Abstract

his research is based on the background of the problem that cost estimation is very beneficial for the owner, contractor and consultant. Errors in estimating costs are very often done, this is due to lack of experience and information obtained by an estimator. The purpose of this study is to obtain an equation that can help an estimator in estimating costs whose results approach the actual cost and can speed up the estimation process. The data that used in this research is from RAB’s 45 type house in Central Sulawesi. The method that will be used in this research is Pearson Correlation and Quadratic Regression. Pearson correlation is used to see the correlation between the independent and dependent variables while the Quadratic Regression is used to get the equation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Regression modeling results obtained are y=-649,15X1+0,0022X1^2+182X3-0.0005X3^2+e, with R2 = 95%. The variables that significant in this research are raw material ( X1) and concrete brick ( X3)

Abstract

Degradation of ethics and morality during adolescence poses a threat that can hinder or even jeopardize the future of teenagers. This counseling is conducted to provide education and a deep understanding of how teenagers can build strong morals and develop positive adolescent ethics. The counseling uses the PAR approach with the aid of media such as laptops, LCD projectors, and materials as primary tools for conveying information. The results of the counseling show: the event was conducted very well, with excellent interaction between the presenter and participants. The presenter effectively and smoothly delivered information about ethics and morality, the causes of their decline, and strategies for prevention. Conclusion: The counseling on ethics and morality has a positive psychological impact as participants are able to understand the material well.

Abstract

In 2018 in Indonesia there has been an earthquake of 7.4 on the richter scale. The epicenter was on land around Sirenja district, Donggala regency, Central Sulawesi. The impact in some areas there is liquefaction of these areas, namely Petobo village and Balaroa village and also subsidence in Tompe Village this study aims to determine whether the soil in segment II of Tompe village has the potential for liquefaction based on the results of Cyclic Stress Ratio (CSR) & Cyclic Resistance Ratio (CRR) analysis and based on the results of Tsuchida grain distribution graph. Samples in this study amounted to 10 points by field testing using Swedish weight sounding tool to obtain the value of Nsw (n/m) correlated to the N-SPT data and analyzed by the CSR & CRR equation to obtain the value of the safety factor (FS). The results obtained with the range of FS values are for the potential 0.13 – 0.98 and not potential 1.06 – 1.72 and based on the results of grading the grain to get the value for the potential 70.31% - 95.87% and not the potential 0.39% - 6.62%  from the results of the 2 methods it is concluded that Tompe village based on the value of  FS 50% has the potential for liquefaction and based on the Tsuchida graph 85.78% has the potential for liquefaction.

