Abstract

Memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu upaya bank untuk meningkatkan pelayanan. Kepuasan pelanggan tercapai ketika bank memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan BSI Mobile dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan di wilayah BSI Jember Balung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BSI Mobile merupakan super application yang dimiliki oleh BSI karena tidak hanya memiliki fitur transaksi tetapi juga menyediakan fitur syariah yang dapat memudahkan nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Dengan BSI Mobile, nasabah dapat bertransaksi secara mandiri melalui BSI Mobile tanpa harus datang ke cabang bank atau ATM. Selain itu, keberadaan BSI Mobile mengurangi antrian nasabah di banking hall, meningkatkan jumlah transaksi melalui e-channel BSI dan menjadikan kualitas layanan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Islam teaches how to dress neatly and politely, with the intention that we are kept away from evil and the punishment of Allah SWT. The purpose of this study was to analyze partially, simultaneously between quality, price on purchasing decisions, quantitative research, population 115,250 and sample 100. The results show that quality and price have an influence on purchasing decisions. With the value of X1 = significant 0.001 0.05 and the value of t count 3.124 t table 1.660., X2 = significant 0.000 0.05 and the value of t count 8.399 t table 1.660. simultaneously has a significant effect of 0.000 0.05 and the value of F = 24.071 3.687

Abstract

Banyak sekali asuransi-asuransi yang ada di Indonesia saat ini, hal ini bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Indonesia dalam menghadapi resiko-resiko di kehidupan. Namun, ada beberapa factor penting yang membuat orang tidak serta merta langsung mengambil asuransi, terutama untuk menjaga Kesehatan mereka. Factor budaya dan motivasi salah satunya dalam memilih asuransi Kesehatan di allisya care Sidoarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa sjaa yang mempengaruhi dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya factor budaya dan motivasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah t = (-0,666 0,163), signifikansi (0,507 0,10), bahwa budaya kurang memiliki pengaruh dalam membuat keputusan mengambil asuransi kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo. Untuk variable x2, nilai t = (4,125 1, 290) dan signifikansi ( 0,047 0,10), ini berarti bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mengambil keputusan membeli asuransi kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo. Hasil berikutnya dengan F = (12,239 2,36), signifikansi (0, 010 0, 10) , hal ini bahwa budaya serta motivasi Bersama sama memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian asuransi Kesehatan allisya care Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of Koperasi wanita in efforts to empower women and empower the Islamic economy (especially mothers around the Koperasi wanita, Sidokerto, Kecamatan Buduran, Sidoarjo), the welfare conditions of members of koperasi Wanita, and the potential of Koperasi Wanita the future. The study was conducted at the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" in Sidokerto, Buduran, Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative and uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses a qualitative approach because this study intends to find, understand, explain and obtain a picture of the role of the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" in increasing the incomes of members, especially community mothers around the Koperasi Wanita in Sidokerto, Buduran, Sidoarjo. The determination of informants is based on design samples to be able to represent all members of the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi", then determined 15 respondents, namely 10 respondents from members and 5 respondents from the management of the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" After that an analysis of income through the average amount of income per year during the last five years, starting from 2013 to 2018. From the results of the study showed that the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" has a positive role in increasing the income of members and its existence benefits the members. Women apparently have an active role in the economy, an optimal potential empowerment towards productivity, so that they are able to achieve economic prosperity through cooperative activities. Women's participation through cooperatives is proven to have helped the family economy. This can be seen from the analysis of respondents' income and statements from respondents directly. From the statement given by each respondent that the respondents felt that the existence of the Koperasi Wanita Srikandi especially the Savings and Loans Unit and special training for members played an important role in business capital to keep going and even more advanced businesses. Although there are many financial institutions in the village of Sidokerto, Buduran , Sidoarjo, the respondents feel it is still more profitable to be a customer and a member of the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi". In addition respondents also felt the benefits of having business units managed by the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" because they were able to meet the needs of members so that the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" gained the trust of the members. The trust of members is certainly responded by the Koperasi Wanita "Srikandi" by doing the best service so that members feel comfortable and prosperous.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and sharia label on saving decisions on customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Jember Gajah Mada. Bank Syariah Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia that provides banking products and services according to sharia principles. Factors such as brand image and the existe    nce of sharia labels are considered to have an important role in influencing customer decisions to save at Islamic banks. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to Bank Syariah Indonesia customers at KCP Jember Gajah Mada. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable on saving decisions. The results showed that brand image, and sharia label simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on customer saving decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect, which shows that the positive image of Islamic banks can increase customer interest in saving. In addition, the sharia label, which shows compliance with sharia principles, also makes a significant contribution in influencing customer decisions. In conclusion, brand image, and sharia label are important factors that influence customer decisions in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Therefore, the bank is expected to continue to strengthen the brand image, provide education about sharia products, and maintain the integrity of the sharia label to increase customer loyalty and trust.

Abstract

Investment decisions involve an investor's actions to invest funds in various investment options, both in the form of financial assets and real assets. The formulation of the problem in this study is how does investment knowledge affect the Antam E-Gold Investment decision?, How does lifestyle affect the Antam E-Gold Investment decision? How does income affect the Antam E-Gold Investment decision? The method used is quantitative. The results of the study showed that the partial test results of the investment knowledge variable had a positive effect on the Antam E-Gold Investment Decision. The Lifestyle variable did not affect the Antam E-Gold Investment Decision and the income variable had a positive effect on the Antam E-Gold Investment Decision.

Abstract

The growth of the islamic fashion industry in Southeast Asia, Particulary in Malaysia and Indonesia, reveals unique consumption dynamics among Muslim millenial. The rise of social media has accelerated the transformation of islamic fashion, blending eligious values with popular culture and digital aesthetics. This study aims to: (1) analyze differences in style preferences of Muslim millennials in Malaysia and Indonesia; (2) identify representations of Islamic values in fashion-related social media content; and (3) examine the use of different social media platforms as spaces for expressing and consuming Islamic fashion. Employing a library research approach with Thematic Content Analysis (TCA), data were collected from 20 social media posts each from TikTok and Instagram in both countries. Using Habermas’ critical analysis, the findings show that Indonesian millennials favor casual and urban styles influenced by K-pop and streetwear, while Malaysian millennials prefer traditional-modern aesthetics such as tudung labuh and baju kurung. Islamic narratives in Indonesia are conveyed through religious captions, whereas in Malaysia they are expressed visually through modest and covered fashion. TikTok dominates in Indonesia, while Instagram prevails in Malaysia due to its curated visual appeal.

Abstract

Ideally, transactions in Islamic economics emphasize justice (‘adl) and the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl). However, in reality, the practice of money-based rotating savings (arisan uang) in society contains implications of the Time Value of Money (TVM), which may lead to value disparities among participants. This study aims to analyze the practice of money-based arisan from the perspective of Maqāṣid Syarī‘ah, particularly in relation to transactional justice and the protection of wealth. This article is categorized as a juridical-empirical legal study employing a qualitative approach. The methodology used is descriptive analytical within the framework of Islamic economic law. The findings indicate that money-based arisan implicitly contains the principle of TVM through differences in the timing of fund receipt, where early participants obtain higher economic value. This practice does not involve riba as there is no stipulated monetary increment. From the perspective of Maqāṣid Syarī‘ah, arisan is considered permissible as long as it fulfills the principles of ta‘āwun (mutual assistance), transparency, and distributive justice. However, the potential for gharar remains if disparities arising from the time value of money are not managed fairly.
