Abstract

Tujuan Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) untuk memberikan asistensi elemen organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun dan untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan yang ada pada organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu 1) antara ketua dan anggota, anggota dan anggota di organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun masih kurang kooperatif, 2) pasifnya organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) yang ditunjukkan kurang efektif dalam berkomunikasi, 3) kurangnya apresiasi dari organisasi sehingga motivasi dalam berorganisasi masih kurang, 4) masih kurangnya kebijaksanaan dan ketegasan pemimpin dalam memutuskan suatu masalah, dan 5) visi misi organisasi yang kurang fokus. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan adanya asistensi elemen organisasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anggota organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun sehingga dapat menyelesaikan yang dihadapi dengan dibuktikan adanya hasil pre-test dan post-test yang mana peserta hanya mampu menjawab dengan nilai 70 sebanyak 8 0rang (30%), dan nilai 60 sebanyak 10 orang (40%) , dan nilai > 60 sebanyak 7 orang (30%). Hal ini berarti bahwa sebelum pelatihan asistensi elemen organisasi Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama’ (IPNU) Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun masih kurang memahami. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan hasilnya sebanyak 3 0rang (10%) mendapatkan nilai 90, mendapat nilai 80 sebanyak 8 orang (30%), nilai 70 sebanyak 12 orang (50%) dan yang mendapat nilai 60 sebanyak 2 orang (10%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan ketersediaan air bersih PERUMDAM Batulanteh Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Baru Tahan. Variabel sasaran penelitian diantaranya yaitu kondisi penggunaan air distribusi, pengaturan pembagian distribusi, jumlah penggunaan debit air, waktu, klasifikasi dan jumlah penduduk. Lokasi penelitian di Dusun Baru Tahan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer meliputi observasi lapangan, pengamatan terhadap kondisi lingkungan, dan melakukan pengukuran debit air dengan sebuah wadah. Data sekunder diperoleh dari PERUMDAM Batulanteh untuk Desa Baru Tahan Kecamatan Moyo Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data penelitian adalah sebagai berikut adalah menghitung proyeksi penduduk menggunakan metode geometri, analisa debit air, analisa kebutuhan domestik air bersih, analisis kebutuhan air, perhitungan pipa distribusi dan tekanan dalam pipa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan domestik air bersih di Desa Baru Tahan pada tahun 2020 sebesar 98172 l/hari atau 1,14 l/det. Sedangkan kebutuhan non domestik sebesar 24543 l/hari atau 0,28 l/det, dan jumlah debit yang dialirkan PERUMDAM sebesar 1,40 l/dt ke Desa Baru Tahan, sedangkan jumlah kebutuhan masyarakat Desa Baru Tahan di tahun 2020 sebesar 1,42 l/det. Debit PERUMDAM Batulanteh belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air masyarakat di Desa Baru Tahan pada tahun 2020.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are community empowerment activities by students as an embodiment of the tridharma activities of higher education. KKN activities aim to enable students to implement science and technology as well as skills in society so that they can become agents of change and sustainable development. The participation of KKN students in community activities plays an important role in the success of work program activities while at the KKN location. This participation can be demonstrated by involving oneself directly in several activities such as fogging activities, activities to sort waste that can be recycled, socialization of diligent savings and creativity for PAUD and Kindergarten children, and tilapia fish hatchery activities. Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya with its vision, namely "The realization of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya as a superior university at the national and international level with a national perspective and security-based in order to produce human resources who are able tocompete and behave well". Producing human resources who behave well is interpreted as successfully serving society by carrying out real work studies. This is proven by the participation of Bhayangkara University students in Greater Jakarta in variouscommunity activities carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of work stress and career path towards employee motivation of Bank Jatim Surabaya, then to prove and analyze the influence of work stress and career path towards the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya, and to prove and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance Bank Jatim Surabaya. This study uses the method of causal study. The population used is 75 employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya. The data were collected by observing and distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that (1) work stress negatively affect the Motivation of Employee at Bank Jatim Branch Surabaya; (2) Working stress affecting the performance of employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch; (3) Career Level affect the Work Motivation on the employee of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch; (4) Career Level Affects the Performance of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch Officers; (5) Working Motivation Affects Performance at employees of Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch.

Abstract

The scheduling of plant cultivation that is efficient and sustainable is a crucial aspect of agriculture to maximize agricultural output and maintain environmental sustainability. This study proposes the use of mathematical optimization methods to design a planting schedule that not only considers production factors but also long-term sustainability. The developed model integrates variables such as water requirements, sunlight, soil type, and seasons to ensure optimal plant cultivation. In this research, linear programming techniques and heuristic search algorithms are used to determine the planting schedule that provides the best results, considering resource limitations and ecological impacts. The results of this optimization model show an increase in agricultural production efficiency and contribute to environmental preservation.