Abstract

This study explores the use of scaffolding techniques in teaching English to young learners in primary schools in Kecamatan Tempe, Kabupaten Wajo. Using qualitative interviews with five teachers and several students from five schools, it identifies commonly used strategies like modeling, guided practice, interactive dialogue, and visual aids. While students responded positively—especially to visual and interactive methods—teachers faced challenges such as large class sizes, mixed proficiency levels, limited resources, and time constraints. The study concludes that scaffolding is effective, but teachers need more training and resources to optimize its use, highlighting implications for teacher development and classroom practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi desain kurikulum dengan konsep Understanding by Design atau UbD di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi UbD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPT SPF SDN Tamamaung 1 dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan, selama pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL Mahasiswa Program Profesi Guru Calon Guru di UPT SPF SDN Tamamaung 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa penerapan desain kurikulum dengan pendekatan UbD di UPT SPF SDN Tamamaung 1 belum mencapai hasil yang optimal. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru, seperti kurangnya pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep Understanding by Design dan adanya keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia bagi para guru untuk mempersiapkan rencana pembelajaran dengan baik. Sebagai konsekuensinya, implementasi UbD tidak dapat berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan, sehingga memerlukan perhatian dan perbaikan lebih lanjut guna mengoptimalkan penerapannya di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka, yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, bertujuan untuk menciptakan generasi yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berdaya saing. Namun, implementasi kurikulum ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari kesiapan guru hingga keterbatasan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Makassar untuk mengeksplorasi problematika penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah dasar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pelatihan guru dan peningkatan infrastruktur menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Artikel ini juga menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pendidikan inklusi di SD 111 Botto, Takkalalla, Kabupaten Wajo, dengan menelaah perspektif siswa, guru, dan orang tua dalam membangun lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif. Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pentingnya keberagaman, kesetaraan, dan partisipasi semua siswa, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi kelas dan wawancara mendalam terhadap siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sekolah menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan guru pelatihan, kurangnya fasilitas, dan beragamnya kemampuan belajar siswa, komitmen untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusi tetap tinggi. Guru berupaya menerapkan pembelajaran inklusi melalui strategi adaptif seperti penggunaan media visual, alat peraga, dan pendekatan diferensiasi. Siswa menunjukkan respon positif terhadap lingkungan inklusif, sementara orang tua mendukung program ini dengan harapan adanya peningkatan fasilitas dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, penyediaan sumber daya yang sesuai, serta kolaborasi erat antara sekolah dan orang tua. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang ingin mengembangkan pendidikan inklusi, khususnya di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas relevansi tiga aliran filsafat ilmu positivisme, post-positivisme, dan postmodernisme dalam menjawab problematika pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya pada konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, digitalisasi pembelajaran, dan tantangan era Society 5.0. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan menelaah artikel, buku, dan laporan penelitian terbitan 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa positivisme memberikan landasan bagi pendidikan berbasis data, capaian terukur, dan asesmen autentik, sebagaimana tercermin pada indikator capaian pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, pendekatan ini cenderung reduktif karena mengabaikan nilai humanistik dan konteks sosial budaya. Post-positivisme hadir sebagai koreksi dengan menekankan pluralitas realitas, integrasi nilai, serta pentingnya asesmen kualitatif, yang tampak pada dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Sementara itu, postmodernisme menawarkan kerangka baru yang menekankan pluralitas, inklusivitas, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan kontekstual. Paradigma ini tampak pada praktik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, integrasi kearifan lokal, dan literasi digital. Sintesis ketiga paradigma tersebut membentuk model pendidikan yang ilmiah, humanis, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi sekaligus tetap berakar pada nilai-nilai Pancasila. Dengan demikian, integrasi filsafat ilmu dalam pendidikan tidak hanya penting secara teoretis, tetapi juga esensial bagi praktik pendidikan yang relevan di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi.

Abstract

Both handling and slaughtering of cattle in government and private abattoirs are varied technically. The aim of this study was to describe and to analyze variation of both handling and slaughtering techniques of cattle in abattoirs, and their effects to the meat yielded. A total of 72 local-cross cattle which is collected from 7 slaughterhouses in three provinces of Indonesia were used. Data of handling and slaughtering techniques wasdescribed, whereas carcass weight, carcass percentage, and non-carcass percentage were analyzed using T test. The results proved various processes of slaughtering processes including knocking-down of the cattle, dressing (skinning and gutting), cutting of oxtail, evisceration, carcass splitting, and trimming of subcutaneous fat were observed in this study. Approximately 63.64% of knocking-down of the cattle was supported by restraining box and stunning, 57.14% of skinning activity was done by hanging up the carcass, and evisceration process wasalso done by hanging up the carcass (85.71%). Tail docking, carcass parts, and trimming of subcutaneous fat are related to the carcass and non-carcass production. By comparing our data and SNI No.3932:2008, carcass productivity and carcass percentage were not significant statistically, however, the differences were observed quantitatively. Furthermore, tail percentage was found to be significantly different with SNI No.3932:2008 (P<0.05). In addition, our simulation discovered excess of meat production in the A, C, and D abattoirs, on theother hand, estimations of meat production in E, F, G abattoirs were deficit compared to SNI No.3932:2008. In conclusion, the larger scale of slaughterhouse could increase the estimation of meat production differences.
