Abstract

Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.

Abstract

The researcher chose this subject from a change in the curriculum in Indonesia from the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum, and of course many differences between them. The researcher found that some of the school's pupils were weak in Arabic speech, because some were afraid to make a mistake when speaking. Some pupils are vulnerable in their tendencies to learn Arabic, as some are lazy in the education process. The aim of this research is to reveal the result of the tests using the Plotagon Story method for pupils' independent curriculum and use, and to reveal the effectiveness of this method in teaching speech skill. This research followed a semi-empirical study based on the quantitative input, its design from the experimental group and control group, and its community of seventh grade pupils in the Soebono Mantofani Islamic School of 120 pupils, and appointed the researcher to 20 pupils as pilot group and 20 pupils as control group. The researcher used data collection methods as direct observation, personal interview, tests, and questionnaires. After analyzing the data, the researcher reached the averages of the tribal and postgraduate tests. Based on the average results of the pilot group on the value of 47.4 and the average results of the control group on the value of 17,05, the average results of the pilot group are greater than the average results of the control group. I came up with the analysis of the data with the test rule "v" as a result of the calculation (t0) is 9, 2 the table is at the level of 5% indication of the value of 1, 677 and the level of 1% indication of the value of 2, 407 that shows that the zero hypothesis (h0) is unacceptable and the alternative hypothesis (ha) is acceptable. This means that the use of Plotagon Story method of teaching speech skill from the perspective of the independent curriculum of the pupils of this school is statistical. Abstract

The managerial ability of the principal in the implementation of learning is very important in the school. The role of the principal in the school is to be a managerial, supervisor, and evaluator. In the implementation of learning, the principal must be able to encourage learners, including the implementation of tahfiz learning. In the current era, Qur'anic learning education is also very necessary in producing a generation with Qur'anic morals. Therefore, school principals need to have good skills in managing the implementation of tahfiz learning. The objectives of this study are (1) To determine the managerial capabilities of female principals in tahfiz learning at Assa'adah High School. (2) To know the implementation of tahfiz learning at Assa'adah High School. (3) To find out the principal's leadership strategy in managing tahfiz learning at Assa'adah High School. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data sources used in this study were in-depth interview methods, observation and documentation. In-depth interviews are used to search for data by conducting a structured dialogue. Observations are made to find data by looking directly at what is happening in the field. The documentation is used to find data by taking pictures of the actual situation that occurred. The results of this study show that: (1) the managerial capabilities of female school principals are to manage, supervisor, and evaluator. (2) the implementation of class X tahfiz learning is very good. In one week there are already their own methods every day, ranging from moroja'ah, addition, and deepening of knowledge. (3) The strategy carried out by the principal in the implementation of tahfiz learning is in the form of motivation and supervision of students, both at home and at home.

Abstract

The plurality of Indonesian society cannot be separated from the state system that will be used. With a democratic system based on Pancasila, it will greatly minimize friction between tribes and religions. However, the challenge to democracy in Indonesia is the groups who are against democracy. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research is in the form of library research from the study of the character's thinking. The researcher uses Content Analysis technique by recording factual information and includes a detailed and accurate description of various dimensions related to all aspects studied. So, in this study, the researcher described the results by taking materials that were appropriate to the problem, then the data were analyzed, combined, and concluded. Islam and Democracy cannot be separated from one another, because the values ​​of Islamic teachings are contained in the foundation of the Indonesian state, namely Pancasila. As for the efforts that can be made, of course there must be prevention efforts from the government and from among students and students. The government's efforts that can be done, of course, must be combing and mapping which groups are included in the fundamentalists with mutual consolidation on the part of the government and the fundamentalists. As for the efforts of the students, of course, to educate the general public about the dangers of anarchism and textualism to democracy in Indonesian society. Likewise, santri, they must be able to preach in a polite manner and provide education about the values ​​of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence technology in the transformation of education management in Junior High Schools to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence-based digital learning. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of artificial intelligence technology in learning in junior high schools. The results of the study show that the application of artificial intelligence can increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in terms of personalization of learning and management of student learning time. The contribution of this research provides insight into the importance of artificial intelligence technology-based education management in improving the quality of learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of moral education in the teaching of Islamic Cultural History at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Kota Metro Lampung. The method employed is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's technique. The findings indicate that the teaching of Islamic Cultural History at the madrasah has successfully integrated both knowledge and moral education. The teachers involved in this study have also provided adequate information and demonstrated effective integration. The academic content, especially regarding historical events and the exemplary behavior of Prophet Muhammad, is well-linked with moral education. The implementation of moral values encompasses courtesy, responsibility, and honesty. These results affirm that integration in teaching relies not only on written materials but also on the active role and exemplary conduct of teachers. Therefore, it is crucial to integrate the concepts of Islamic Cultural History and Moral Education as a means of cultivating noble character in the nation's younger generation.