Abstract

Fertilization step is the main strategy in producing good plants. Dairy cow dung as a renewable natural resource is abundant and can be a source of additional income for farmers if it becomes superior compost. Through the enrichment of various types and doses of inorganic fertilizers, it is expected to have economic value, especially for feed crops. The aim of the study was to obtain a superior compost formula for dairy cow dung enriched with various types and doses of inorganic fertilizers on the production and nutritional value of pennisetum grass. Using a nested design with the main treatment of 3 types of pennisetum grass (King, Gajah and Odot), the treatment children were enrichment of 3 inorganic fertilizers (Urea, NPK and ZA) with 3 doses (equivalent to 100, 200 and 300 kg urea per hectare per defoliation) with 3 repetitions. The study was conducted on plots measuring 1 x 1 square meter at the third defoliation growth. Parameters observed were fresh forage production and nutritional quality (crude protein, crude fiber and crude fat content). The data obtained were analyzed based on Nested Design, BNJ and regression. The results showed that dairy cow dung can be made into superior compost, enriched with 300 kg of NPK and ZA fertilizers equivalent to urea fertilizer and has provided fresh forage production and good nutritional quality on all Pennisetum grasses.

Abstract

The development of a religious chatbot is crucial for fostering good understanding and mitigating potential social conflicts arising from religious misunderstandings. This study introduces the Intelligent Religious Assistant ChatBot, developed using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method within a Large Language Model (LLM). RAG combines information retrieval from authoritative sources integrated into a database with text generation to produce user-specific answers. The application has been fully developed and performance-tested, demonstrating its capability to provide accurate and contextually appropriate answers based on authoritative Islamic references endorsed by major Indonesian Islamic organizations, including Nahdlatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh sistem umpan balik kinerja dan inisiatif keseimbangan kerja-hidup terhadap retensi karyawan di sektor manufaktur Cikarang. Retensi karyawan merupakan isu krusial, terutama dengan tingginya tingkat turnover yang dipengaruhi oleh ekspektasi karyawan, khususnya dari generasi Milenial dan Gen Z. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 120 responden, penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem umpan balik yang memberikan evaluasi secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan, sehingga menurunkan turnover. Selain itu, inisiatif keseimbangan kerja-hidup, seperti jadwal kerja fleksibel dan dukungan kesehatan mental, menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi sistem umpan balik dan strategi keseimbangan kerja-hidup secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan strategi tersebut dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia secara efektif.

Abstract

Training and competency certification are part of efforts to enhance the quality of human resources, particularly vocational lecturers, in mastering best practices in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. This program was conducted over a period of twelve (12) days and covered both theoretical and practical aspects of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, including Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Vibration Analysis, Thermography, and Total Productive Maintenance. The training was organized through a collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), and the Indonesian Society of Reliability (ISR). The main objective of this program was to improve lecturers' competencies in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), failure analysis using methods such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). As a result of the training and certification program, all eleven (11) participants were declared certified and received certification from ISR. This achievement serves as capital to support excellent and globally competitive vocational education.

Abstract

This study investigated the chemical composition and anthelmintic activity of Acanthophora spicifera against Haemonchus contortus from sheep in vitro. Fresh macroalgae were collected from Sepanjang Beach, Gunungkidul, Indonesia. Proximate analysis, fiber fractions, mineral composition, and color profile analysis were conducted to determine chemical profile of the macroalga. It was extracted by maceration with 96% ethanol (1:5) and ultrasonication. Secondary metabolites analyzed from the extract included total flavonoids, phenols, tannins, and saponins. The anthelmintic activity was tested in vitro through H. contortus adult worm motility and egg hatch inhibition tests. Extract treatments included P0: 0.9% physiological NaCl (negative control); P1: 0.5 mg/mL macroalgal extract; P2: 1 mg/mL macroalgal extract; P3: 1.5 mg/mL macroalgal extract; and Palb: 0.5 mg/mL albendazole (positive control). Motility test results showed that the use of macroalgae at levels of 0.5, 1, and 1.5 mg/mL significantly reduced H. contortus motility (p<0.05). However, effective LD₅₀ was reached in 1 and 1.5 mg/mL within the first 10 hours, and LD₁₀₀ after 21 hours (p<0.05). None of the extract levels matched the efficacy of albendazole (p<0.05). The egg hatch inhibition test revealed that the use of macroalgae at levels of 0.5, 1, and 1.5 mg/mL significantly inhibited H. contortus egg hatching by more than 85.73% after 24 hours (p<0.01), demonstrating comparable efficacy to albendazole. Based on these findings, A. spicifera extract contains various secondary metabolites with anthelmintic activity, inhibiting both H. contortus adult worm motility and egg hatching. This suggests that A. spicifera has potential for further development as a bioanthelmintic for ruminant parasite control, although further in vivo studies are needed.
