Abstract

Sejak tahun 2001 kelompok wanita di kelurahan Situ Gede, Kota Bogor telah melakukan pengolahan produk pertanian (talas), kegiatan ini dilakukan cukup lama tapi masih jauh dari kriteria wanita petani mandiri. Seperti, penyediaan bahan baku (talas), bahan baku alternatif, kegiatan pengolahan juga masih terbatas hanya sesuai dengan pesanan serta pemasaran yang masih terbatas.. Kemudian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kemandirian wanit dan apa faktor yang terkait dengan tingkat kemandirian petani perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kelangsungan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemandirian wanita masih rendah dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemandirian anggota wanita tani adalah keterlibatan wanita tani dalam kelompok tani, interaksi dengan penyuluh, dan keaktifan mencari informasi hasil, sedangkan umur, pendidikan, dan pengalaman tidak berhubungan dengan kemandirian anggota kelompok wanita tani dalam keberlanjutan usaha pengolahan hasil pertanian di Kelurahan Situ Gede Kota Bogor. Hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pengolahan hasil talas peran penyuluh sehingga keterlibatan perempuan dalam semua kegiatan dalam kelompok dapat ditingkatkan juga. Hal ini juga mengatakan bahwa ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara anggota kelompok, antara kelompok dan organisasi lainnya, serta seluruh elemen kelompok kedua administrator dan anggota untuk lebih aktif dalam pemasaran produk olahan seperti dodol talas , coklat, kecimpring dan kerupuk untuk kelangsungan usaha.

Abstract

Kampung Agroeduwisata Organik Mulyaharja harus tutup sementara dan melakukan promosi melalui media sosial pasca-PPKM. Salah satu strategi promosi yang efektif dilakukan di media sosial adalah electronic word of mouth dimana calon pengunjung dapat mendapat rekomendasi dan informasi berdasarkan pengalam pribadi yang membantu memutuskan kunjungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas e-WOM melalui Instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner online dan didukung dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Responden yang digunakan adalah followers Instagram @visitmulyaharja berjumlah 44 orang yang didapatkan melalui teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian responden terhadap dimensi electronic word of mouth berada pada kategori tinggi untuk indikator valensi pendapat, efektivitas strategi promosi di masa pandemi ternyata efektif untuk meningkatkan ketertarikan followers, dan terdapat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas strategi promosi, yaitu dimensi intensitas efektif sampai pada tindakan sharing, dimensi konten efektif sampai kegiatan search (mencari), dan dimensi valensi pendapat hanya tidak berkorelasi dengan indikator action pada model AISAS.

Abstract

Mempersiapkan karier masa depan termasuk tugas perkembangan yang harus dijalani oleh remaja usia SMK, terlebih bagi para lulusan SMK yang diharapkan dapat diterima di dunia usaha dan industri. Orang tua, guru, dan teman sebaya merupakan faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi kematangan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kematangan karier siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan status sekolah lalu menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi siswa dengan orang tua, guru dan teman sebaya terhadap kematangan kariernya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memilih responden sebanyak 84 siswa SMK kelas XII di dua SMK berstatus negeri dan dua SMK berstatus swasta di Kabupaten Tangerang yang dipilih secara purposive. Data kematangan karier dianalisis secara deskriptif sedangkan data komunikasi dianalisis dengan bantuan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kematangan karier siswa mayoritas pada kategori sedang sebesar 59,52%, kategori rendah sebesar 29,79%, dan kategori tinggi 10,71% serta siswa perempuan memiliki angka kematangan karier lebih tinggi daripada siswa laki-laki (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi siswa SMK dengan guru terhadap kematangan karier namun tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi siswa SMK dengan orang tua dan teman sebaya terhadap kematangan karier. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi komunikasi dengan layanan bimbingan karier dan konseling oleh guru di sekolah dapat meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa.

Abstract

Salah satu media sosial yang digunakan oleh usaha “Rendang Uninam” untuk mempromosikan produknya adalah Instagram. Penggunaan Instagram dipilih karena Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial yang sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas promosi produk “Rendang Uninam” melalui Instagram. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan efektivitas promosi produk “Rendang Uninam” melalui media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner online. Kemudiandilanjutkan dengan wawancara bersama pemilik usaha, admin dan karyawan sebagai informan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram cukup efektif untuk menstimulasi perhatian (attention) responden, akan tetapi belum efektif dalam memunculkan ketertarikan (interest), keinginan (desire) responden untuk membeli, serta membuat responden untuk melakukan tindakan (action) membeli. Efektivitas promosi melalui media sosial Instagram ini berhubungan dengan aktivitas promosi yang dilakukan oleh akun @rendang_uninam yaitu tingkat daya tarik pesan, gaya pesan, tingkat keakuratan dan kejelasan pesan, dan frekuensi penyampaian pesan.

Abstract

Stakeholder collaboration has an important role in the sustainability of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) businesses. Nature conservation and community welfare underlie geoproduct management in the Pongkor National Geopark Area. Collaborative communication in development communication requires the involvement of stakeholders in the development process from planning, implementation to monitoring and evaluation to realize MSEs business sustainability. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of stakeholder communication in realizing MSE business sustainability in Pongkor National Geopark. The research was conducted in August-September 2022 in Bogor Regency. The results showed that collaborative communication between stakeholders was not optimal in MSEs business development programs. Such as the low participation of MSE actors in human resource quality improvement programs, the lack of collaboration between stakeholders through interactive media channels and the suboptimal utilization of government and business program facilitation in improving competitive products.

