Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee satisfaction on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. Sampling using saturated samples with a total of 50 respondents. The data source used is primary data and data collection by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used is IBM SPSS version 25.0. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (2) Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on productivity (3) Organizational culture and employee satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether job training, work experience and career development influence work productivity at the Class 1B Boyolali District Court. The population of this study were all employees at the District Court 1 Bpyplali class 1B. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The variables used in this research are job training, work experience, career development and work productivity. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, career development has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of motivation and work discipline on work productivity at the Environmental Office. The population in this study comprises all employees of the Environmental Office, and the sample size used in this study is 51 respondents. The variables used in this research are work discipline, work productivity, and motivation. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method employed is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, influenced by the work environment and motivation. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta, with the sample criteria being temporary employees (TKPK) who have worked for more than 6 months, resulting in a total sample of 49 employees. The data used in this study includes both primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and the data processing technique uses the SmartPLS4 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai penggunaan aplikasi Single Sign On Mahasiswa di Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Peneliti tidak menggunakan teknik sampling pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan informan penelitian secara langsung pada mahasiswa, bagian IT dan bagian admin yang ada di Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Peneliti menganalisis dengan menggunakan SWOT untuk mengetahui Strenths (Kekuatan), Weaknesses (Kelemahan), Opportunities (Peluang), Threats (Ancaman), kemudian menggunakan matriks SWOT untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan mahasiswa. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa strategi peningkatan pelayanan melalui Single Sign On Mahasiswa dapat diteliti melalui analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan matriks SWOT dengan hasil sesuai dengan bagian pembahasan pada skripsi ini. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategi, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Teknologi Informasi, Analisis SWOT, Single Sign On Mahasiswa, Pelayanan. ABSTRACTThe study aims to analyze the use of a student single sign on application at the Japanese foreign ambassador's university. Researchers do not use sampling techniques on this research, they conduct interviews with research informants directly at the student, it and admin existing at the embassy of the surakarta. Data collected by primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data are obtained with documentation and interviews. Researchers were analyzing using swot to identify strengths, strengths, threats, and then using swot matrix to find out strategies to improve student services. From the study it was obtained that increased service strategies through student single signing on could be studied through swot analysis using a swot matrix with results consistent with the discussion section in the thesis. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

. This research aims to find out whether organizational culture, work environment and work ethic can influence employee performance. The respondents for this research were 50 sub-district office employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program with an outer model to assess validity and reliability, and an inner model to see the predictive power of the structural model. The results of research based on calculations using SEM-PLS show that organizational culture has a positive and not significant influence on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work ethic has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture, work environment and work ethic have an influence Positive and Simultaneous on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Employee happiness at five-star hotels in Surakarta is the target of this research, which intends to examine the impact of transformational leadership pay on this variable. There are 98 people working at five-star hotels in the Surakarta region who make up the study's population. Pay, transformasional leadership, and contentment in one's work environment are the study factors. Questionnaires served as the main data source for this investigation. Data was analyzed with the help of SPSS 25. According to the findings, the two most important factors influencing an employee's level of work satisfaction are financial pay and transformational leadership.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of work environment and training on the performance of employees at the Suikoharjo Regency Popuilation and Civil Registration Office. All 50 employees of the office constituited the stuidy popuilation. The stuidy employed work environment, training, and employee performance as key variables. Data collection methods incluided observation, interviews, and quiestionnaires, with data analysis conduicted uising SPSS 26. Findings indicate a positive buit insignificant relationship between work environment and employee performance, a positive and significant relationship between training and employee performance, and a combined influience of both work environment and training on employee performance.
