Abstract

Latar Belakang : Stunting adalah gagal tumbuh dan berkembangnya anak 1000 hari dihitung dari bertemunya sel sperma dan sel telur sampai anak menginjak usia 2 tahun, anak tersebut dapat dibilang stunting apabila tidak mengalami perkembangan otak atau tinggi badan yang rendah. Tujuan: mengetahui peran inovasi dan strategis manajemen tim pendamping keluarga (TPK) mendukung kesiapan menurunkan angka stunting di Yogyakarta Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu kadet Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK) di wilayah Glondong Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta yaitu berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan p-value 0.000 <0.05 antara peran kader tim pendamping keluarga dengan kejadian stunting. Kesimpulan : Anak yang mengalami stunting dapat diperbaiki apabila terjadi ketika anak berusia 2 tahun pertama, namun setelahnya stunting akan sulit untuk diatasi sehingga diperlukan kerjasama dalam pencegahan stunting. Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK) yang terdiri dari Bidan, Kader PKK dan Kader KB bertugas mengawal keluarga berisiko terutama dalam hal pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemasan sagu khas Luwu yang lebih menarik, higienis, dan fungsional untuk meningkatkan perlindungan produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall dan pendekatan Voice of Customer (VoC) melibatkan 100 responden di Luwu Utara. Instrumen dinyatakan valid (r hitung > 0,197) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,981). Hasil menunjukkan kemasan lama kurang menarik dan higienis. Kemasan baru berbahan plastik higienis dengan warna cerah, ukuran 1 kg, serta mudah dibawa, dibuka, dan disimpan. Desain ini meningkatkan persepsi konsumen dan nilai jual produk, sekaligus memperkuat identitas lokal serta daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is characterized by a low proportion leaving the organization and low employee absenteeism. The survey on the job satisfaction of health workers at the Bahteramas Hospital BLUD showed 46% were satisfied at work such as conducive working conditions, and incentives received according to workload while 54% were dissatisfied because there was no compensation related to time of attendance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between working conditions, incentives, work performance and satisfaction of health workers. This research is a quantitative (Observational) research design cross-sectional study. The research was conducted from 1 to 20 February 2023 in the inpatient rooms of Bahteramas Hospital with 139 from 213 health workers using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and carried out a chi-square test and a closeness test. The results of the study found that more respondents with supportive working conditions were satisfied (p=0.006, j=0.233). Respondents with appropriate incentives were more satisfied with their job satisfaction (p=0.000, j=0.302). Furthermore, respondents with appropriate organizational policies were more satisfied with their job satisfaction, (p=0.005, j=0.237). The conclusion is that there is a moderate relationship between working conditions, incentives and achievement with health worker satisfaction in the BLUD Inpatient Room of Bahteramas Hospital.

Abstract

"Begibung," a communal dining tradition long practiced by the Sasak community, has now become the focus of research in the context of character formation among students at kindergarten. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, with the study subjects comprising 20 students, 4 educators, and the head of the kindergarten. Research instruments include observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview guidelines, utilizing the Miles and Huberman method for data analysis to attain a comprehensive understanding of the effects of the communal dining program. The questionnaire comprises 5 items assessing religious character, 5 items for discipline, and 7 items for independence. Research findings indicate that the "Begibung" program in kindergarten effectively enhances religious character, achieving a commendable 89%. This outcome reflects the program's success in reinforcing religious values among students. Discipline character, reaching 74%, demonstrates a contribution in shaping student discipline through established rules. The independence character, marked at 65%, presents an opportunity for future enhancement in developing students' self-reliance, with a particular focus on personal initiative. The "Begibung" program in kindergarten proves to be highly effective in shaping the religious, disciplinary, and independent characters of students. This research makes a positive contribution to understanding the potential of the "Begibung" program as a character formation strategy in kindergarten.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effect of using the Wordwall application on improving the reading skills of grade 3 students at SD Negeri 006 Polewali. Using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, this research involved two groups: an experimental group that used Wordwall and a control group that used conventional learning methods. The results of data analysis show that the average posttest score for the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group, with an average increase from 60.2 to 75.4 in the experimental group. In addition, the use of Wordwall has been proven to increase student engagement, motivation, and the quality of understanding of the material. The results of the paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test show a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the two groups, supporting the hypothesis that Wordwall is an effective learning tool in improving reading skills. This research concludes that Wordwall can be used as an alternative innovative and interactive learning media to improve elementary school students' reading skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya manusia Kesehatan di Indonesia seperti masalah ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, akseptabilitas, kualitas, dan distribusi yang belum optimal masih menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Sumber daya manusia kesehatan yang tidak memadai dan optimal menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas sumber daya manusia tim pendamping keluarga di Mlati, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Kegiatan ini melibatkan bidan tim pendamping keluarga 5 orang, dan kader Kesehatan 10 orang. Upaya yang dilakukan dapat berupa pengadaan dan perencanaan SDM, pengembangan SDM, pemeliharaan, dan pemanfaatan SDM secara optimal agar efektif dan efisien sehingga tidak menimbulkan pemborosan sumber daya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan SDM adalah dengan pemberian materi. Kesimpulannya manajemen sumber daya manusia menjadi solusi guna meningkatkan upaya mutu atau kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan di Indonesia. Upaya yang dilakukan

