Abstract

Workload is a difference between the capacity or ability of workers and the job demands that must be faced. Inappropriate workload has an impact on employee job satisfaction which results in low employee performance. The results of observations made during field observations found several complex problems, such as the relationship between leaders and subordinates which was less than harmonious, such as communication from superiors to subordinates which was not smooth and cooperation which existed less than optimally so that subordinates felt uncomfortable in carrying out their work, so it became worthy of research. . Therefore, creating work programs related to increasing knowledge on how to manage excessive workload through educating the public is very important to increase worker satisfaction. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge of the Waworaha Village community about how to manage excessive workload. The method used in service is an offline educational method. The result of this service is that workers can understand and implement efforts to deal with excessive workloads in order to increase worker satisfaction.

Abstract

Smoke-free areas are the only effective and inexpensive way to protect people from the dangers of secondhand smoke. Smoking is one of the bad habits of society, the number of consumers continues to increase every year. With the emergence of various health problems that plague the community due to smoking, this study aims to provide an understanding to the community about the dangers of smoking, and its impact on health, and encourage healthy living behavior and smoking cessation so that the Moramo village community is smart without cigarette smoke, This research method uses qualitative research methods, with the technique of determining the information using porposive sampling. While data collection techniques include observation and interviews, in fact in the field it is not done, so there are still many people who smoke carelessly. Some of the obstacle factors, namely the lack of socialization, the lack of commitment of policy implementers, the lack of community compliance, and the non-enforcement of predetermined sanction rules. Therefore, there needs to be increased socialization in the Moramo Village community about the importance of the dangers of smoking and the consequences that will be felt.

Abstract

Rumah sakit ialah tingkat pelayanan lanjutan setelah puskesmas yang tentunya harus mempunyai pelayanan lebih baik. Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008 menyatakan bahwa persyaratan teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada bangunan gedung yang terdiri atas sarana penyelamatan, sistem proteksi aktif dan manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan sarana penyelamatan jiwa, sistem proteksi aktif kebakaran dan manajemen penanggulangan kebakaran pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Raha Kabupaten Muna Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi berupa form checklist yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data/informasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen penanggulangan bencana dan semua unit dari sistem penanggulangan kebakaran. Informasi yang diperoleh dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel dan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk penjelasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada sarana penyelamatan jiwa: pintu keluar berada dalam kategori baik, jalan keluar berada dalam kategori baik, tanda penunjuk arah berada dalam kategori baik, penerangan darurat berada dalam kategori baik, tempat berkumpul berada dalam kategori baik. Pada manajemen penanggulangan bencana: organisasi tanggap darurat berada dalam kategori baik, prosedur tanggap darurat berada dalam kategori baik, latihan tanggap darurat berada dalam kategori baik. Pada sistem proteksi aktif, APAR berada dalam kategori baik, sprinkler berada dalam kategori cukup, hydrant berada dalam kategori cukup, alarm kebakaran berada dalam kategori baik. Abstract

Faktor psikososiaI memiliki urgensi tersendiri untuk memperoIeh perhatian khusus karena berkaitan erat dengan produktifitas dan kinerja petugas kesehatan yang bertugas di Rumah Sakit terIebih di saat pandemi Covid-19 seperti saat ini. PeneIitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuaIitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengambarkan aspek psikososiai tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Konawe Utara di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengumpuIan data meliputi wawancara mendaIam dan obervasi. lnforman kunci pada peneIitian ini yaitu KepaIa Sub. Bagian Tata Usaha RSUD Kab. Konawe Utara dan informan biasa yaitu Kepala Ruangan dan dua orang Perawat. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara diporoleh informasi yaitu tingkat stress yang memepengaruhi psikososial pekerja selama masa pandemi diketahui cukup tekendali dikarenakan kebijakan rumah sakit yang menyediakan pelayanan khusus untuk pasien terpapar Covid-19 dan tingkat keamanan yang memadai sehingga pekerja merasa aman. Namun banyaknya tuntutan dari pihak kelurga pasien covid tentu menjadi faktor yang dapat membuat petugas kesehatan menjadi stress yang akan mempengaruhi mental terIebih jika pasien terus bertambah maka sehingga beban kerja akan semakin meningkat akan membuat petugas menjadi kelelahan dan sangat rawan untuk mengalami stress. Lingkungan kerja/organisasi kerja juga memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja dalam bentuk positif, begitu juga dengan hubungan antar sesama pekerja dan atasan yang terjalin dengan baik. Serta karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dan apabila variabel karakteristik individu ditingkatkan maka stress kerja akan semakin meningkat. Abstract

Dermatitis Kontak Iritan (DKI) merupakan reaksi peradangan lokal non imunologik pada kulit yang disebabkan oleh kontak dengan faktor eksogen maupun endogen. Faktor eksogen berupa bahan-bahan iritan (kimiawi, fisik, maupun biologik) dan faktor endogen memegang peranan penting pada penyakit ini. Data yang ada diketahui bahwa sebesar 65,7% pekerja bengkel motor menderita dermatitis kontak akibat kerja, dari pekerja yang menderita dermatitis kontak memiliki kebiasaan mencuci tangan yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan dermatitis kontak pada pekerja bengkel motor di Kecamatan Poasia Kota Kendari Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja bengkel motor di Kecamatan Poasia Kota Kendari, dimana sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 74 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value variabel usia 0,332, nilai p-value variabel masa kerja 0,017, nilai p-value variabel personal hygiene 0,000, nilai p-value variabel lama kontak 0,009, dan nilai p-value variabel pengunaan APD 0,000. Kesimpulan, ada hubungan antara masa kerja, personal hygiene, lama kontak dan penggunaan APD dengan keluhan dermatitis kontak pada pekerja bengkel di Kecamatan Poasia, serta tidak ada hubungan antara usia dengan keluhan dermatitis kontak pada pekerja bengkel di Kecamatan Poasia, Kota Kendari Tahun 2021. Abstract

