Abstract

Abstract Generation Z and millennials are more interested in leading healthy lives. According to Central Agency on Statistics; Statistics Indonesia, 29.94% of Indonesia's population is said to face health issues in 2022. They cannot be distinguished from instant food at the same time. Many healthy food supply companies use this to create appealing products for the general public. One is PT Lemonilo Indonesia Sehat, which releases Mie Lemonilo and advertises it as healthy noodles without the 3Ps (preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors). Along with providing nutritious food items, Lemonilo has partnered with South Korean boyband NCT Dream, whose appealing image is seen to fit with the brand's reputation. This study aims to determine whether NCT Dream's role as a brand ambassador can boost consumers' interest in purchasing Lemonilo goods. Popularity and awards in the form of photo cards were investigated as indicators in this study, while purchase intention was the independent variable. The quantitative method is used in this associative form of research. This study used a simple random sample of 183 respondents from the Twitter base of @nct_menfess between the ages of 15 and 30. The research results show that NCT Dream as a brand ambassador can influence buying interest in the community by 25.23%. At the same time, the rest are other factors outside of research.  Keywords: Popularity, Prizes, NCT Dream, Purchase Intention

Abstract

GDRP is a measure of a region's economic progress. Changes in the level of GDRP can be used to measure the level of economic development of each region. Two factors that can affect GDP are labor and investment levels. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of employment and investment on GRDP in Lampung Province from 2012 to 2021. Utilize data processing tools or STATA version 14 programs. This study used multiple linear regression models, conventional assumption tests, t and f tests to verify the validity of hypotheses. This approach involves quantitative research with secondary data. Cross sectional data was the form of data used in the study. The data used in this study came from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). According to research findings, investment in Lampung Province from 2012 to 2021 had a positive but not significant influence on GDRP. In Lampung Province in the same year, labor had a positive and significant influence on GDRP.

Abstract

Food security is a strategic issue and a priority for national development in Indonesia, particularly in provinces with significant agricultural potential such as Lampung. This study aims to identify leading and potential sectors that contribute to strengthening food security by applying Location Quotient (LQ), Growth Ratio Model (GRM), Overlay Analysis, and Spatial Analysis. The LQ results indicate seven basic sectors, including food crops, agricultural services, livestock, fisheries, plantations, horticulture, and the food and beverage industry. Further analysis through GRM and Overlay shows that livestock and the food and beverage industry are categorized as leading sectors, while food crops, agricultural services, fisheries, plantations, and horticulture are identified as potential sectors. Spatial analysis highlights Central Lampung, East Lampung, South Lampung, Tulang Bawang, and North Lampung as key regions with sectoral specialization, supported by natural resources, infrastructure, and industrial networks. The findings demonstrate that Lampung Province plays a vital role as a national food barn, but challenges remain, including land conversion, productivity disparities, and post-harvest management. Therefore, integrated policies that combine sectoral revitalization, spatial planning, and sustainable management are required. This research provides a comprehensive foundation for formulating regional economic development strategies to enhance food security resilience in Lampung Province.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Gerakan Sumsel Mandiri Pangan (GSMP) program on regional economic growth in Southern Sumatra using a Difference-in-Differences (DiD) approach. GSMP is a flagship provincial program aimed at strengthening household food self-sufficiency and reducing dependence on social assistance. The analysis compares economic growth trends between South Sumatra Province as the treatment group and Lampung Province as the control group over the period 2019–2024. The DiD results indicate that, following the implementation of GSMP, the average growth of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the treatment province increased by approximately 0.024 percentage points relative to the control province. Further regression results show that food security, proxied by the Food Security Index, has a positive and statistically significant effect on GRDP, while population density exerts a negative influence. These findings imply that while GSMP contributes to improved food self-sufficiency and exhibits a positive association with economic growth, its aggregate impact on regional GRDP has not yet been sufficiently strong to generate statistically significant macroeconomic effects