Abstract

Secara fisik, lingkungan permukiman sebagai suatu lingkungan tempat kediaman yang di dalamnya terdapat karakteristik sosial yang spesifik karena terjadinya hubungan pribadi (personal contact). Dalam pengertian yang lebih luas, kehadiran manusia akan menciptakan rumah dan lingkungan masyarakat beserta alam sekitarnya sesuai kepentingannya. Pariwisata mempunyai peran dan fenomena yang kompleks dalam perubahan lingkungan permukiman terutama pada lingkungan fisiknya. Masyarakat lokal sebagai ’stakeholder’ dalam penyusunan konsep pengembangan pariwisata, hendaknya diikutsertakan dari mulai kegiatan perencanaan sampai pada operasionalisasi konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Salena sebagai wilayah hinterland kota, memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan permukiman wisata karena beberapa hal, yaitu; merupakan desa dipinggiran kota Palu (desa tertinggal) yang menjadi salah satu daya tarik (obyek) wisata melalui wujud seni arsitektur tradisional bangunan rumah dan sebagai lingkungan permukiman perdesaan tradisional; wujud perumahan dan lingkungannya mencerminkan wujud tatanan kehidupan kolektif yang sangat dinamis; memiliki aset alam dan aset budaya yang sangat menarik sebagai masyarakat terasing ; daya tarik pariwisata budaya sangat tergantung pada kesinambungan tindak konservasi terhadap alam dan budaya yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dan lingkungannya; serta dapat diterapkannya konsep tribina yaitu bina lingkungan, bina masyarakat dan bina usaha dalam pengembangan pengelolaan kawasan permukiman di dusun Salena.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in-depth how the community of Kwangenrejo Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency, fosters harmony and religious tolerance in a multireligious society. Using a descriptive qualitative method and an ethnographic approach, data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document studies to capture the social dynamics comprehensively. The findings reveal that harmony in Kwangenrejo Village is formed naturally and deeply rooted in the daily lives of the community. First, social interactions such as mutual cooperation, helping one another, and cross-religious visits during religious holidays reflect tangible harmony. Second, the process of building harmony is supported by an inclusive informal educational environment, such as children's involvement in their respective religious activities. Third, values of moderate Islamic education, such as tasamuh (tolerance), tawazun (balance), and ukhuwah (brotherhood), serve as a crucial foundation that fosters openness, mutual respect, and the promotion of peace amidst diversity. These findings affirm that interfaith harmony can be realized through collective awareness, values-based education, and social practices in daily life.

Abstract

Kajian ini menanggapi kajian qirā`āt yang meyakini bahwasannya perbedaan qirā`āt dapat menimbulkan perbedaan makna (hukum). Penelitian ini penting dilakukan guna membuktikan bahwasannya perbedaan qirā`āt tidak hanya menimbulkan perbedaan makna yang kontradiksi melainkan perbedaan makna tersebut dapat disinergikan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis. Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajiannya pada perbedaan qirā`āt dalam Juz ‘amma dalam aspek farsh ḥurūf  yang berpotensi melahirkan perbedaan makna dengan mendeskripsikan lafal-lafal yang memiliki perbedaan qirā`āt berdasarkan batasan qirā`āt imam tujuh yang telah disepakati. Analisis dilakukan pada lafal-lafal yang memiliki perbedaan qirā`āt dengan menganalisis masing-masing subtansi qirā`ah pada aspek naḥwu dan ṣaraf untuk memperjelas maknanya, kemudian menggabungkan makna masing-masing qirā`ah pada suatu lafal menjadi satu makna yang tidak berkontradiksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa perbedaan makna qirā`āt pada surah al-Takwīr ayat 24 berfaidah memperkaya makna, perbedaan makna qirā`āt pada surah al-Fajr ayat 18 dan surah al-Inshiqāq ayat 19 berfaidah menjelaskan hal yang sama dengan redaksi yang berbeda dan perbedaan makna qirā`āt pada surah al-Nāzi’āt Ayat 11 dan surah al-Balad ayat 14 dan 15 berfaidah saling melengkapi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the iddah period law on social dynamics and interactions in Gresik. In addition, this research also seeks to fill critical and in-depth knowledge gaps on aspects of urban social life. The researcher uses qualitative data analysis through in-depth interviews, observations of 30 recently divorced women, and questionnaires to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that women in the iddah and menstrual periods impact social interactions and norms, thus limiting their access and opportunities in various domains of life and self-development. This research has implications for new scientific knowledge that there should be an integrated program development, such as training to support women’s activities during the Iddah period. Thus, these results not only provide new insights into women’s experiences in the Iddah period but also provide a theoretical basis to support the welfare of women in self-development and to be more creative for urban communities