Kelelahan kerja ditandai dengan kurangnya energi dan minat pada pekerjaan seseorang, serta kurangnya motivasi dan produktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor (seperti usia, beban kerja, masa kerja, dan stres kerja) yang berkontribusi terhadap kelelahan kerja pada perawat IGD RSU Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan mengaplikasikan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh perawat IGD RSU Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 31 orang. Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan kelelahan kerja (p = 0,034), ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p = 0,007), ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p = 0,002), dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p = 0,894). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perawat yang berusia tua lebih berpotensi mengalami kelelahan kerja karena faktor-faktor seperti peningkatan beban kerja dan stres kerja. Korelasi antara masa kerja dan kelelahan kerja adalah nol. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia, beban kerja, dan stres kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Kata Kunci: beban kerja, kelelahan kerja, masa kerja, stres kerja, usia

Abstract

Unsafe action is a human failure to follow the correct work requirements and procedures, causing work accidents. The aim of the study was to describe the unsafe acts of loading and unloading workers at PT. X in Kendari City. The type of study was quantitative research with a descriptive observational approach. This study only looks at the unsafe acts carried out by workers by using observation sheets in the form of checklists and questionnaires. The number of samples was determined by a total sampling of 48 people. The results of this study used the univariate analysis method, where it was found that the results of Unsafe Action, the type of unsafe action that is most often carried out by workers at was the improper use of Personal Protective Equipment. In addition, there was the operation of Lift-and-Transport equipment at speeds that are not in accordance with the SOP, as well as the arrangement of containers outside the stacking field. Loading and unloading workers who act unsafely are at high risk of work accidents that can cause injury, lost working days, and decreased productivity. It is hoped that the PT. X Kendari City to improve supervision of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers as an effort to control work accidents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the serious public health problems is dengue fever cases, which is influenced by environmental factors. This can influence the increase in larvae-free rates by a percentage of 85%. This is due to a lack of public awareness in carrying out 3M Plus activities regularly. The 3M Plus behavior is closely related to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Indonesian people. This research aimed to determine the relationship between 3M Plus behavior and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Indonesian people. The research method was carried out by literature review using the Google Scholar database with inclusion criteria free full text manuscript. The languages used were Indonesian and English. The data taken was the articles published from 2016 to 2023. The results were analyzed and obtained in six national journals, which explained that 3M Plus behavior was related to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Indonesian people. The 3M Plus behavior that had a dominant relationship to the incidence of dengue fever was the habit of draining and tightly closing water reservoirs. This research can be concluded that the 3M Plus behavior among Indonesian people needs to be optimized in order to reduce the incidence of dengue fever, especially regarding the implementation of 3M Plus behavior among the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is the term for linear growth disorders (length/height based on age) in the early years of life. In 2022, stunting in Indonesia was around 21.6%, tending to still be above 20% (WHO standards). The environment is one of the factors causing stunting, including the home environment, such as the house's physical condition, sanitary condition, and sanitation facilities. Poor environmental conditions are related to water, sanitation, and hygiene. This research used a literature study method through health articles related to the effect of environmental sanitation on stunting cases in Southeast Sulawesi from the publication years 2018 to 2022. The selected articles were the articles that used qualitative and quantitative research. The results obtained from several studies showed a relationship between the use of drinking water quality and the incidence of stunting, stating that toddlers with poor drinking water quality would experience stunting more often, with research results of 61.5%, the relationship between the incidence of diarrhea due to the environment (27.7%), the effect of sanitation among mothers of toddlers (100%), and knowledge related to hygiene (37.1%) on the incidence of stunting. Based on the results, six research articles were extracted regarding the relationship between the effect of environmental sanitation and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Southeast Sulawesi, including the quality of drinking water, the incidence of diarrhea, sanitation, and knowledge related to hygiene among mothers of toddlers. Therefore, researchers hope that there will be further research based on the results of research that aims to perfect existing research, using different research approaches. Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of an organization fundamentally depends on the skills and abilities of those who establish it. The resources possessed by an organization, such as methods and technology, will not function optimally if they are not supported by human resources with optimum performance. This research investigates the influence of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Kendari City. The study employs a quantitative approach involving 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The research findings reveal a strong correlation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the performance of nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Kendari City. Leadership that is capable of inspiring and motivating staff, coupled with a high level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, significantly impacts the improvement of nurse performance. These results underscore the importance of a leadership culture that motivates and allows for voluntary engagement in the healthcare work environment. The implications of this research can provide valuable guidance for hospital management in enhancing the quality of nursing services and, ultimately, healthcare services for the community in Kendari City. These findings also offer valuable guidance for hospital management to develop strategies and maximize the full potential of every member of the nursing team, thereby enhancing performance.