Abstract

Tari Rudat, tarian Islam tradisional dari Lombok Utara (KLU), merupakan artefak budaya yang unik memadukan gerakan bela diri dengan lantunan religius (shalawat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai-nilai moral (akhlak) yang tertanam dalam tradisi Tari Rudat dan menganalisis potensinya sebagai media pendidikan karakter. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis konten terhadap elemen-elemen semiotiknya, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa prinsip moral inti: disiplin, kolektivitas (ukhuwah), kerendahan hati (tawadhu), dan pengabdian (dzikr). Gerakan ritmis, yang sering dilakukan oleh kelompok laki-laki dalam formasi serempak, melambangkan persatuan dan kepatuhan pada prinsip-prinsip agama. Lebih lanjut, musik dan puisi pengiringnya, yang terutama berisi doa dan pujian kepada Nabi Muhammad, berfungsi sebagai sumber bimbingan spiritual dan moral yang berkelanjutan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Tari Rudat bukan sekadar pertunjukan seni, tetapi sistem budaya hidup yang secara aktif mentransmisikan karakter moral Islam, menawarkan sumber yang berharga, terlokalisasi, dan kaya konteks untuk penguatan pendidikan akhlak di masyarakat.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji strategi manajemen tenaga kerja hijau (GHRM) untuk mengatasi tantangan keberlanjutan organisasi di era modern, yang ditandai oleh peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan tekanan global terhadap praktik bisnis berkelanjutan. Siklus manajemen sumber daya manusia telah memasukkan prinsip ramah lingkungan ke dalam GHRM. Ini termasuk rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan dan pengembangan berbasis lingkungan, dan evaluasi kinerja dan kompensasi yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan studi pustaka untuk melihat berbagailiteratur, jurnal ilmiah, dan studi kasus perusahaan yang menerapkan konsep GHRM. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan GHRM secara teratur dapat meningkatkan kesadaran karyawan tentang lingkungan, meningkatkan citra perusahaan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan mengurangi penggunaan energi dan limbah. Namun demikian, beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi organisasi adalah komitmen manajerial yang terbatas, resistensi karyawan terhadap perubahan, dan kebutuhan akan budaya dan kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Studi ini menemukan bahwa strategi GHRM adalah alat untuk mengelola SDM dan sangat penting untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of public health service communication on satisfaction levels among students of Public Administration at the University of Palangka Raya. The quality of public health services is a reflection of good governance, where public satisfaction is the main indicator. Communication between health workers and patients is recognized as a crucial factor that shapes these perceptions and satisfaction levels. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with correlation techniques. The local government manages 3 public hospitals and 11 community health centers as well as 2,386 health workers in the city of Palangka Raya. The research sample consisted of 108 students selected through purposive sampling from a population of 173 public administration students enrolled in 2023. The results show that communication effectiveness (X) has a positive and statistically significant effect on satisfaction (Y). However, the coefficient of determination only indicates that communication can explain 13.3% of the variance in service satisfaction. The remaining 86.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as structural and operational aspects of service like waiting time, reliability, and physical facilities, as explained in the RATER model. Although communication has been proven to be important, improving overall satisfaction in public health facilities in Palangka Raya requires research and attention to non-communication factors that are more dominant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze managerial problems and structural barriers in the management of human resources (HR) in madrasas and their implications for the implementation of the latest Islamic Education policy. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah principals, vice principals, and teachers, observations of managerial practices and learning, and documentation studies related to HR management. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and continuous verification of findings. The results show that HR management in madrasas is still dominated by an administrative and reactive orientation, exacerbated by a rigid bureaucratic structure and limited access to professional development. This condition results in a mismatch between the competencies of educators and Islamic Education policy standards and impacts the implementation of policies that are not uniform across learning levels. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening competency-based HR management, structural flexibility, and continuous professional development programs to improve the effectiveness of Islamic Education policies in madrasas.
