Abstract

Post partum Sectio caesarea (SC) is a way of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen. The obstacle that often occurs is the lack of knowledge of mothers about handling post SC pain intensity during post partum SC. The role of health workers is to help post partum SC mothers to understand how to handle post partum SC pain intensity with non-pharmacology. Treatment for pain intensity can be done by providing health knowledge to post partum SC mothers about foot massage and handling post partum SC pain intensity with complementary therapy in the form of foot massage. Mother's knowledge about nausea and vomiting and its handling is very important, in order to deal with the intensity of pain experienced during post partum SC. In connection with this problem, the community service program provides a solution to increase the knowledge of post partum SC mothers regarding handling pain intensity with foot massage. The activity began with a pre-test assessment related to post partum SC mothers and handling pain intensity with foot massage then health knowledge given to post partum SC mothers regarding pain intensity and its treatment with foot massage represented by 10 post partum SC mothers, next activity is evaluation by post-test. From these activities it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of post partum SC mothers after being given health knowledge. Abstrak Post partum Sectio caesarea (SC) adalah suatu cara melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding uterus melalui dinding depan perut. Kendala yang sering terjadi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai penangan intensitas nyeri post SC pada masa post partum SC. Peran tenaga kesehatan untuk membantu ibu post partum SC agar mengerti cara penangan intensitas nyeri post partum SC dengan non farmakologi. Penangan dalam intensitas nyeri dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan  kesehatan pada ibu post partum SC tentang foot massage dan penanganan intensitas nyeri post partum SC dengan terapi komplementer berupa pijat foot massage. Pengetahuan ibu tentang mual muntah dan penangannya ini sangat lah penting, guna untuk menangani intensitas nyeri yang dialami selama post partum SC. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, program pengabdian masyarakat memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahun ibu post partum SC  mengenai penangan intensitas nyeri dengan pijat foot massage. Kegiatan diawali dengan penilaian pre- test yang berkaitan dengan ibu post partum SC dan penanganan intensitas nyeri dengan foot massage kemudian pengetahuan  kesehatan yang diberikan kepada ibu post partum SC mengenai intensitas nyeri serta penangannya dengan foot massage yang diwakili oleh 10 ibu post partum SC, kegiatan selanjutnya adalah evaluasi dengan post-test. Dari kegiatan tersebut didapatkan ada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu post partum SC setelah diberikan pengetahuan kesehatan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how to use picture and picture models to improve student learning outcomes on the theme of natural resources for class III SD Negeri Langung. It is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of design, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in this study were 31 students. The results of teacher and student observations, as well as student tests were analyzed using the percentage formula. The research results obtained were (1) observing the activities of teachers and students in cycle 1 obtained an average score of 2.28 in a fairly good category. while the average test result was 69.67% with an average national achievement of 16 students or 55% and those who did not complete were 15 students or 45%. (2) Observation of teacher activity gets a score of 3, 85 in the very good category and observation of student activity in cycle II got an average score of 3.57 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the average test result was 85.8% with an average completion of 27 students or 90.68% and 4 students who did not complete or 9.32%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Picture and Picture model it can improve student learning outcomes to become more active and the teacher's ability to improve better.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Sirnabakti, Kecamatan Pamempek, Garut, adalah sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan mahasiswa dalam berbagai inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan pengembangan desa. Penelitian ini merinci berbagai program KKN yang dilaksanakan di Desa Sirnabakti dalam bidang kesehatan, ekonomi, pendidikan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam bidang kesehatan, program PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) telah membantu mencegah dan mengatasi stunting pada balita melalui pemberian makanan tambahan berbasis bahan lokal seperti Nugget Daun Kelor, Puding Daun Kelor, dan Pisang. Program ini juga mencakup edukasi gizi dan kesehatan untuk perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik. Di bidang ekonomi, program pengelolaan ikan lele siap santap dan branding desa telah meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui pemasaran produk lokal dan memberdayakan wanita nelayan. Bidang pendidikan terfokus pada pengajaran di sekolah-sekolah daerah, menciptakan ruang belajar tambahan, dan memberikan pelatihan bagi anak-anak dan remaja. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembersihan sampah, karnaval, serta peningkatan kesadaran kesehatan ibu dan anak. Kesimpulannya, program KKN ini telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap Desa Sirnabakti dan masyarakatnya. Saran untuk program ini meliputi terus memantau, mengevaluasi, dan memperluas program-program yang ada

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengadakan pembekalan dan pendampingan implementasi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis online Role-Playing Game (RPG) yang ditujukan kepada guru SMP Negeri 2 Kaliwungu Kudus. Pengabdian ini melibatkan 30 peserta dari unsur guru. Metode penerapan PKM ini menggunakan metode pembekalan dan pendampingan dengan tahapan Training and Education, Experience dan Mentoring. Selanjutnya, Pembekalan dan pendampingan kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dari tanggal 16 oktober sampai 17 Oktober 2023. Pada hari pertama, tim pengabdian masyarakat melakukan pembekalan terkait kurikulum merdeka dan bagaimana cara penerapan online RPG pada pembelajaran di kelas. Hari kedua, peserta melakukan praktik untuk pembuatan game online RPG secara mandiri yang didampingi oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat sehingga hasil dari kegiatan PKM adalah guru dapat membuat game online RPG secara mandiri dan mengaplikasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam hal pengembangan media pembelajaran.This Community Service (PKM) aims to provide provision and assistance in the implementation of online RPG game-based learning management for teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Kaliwungu Kudus. This service involved 30 participants from the teacher element. This method of implementing community service uses the provision and mentoring method with the stages of Training and Education, Experience and Mentoring. Furthermore, provision and assistance for activities was carried out for 2 days from 16 October to 17 October 2023. On the first day, the community service team provided provision regarding the independent curriculum and how to apply online Role-Playing Game (RPG) to classroom learning. On the second day, participants practiced creating online RPG games independently, accompanied by a community service team. Therefore, the results of community service activities are that teachers can create online RPG games independently and apply them to learning so as to increase teachers' abilities in terms of developing learning media.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior is a big challenge in early childhood education, especially during the Clean and healthy living behavior is a big challenge in early childhood education, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. One of the primary keys, in this case, is the disciplined character of children. This study aims to analyze the character of children's discipline in implementing Clean and Healthy Life Behavior during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data analysis was carried out by systematically analyzing data obtained from interviews, field notes, and other materials so that they were quickly accessible and informed to others. The results showed that children's discipline in implementing Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) during the Covid-19 pandemic was optimal. It showed the character of the following actions: using masks or face shields, hand washing discipline, and discipline in the application. From social distancing, discipline in activities, discipline in consuming healthy food, and discipline in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Then the factors that influence the disciplined character of children in implementing clean and healthy living behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic consist of internal factors in the form of habits and heredity and external factors in the form of education and environmental factors.

Abstract

This article reviews the Islamic view of how the universe was created, both from a theological and philosophical perspective. Using qualitative research methods and literature study, the author analyzes verses in the Qur’an related to the formation of the universe as well as philosophical thoughts of Muslim figures such as Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Maskawaih. In the Islamic context, the creation of the universe is understood as evidence of God’s greatness exercised gradually and fully in wisdom. The philosophers’ concept of emanation also provides important insights into understanding the interaction between God and created beings. The article also emphasizes the relationship between science and the Quran in explaining the origin of the universe as well as encouraging the merger between revelation and rationality in scientific research. The results of this article show that Islam not only affirms a spiritual understanding of the universe, but also provides a space for scientific study regarding God’s creation.
