Abstract

Digitalization in business creates a new paradigm in the buying decision process. Consumer decisions are no longer limited to product quality and price as described by Tjiptono (2008). The online consumer purchasing decision model for students in this study is strongly influenced by sales promotion, online customer reviews, and customer trust where when this variable forms the level of determination it reaches 68. This study was conducted on 100 student respondents using the Shopee application which was taken using the purposive sampling method. based on the number of purchases in a month and has an income of less than 2 million rupiah. The results of this study explain that the online purchase stage is carried out when the respondent has reviewed and compared the promotions available in the marketplace. Then the final stage is to rank the available product options based on the highest level of confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of price perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. The explanatory research was used as the research type through a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data were obtained from questionnaires using Likert scale. Data analysis techniques of this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study showed that there is a partially variable perception of price, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, simultaneously price perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. Then, the R2 test research showed that 44,4% of purchasing decisions were affected by pric perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews, and the remaining of 55,6% purchasing decisions were influenced by other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine Maxim's strategy in developing public transportation to provide user services and convenience. The theory used is the theory of customer satisfaction according to Parasuraman which contains 5 service dimension indicators including Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. The method in this research is to use qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis techniques and data collection techniques by interviews. The results of the study show that the maxim strategy is to offer online-based transportation services that are cheaper than its competitors, as well as a reservation feature, and a distinctive feature, namely the color yellow as branding and promotion with jackets, helmet stickers and banners, providing guarantees of legal protection for drivers, guarantee time and costs for customers, provide services in a non-discriminatory manner to all customers, and provide rules that must be obeyed and carried out by drivers. The researcher's suggestion is for Maxim City of Bandar Lampung to provide training facilities for drivers, improve the application system used, add payment features via e-wallet, and follow up strictly on drivers who commit violations in providing services to customers.

Abstract

Natural attraction is a form of recreation and tourism that utilizes available natural resourches. The uniqueness of tourism is the main attraction for tourists. This study aims to determine how much influence tourist attraction and destination image on revisit intention for natural tourism objects in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study are 854.084 natural tourism objects visitors in Bandar Lampung and the sample amounted to 100 respondents who were taken using the technique purposive sampling. The kinds of data used were primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate variable tourist attraction partially significant effect on revisit intention, variable destination image partially significant effect on revisit intention. While the results are simultaneously variable tourist attraction and destination image significant effect on revisit intention with value R Square of 0.594 or 5.94%.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, many business actors, one of which was a coffee shop, went bankrupt due to the outbreak. The coffee shop business which is quite well-known in Bandar Lampung, namely Adiksi Coffee. In the midst of the booming coffee shops experiencing bankruptcy, Adiksi Coffee opened a new branch, so this study aims to explain the corporate strategy as well as the business and functional strategy implemented by Adiksi Coffee after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The strategy for determining informants was by purposive sampling. The informants of this study were the managers and employees of Addiction Coffee. Based on the results of the study, it can be described that Adiksi Coffee in maintaining its business uses a corporate strategy as well as a business strategy, namely a growth strategy by carrying out market penetration and market development and the functional strategy used is a marketing strategy by carrying out a promotion strategy, an operating strategy by carrying out differentiation or differentiating , and human resource strategy by implementing company SOPs.

Abstract

In the world of business competition, purchasing decisions become one of the important factors that must be considered by business players. In a technology-driven world today, social networking sites have become a pathway through which retailers can expand their marketing to a wider range of consumers. This research aims to determine the influential of digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. The population of the study is the consumers of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the consumers of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling and nonprobability sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, t-test, and R2 test using SPSS 26.0 as the tools. The results of this research indicate that the digital marketing variable has a significant influential on consumer purchasing decisions of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of business models with the approach Business Model Canvas in the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business during a food security crisis. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Key Partners owned are suppliers of coffee and spices from Aceh, distributors at Pasar Pasir Gintung, owners of business premises leases, and the local sub-district government. Key Activities the activities carried out are purchasing raw materials, ordering coffee and spices, producing aceh noodles independently, selling at business outlets, and marketing offline and online. Key Resources needed, namely physical resources, intellectual resources, human resources, and financial resources. Cost Structure consists of variable costs and fixed costs. Value Propositions what is offered is a populist price, maintained taste quality, satisfying service, effective presentation, and innovating. Customer Relationship which is woven, namely by providing maximum and satisfying service, maintaining the quality of taste of all menus, employees have a friendly nature, spatial layout adapted to populist business market segmentation. Customer Segments the targets are based on geographic segments, demographic segments, and psychographic segments. Channels done by direct and indirect. Revenue Streams obtained through selling the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia menu for free offline and online. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the food crisis affected the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business, but the strategy to reduce profit margins has kept this business profitable.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya riset ini adalah ingin melihat seberapa besar variabel keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi faktor brand ambassador maupun persepsi harga studi fokus kepada konsumen Scarlett Whitening di Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dipilih untuk digunakan pada penelitian. Populasi pada penelitian melibatakan responden berjumlah 100 orang yang diambil dari masyarakat Bandar Lampung dengan masalah kulit kusam dan merupakan pengguna produk Scarlett Whitening. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam hal ini merupakan masyarakat khusus domisili Bandar Lampung. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan memakai Google Form khusus kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili Bandar Lampung secara daring melalui berbagai aplikasi sosial yaitu Instagram dan WhatsApp. Teknik analisis memakai beberapa uji terdiri dari uji terhadap validitas, uji tingkat reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (t), uji simultan (F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dilakukan memakai program perhitungan SPSS 26 (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil pada riset ini bahwa keputusan pembelian Scarlett Whitening di Bandar Lampung telah dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan baik persial maupun simultan oleh brand ambassador dan persepsi harga. Sedangkan nilai R-square 0,507 yang berarti Brand Amabassador dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 50,7%.
