Abstract

This research investigates the impact of work environment and training on the performance of employees at the Suikoharjo Regency Popuilation and Civil Registration Office. All 50 employees of the office constituited the stuidy popuilation. The stuidy employed work environment, training, and employee performance as key variables. Data collection methods incluided observation, interviews, and quiestionnaires, with data analysis conduicted uising SPSS 26. Findings indicate a positive buit insignificant relationship between work environment and employee performance, a positive and significant relationship between training and employee performance, and a combined influience of both work environment and training on employee performance.

Abstract

Since its establishment, Islamic banks have experienced growth, especially in Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in the world who want an interest-free economic system (riba). This study aims to determine the relationship between Service Quality and Trust on Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique of 97 respondents, with data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. This study is quantitative and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) 4.0 method. The results of the analysis show that Service Quality and Trust have a significant effect on Satisfaction, Trust has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while Service Quality does not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Service Quality and Trust on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of creativity, motivation and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of Karang Taruna members in Dukuh Bancakan, Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. Using a saturated sampling technique, this research involved 79 members as respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire which included the variables creativity, motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial interest, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that motivation has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial interest, while creativity and family environment do not show a significant influence. These results indicate that motivation is a key factor in encouraging entrepreneurial interest among Karang Taruna members. Therefore, entrepreneurship programs should focus more on developing motivation to increase youth participation in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The banking sector is expanding quickly in this period of globalization and intensifying corporate competition. Building the loyalty of new customers and keeping hold of existing ones are two important components of successful banking. Thus, it is critical to conduct research on the variables that affect client loyalty if banks are to remain viable and expand. In this particular context, it has been acknowledged that customer pleasure, trust, and service quality play a significant role in fostering client loyaltyThe aim of this research is to determine and investigate how customer loyalty is impacted by quality, trust, and service satisfaction. Customers of KSPPS BMT Dinar Barokah Jumapolo who have completed service transactions at the cooperative made up the study's population. Purposive sampling is is the sampling technique applied in this research.

Abstract

The increasing growth of the industry now can cause competition in companies, one of which is the retail business. Where must be able to compete competitively to understand consumers. Companies need to implement more rigorous and innovative strategies in developing businesses, so as to meet the satisfaction of consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product completeness, and product prices on customer satisfaction at "Mitra Swalayan" Kartasura. This study uses quantitative methods, and sampling is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type where sampling is done using certain considerations. The sample taken was 100 respondents. The study used multiple liner regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing which were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. This study has independent variables and dependent variables. Where the independent variable is Service Quality (X1), Product Completeness (X2), and Product Price (X3), for the dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that (1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Service Quality, Product Completeness, and Product Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of technology and information in the world is growing very rapidly, giving rise to new media. In today's new media, online media cannot be separated from everyday life, both in communicating and accessing all information. Competition between culinary businesses is getting fiercer, companies will be competing to carry out promotions to market their products. To get consumer buying interest, it can be influenced by consumer lifestyle, brand image of the product and also marketing strategies to attract consumers, one of which is using a foodsgram endorsement. Lifestyle or one's lifestyle can be seen from the behavior, activities and actions taken to obtain or use goods and services, as well as the process of making decisions in life. This study used a sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and used a quantitative method. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of lifestyle, brand image and foodsgram endorsements on followers of the Kulinerdisolo foodstagram account on buying interest. In this study, all the independent variables are significant and have an effect on the dependent variable, namely buying interest.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis kuliner saat ini mengalami kemajuan. Banyak nya para pebisnis membuka usaha mereka dengan memperhatikan pangsa pasar. Perkembangan coffee shop di kota Boyolali semakin tahun semakin banyak pula coffee shop yang berdiri. Maka dari itu para owner coffee shop harus memutar otak mereka agar menarik para konsumen datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah store atmosphere dan harga produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada coffee shop di kota Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi seluruh konsumen coffee shop di kota Boyolali dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Untuk pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan software SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 antara store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian produk coffee shop di kota Boyolali. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai sig 0,003 < 0,05 antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk coffee shop di kota Boyolai. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 45.939 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka diperoleh Store Atmosphere dan Harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Investasi sedang menjadi tren yang menonjol di masyarakat, oleh karena itu Kasus penipuan atau investasi ilegal melalui internet belakangan ini semakin marak terjadi, mahasiswa dapat menjadi salah satu korban apabila tidak memiliki pengetahuan investasi yang memadai, literasi keuangan yang cukup, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi tentang minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi implikasi penelitian ini untuk rekomendasi kebijakan pihak terkait, edukasi keuangan dan pengembangan produk keuangan.

Abstract

Pakan merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam peternakan. Dalam mendukung terciptanya peternakan yang unggul dan menguntungkan, perlu memilih produsen pakan ternak yang mampu memasok pakan ternak dengan kualitas produk yang unggul dan harga yang layak. Teknik analisis data melalui berbagai tahapan yaitu survey, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian di Lapangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pakan ternak di Toko Pakan Ternak. Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pelanggan Pakan Ternak. Pelayanan sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pakan Ternak. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier berganda secara simultan ditemukan bahwa Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pakan Ternak.

Abstract

The current transformation of the workplace demands that organizations be more adaptive in understanding the factors that influence employee productivity, especially among the younger generation. Generation Z, as an age group that is starting to dominate the workforce, brings different characteristics and needs, including in terms of work-life balance and motivation. They tend to value time more, opportunities for self-development, and an inclusive work environment that supports a balance between professional and personal life. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and motivation on the performance of Generation Z employees in Klaten Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on age and employment status criteria. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, which included statements related to the dimensions of work-life balance, levels of work motivation (both intrinsic and extrinsic), and employee performance indicators. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 software with correlation tests and multiple regression. The results showed that both work-life balance and motivation have a positive and significant relationship on employee performance. Among these two variables, motivation is the dominant factor influencing performance improvement. This suggests that while work-life balance is important, internal employee motivations such as passion, purpose, and a sense of belonging have a greater impact on job performance. The implications of these findings suggest that companies need to design human resource management strategies that are not only flexible but also responsive to the needs of the younger generation. Creating a work environment that supports work-life balance, provides recognition, and provides career opportunities.