Abstract

Local village facilitators have a role in increasing the capacity and effectiveness of government and village communities. The competence and performance of local village assistants can measure the success of village assistance. Quantitative research using this survey method aims to describe individual characteristics, determine the level of competence and performance and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of local village assistants. The research was conducted in July and August 2022 in Banggai Kepulauan and Banggai Laut Regencies with 40 local village facilitators as respondents. The variables of this study are competencies supported by technical, managerial, and socio-cultural competency indicators. In contrast, performance variables include managing village development, local economic development, increasing village community participation, and mentoring evaluation. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Data analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method using the SmartPLS 3.29 application. The results showed that respondents were dominated by male aged 38-48 years, high school education level, high years of service, low non-formal education, and many assisted villages. Assistants have high competence and performance. There is no real difference between the competence and performance of assistants in the Banggai Laut and Banggai Kepulauan Regencies. There is a strong influence between competence on the performance of local village assistants. Therefore, the advice is that the assistants' competence needs to be improved through training and mentoring to achieve good work results.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial skills are necessary competencies for non-formal education managers. However, the development of social entrepreneurship skills in non-formal education has not received sufficient attention. This study aims to evaluate social entrepreneurship competencies and identify the factors and processes of non-formal education. Specifically, the research aims to analyze social entrepreneurship competencies among managers of non-formal education. The research method used is a literature review that collects data from relevant sources. The analysis shows that social entrepreneurship competencies required by non-formal education managers include creativity, adaptability, self-confidence, networking, understanding of social issues, and managerial skills. Additionally, non-formal education managers need knowledge and skills in financial management, marketing, and collaboration with other parties. This study contributes to strengthening the role of non-formal education managers in increasing the contribution of non-formal education institutions to society. The study's results can be a reference for non-formal education managers to improve their social competence.

Abstract

The income of smallholder coffee farmers can be increased by optimizing the added value of the product through increased entrepreneurial capacity. Coffee farmers need to adopt innovations and new approaches that are more sustainable with organic farming systems. The purposes of this study are; (1) identifying differences in characteristics, support of government extension services, private extension agents, and environmental support for smallholder coffee farmers and (2) analyzing the effect of characteristics, government extension services, private extension agents, and environmental support on the entrepreneurial capacity of smallholder coffee farmers. This study was carried out at Arabica Coffee Center in Bondowoso Regency and Robusta Coffee Center in Malang Regency, East Java from August to October 2019. Data were collected through interviews with questionnaires in a total of 376 smallholder coffee farmers. Data were analyzed using descriptive (SPSS) and inferential statistics (structural equation model/SEM analysis using Smart PLS). The results of research showed that non formal education and roles of private extension agents were found to be low. Moreover, motivation, government extension support, environmental support, and entrepreneurial capacity of smallholder coffee farmers were categorized as moderate. Factors significantly influenced entrepreneurial capacity of coffee farmers included: characteristics of farmers, government extension support, roles of private extension agents, and environmental support. The role of government to strengthen private extension agents is possible through partnership between coffee farmers, government and exporter or private sectors.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Pembangunan peternakan yang bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas sapi potong belum menunjukkan hasil nyata di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peternakan rakyat masih bersifat tradisional dalam mengelola usaha sapi potong. Dengan demikian kompetensi menjadi aspek yang harus dimiliki peternak agar bisa mengelola usaha ternak secara benar dan menghasilkan produktivitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kompetensi teknis peternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara dan Kabupaten Belu. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survei yang bersifat menerangkan (explanatory research). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Utara dan Kabupaten Belu. Jumlah sampel yang diambil di wilayah penelitian sebanyak 462 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat kompetensi teknis peternak berbeda nyata antara Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara dan Kabupaten Belu. Secara umum kompetensi teknis peternak kategori tinggi (rerata = 55,32) di kedua kabupaten tersebut. Kompetensi peternak perlu ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kualitas layanan penyuluhan yang sesuai kebutuhan peternak serta melakukan pelatihan teknis usaha sapi potong.(Technical competence of beef cattle breeders in Timor Tengah Utara and Belu regencies)ABSTRAK. The development that aims to increase cattle productivity has not shown tangible results in the province of East Nusa Tenggara. This is because people's farms are still traditional in managing beef cattle business. Thus, competence is an aspect that must be owned by breeders in order to properly manage livestock business and produce high productivity. This study aims to analyze the level of technical competence of beef cattle breeders in North Central Timor Regency and Belu Regency. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive research design (explanatory research). The method used in this research is a survey method. The research was conducted in North Middle East and Belu Districts. The number of samples taken in the research area was 462 people. The results showed that the level of technical competence of farmers was significantly different between North Central Timor Regency and Belu Regency. Competence needs to be improved by improving the quality of extension services according to the needs of breeders and conducting beef cattle business technicalities.

Abstract

The high potential of culinary diversity lies in four districts on Madura Island, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep with various flavors and tastes that are unique to each district. Lack of competent communication between the four districts has an impact on the lack of increasing potential for gastronomic tourism on Madura Island. This research aims to analyze strategies for strengthening the competencies of culinary entrepreneurs in Madura Island to create business sustainability. Considering the significant potential of the culinary sector in this region, the study identifies challenges faced by culinary entrepreneurs, such as access to raw materials, marketing, and skill development.Through qualitative research methods, data was collected through interviews with culinary entrepreneurs and Madurese cultural figures, while also supported by quantitative data obtained from culinary entrepreneurs.. The findings indicate that competency strengthening can be achieved through cooking skills training, digital marketing, and financial management. Additionally, collaboration with educational institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can enhance the capacity of entrepreneurs. The study recommends the development of ongoing support programs and effective marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of Madura's culinary entrepreneurs. With the implementation of these strategies, it is hoped that culinary businesses in Madura Island can adapt and thrive in a competitive business environment.
