek kehidupan. Perilaku konsumen telah berubah sebagai akibat dari era digital. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen antara lain : Budaya, harus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi karena konsumen berbelanja berbeda secara online dan offline. Psikologi memiliki dampak yang lebih besar pada perilaku konsumen di era digital, khususnya pada persepsi, motivasi, pembelajaran, keyakinan, dan sikap. Teknologi digital atau perangkat seluler telah mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era digital untuk lima tahap pengambilan keputusan yaitu pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, pembelian, dan pasca pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of company size, leverage and managerial ownership on earnings management in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the BEI for the period 2018 – 2022. The type of research used is quantitative research and empirical approaches. The population in this research is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research uses secondary data. From the results of this test it can be concluded that partially Company Size has no effect and is not significant on Profit Management, Leverage has no effect and is not significant on Profit Management, and Managerial Ownership has no effect and is not significant on Profit Management. Meanwhile, simultaneously Company Size, Leverage and Managerial Ownership have no effect and are not significant on Profit Management in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the BEI for the 2018 - 2022 period.

Abstract

Permasalahan kasus kekerasan seksual adalah meningkatnya jumlah kasus kekerasan seksual yang diakibatkan oleh adanya persepsi dari masyarakat yang dapat ditoleransi atau hal yang biasa, kuatnya budaya patriarki dan penegakkan hukum yang masih lemah. Kekerasan seksual sering terjadi di lingkungan akademik dan kasusnya selalu ada serta korbannya masih belum berani melaporkan diri. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa/I Universitas Faletehan untuk berani speak up apabila telah mengalami kekerasan seksual dengan menggunakan aplikasi pintar “BestieQ”. Hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat fenomena kejadian dan melakukan penanganan apabila telah terjadinya kekerasan seksual di Universitas Faletehan serta memulihkan kembali kesehatan mental pada korban pascatrauma bersama konselor professional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan melalui 3 tahap kegiatan. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan uji kelayakan aplikasi “BestieQ” dengan menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale dan didapatkan nilai 82,25 yang berarti aplikasi ini berada dalam kategori good/baik. Pada tahap kedua dilakukan pengenalan aplikasi “BestieQ” kepada mahasiswa/i melalui pemberian edukasi penayangan film pendek pada saat perayaan dies natalis ke-5 Universitas Faletehan. Pada tahap terakhir dilakukan evaluasi survei kepuasaan aplikasi “BestieQ” dan terjadi peningkatan dengan nilai 80,25 yang berarti aplikasi ini berada dalam kategori good/baik. Aplikasi “BestieQ” merupakan sebuah aplikasi digital berbasis Android yang bersifat “friendly” bagi korban kekerasan seksual serta dapat memulihkan kesehatan mental pada korbannya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Lebak Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. In this research, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research has a sample and population of 37 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests using SPSS version 29. The results of the analysis prove that partially, work discipline and work motivation each have a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
