Abstract

Dewasa ini, banyak aspek mengalami perubahan dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan infomasi di era globalisasi. Sebut saja media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh populasi manusia di bumi. Menurut Caleb T. Carr dan Rebecca T. Hayes, media sosial adalah media berbasis internet yang memungkinkan pengguna berkesempatan untuk berinteraksi dan mempresentasikan diri, baik secara seketika ataupun tertunda, dengan khalayak luas maupun tidak yang mendorong nilai dari user-generated content dan persepsi interaksi dengan orang lain. Berdasarkan survei Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), pada tahun 2018 tercatat pengguna internet di Indonesia sebanyak 171,17 juta jiwa dari penduduk 264 juta jiwa atau sekitar 64,8 % dari seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Banyak perusahan sudah mulai menggunakan media sosial dalam hal marketing dan promosi ke khalayak luas. Pihak perusahaan menugas karyawan yang melek teknologi atau istilah zaman sekarang dikenal dengan generasi milenial. Generasi milenial dikenal kedekatannya dengan teknologi. Tercatat penetrasi pengguna internet generasi milenial 79,6%. Perusahaan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia atau karyawan yang mampu bekerja secara maksimal sehingga dapat mengimbangi standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kualitatif yang bersifat lapangan (field research). Jenis data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yakni berupa pemikiran, pendapat dan argumentasi dari karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro, serta dilengkapi dengan data-data buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, dan analisis komponensial. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa karyawan generasi milenial PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro mampu memanfaatkan media sosial dalam bekerja, dengan media sosial produktivitas generasi milenial bisa menjadi meningkat.

Abstract

Ikonisitas hijab telah menjadi identitas yang merujuk kepada diri seorang perempuan muslim. tulisan ini mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis melalui studi empiris tentang praktik penggunaan hijab di kalangan non-muslim di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah field research. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 1 Kerinci merupakan SMK negeri yang mayoritas siswanya beragama Islam, dari 622 siswa hanya 14 orang siswa yang beragama non Islam seperti Budha, Konghucu, Kristen Protestan dan Kristen Katholik, dari 14 siswa tersebut terdapat 8 orang siswa perempuan yang beragama non Islam namun fenomena yang ditemukan adalah mereka menggunakan hijab baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Salah satu bentuk respons yang menarik adalah ketika guru merespons dengan membelikan hijab bagi siswa non-Muslim yang memutuskan untuk berhijab. Tindakan ini menunjukkan sikap empati dan dukungan dari pihak sekolah terhadap kebebasan berpakaian siswa. Proaktif dalam memfasilitasi dialog interreligius, sekolah dapat menjadi agen pembentukan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan meredakan potensi konflik di lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif.

Abstract

The development of the Ar-B (Augmented Reality and Braille) TikTok-based Learning Media Innovation in Indonesia addresses a critical human rights issue especially on ensuring equal access to education for individuals with disabilities, particularly those with visual impairments. Despite there being over 3 million visually impaired individuals in Indonesia, only a fraction of media content is accessible to them. This stark inequality violates the fundamental human rights principles of non-discrimination and equal access to education, as outlined in international agreements such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when traditional educational avenues were disrupted, 99% of students turned to social media for learning, highlighting the urgency to make digital platforms inclusive. TikTok emerged as a predominant medium, with a significant proportion of students using it extensively. The Ar-B innovation leverages technology to bridge this accessibility gap by integrating Augmented Reality and Braille, thus enabling both visually impaired and non-impaired students to access educational content effectively on TikTok. Through the Research and Development (R&D) process and rigorous validation, the Ar-B Module has demonstrated a 92% validity rate and shown to enhance student learning outcomes. By ensuring that educational tools are inclusive and accessible, this innovation not only supports the educational rights of disabled individuals but also contributes to broader human rights goals of equity and inclusivity in education. It exemplifies Indonesia's commitment to fulfilling its obligations under international human rights frameworks by promoting inclusive education through innovative technological solutions.

Abstract

Radikalisasi di kalangan remaja semakin menjadi perhatian di Indonesia, terutama dengan dampak besar dari perkembangan teknologi digital yang memfasilitasi penyebaran ideologi radikal. Dalam hal ini, pendidikan karakter dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mencegah radikalisasi. Artikel ini mengulas pentingnya revitalisasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI sebagai upaya untuk mencegah pengaruh radikal pada remaja. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan moderasi beragama, pendidikan karakter dalam PAI tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga pada pembentukan sikap dan perilaku yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada nilai dan kontekstual diharapkan dapat melahirkan generasi muda yang penuh toleransi, berintegritas, dan memiliki rasa cinta tanah air. Selain itu, pentingnya kerjasama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat juga perlu ditekankan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter positif pada remaja. Dengan pendekatan ini, revitalisasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI dapat memperkuat ketahanan remaja terhadap radikalisasi dan membentuk individu yang memiliki akhlak mulia serta tanggung jawab terhadap bangsa dan negara. Radicalism among teenagers has become an increasingly pressing issue in Indonesia, especially with the significant influence of digital technology that facilitates the rapid spread of radical ideologies. In this context, character education within Islamic Religious Education (PAI) can be an effective solution to prevent radicalization. This article discusses the importance of revitalizing character education in PAI as an effort to prevent radical influences on teenagers. By integrating values such as tolerance, justice, and religious moderation, character education in PAI not only focuses on cognitive aspects but also on the formation of attitudes and behaviors that align with national values. Value-based and contextual character education is expected to shape a generation of young people who are tolerant, have integrity, and love their country. Furthermore, the collaboration between schools, families, and communities is essential to create an environment that supports the development of positive character in teenagers. With this approach, revitalizing character education in PAI can strengthen teenagers' resilience against radicalization and help shape individuals with noble character and responsibility toward the nation and the state.

Abstract

Emosi merupakan bagian integral dari pengalaman manusia yang mempengaruhi pola pikir, perilaku, dan interaksi sosial. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pengelolaan emosi yang baik dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter yang positif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi emosi dalam perspektif pendidikan menurut Al-Qur'an dan Hadis sebagai panduan kehidupan. Al-Qur'an mengajarkan pentingnya pengelolaan emosi melalui konsep kesabaran (sabr), pengendalian amarah (ghadhab), dan rasa syukur (shukr) sebagai bagian dari akhlak mulia. Hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW juga memberikan teladan dalam mengelola emosi, seperti menahan amarah, menjaga ketenangan dalam menghadapi ujian hidup, dan membangun empati terhadap orang lain. Melalui kajian ini, ditemukan bahwa pendidikan emosional dalam Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan kontrol terhadap emosi negatif, tetapi juga mendorong perkembangan emosi positif seperti kasih sayang, rasa syukur, dan rasa hormat. Pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk individu yang memiliki karakter kuat dan keseimbangan emosional. Serta dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dan merupakan jenis penelitian library research yaitu penelitian yang memanfaatkan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh data penelitiannya dengan cara membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitiannya. Sumber-sumber tersebut di dapat dari karya yang ditulis oleh para ahli yang berkompeten tentang judul pembahasan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The success or failure of a lesson, especially in Islamic religious education which focuses on character education is largely determined by the learning media used, in realizing this success a problem arises, namely the teacher is still monotonous in using learning media so that learning cannot be properly accepted by students. This is based on the results of a survey by researchers via Google form that 80% of students stated that educators tended to use the lecture system more in the learning process, 70% of students could not understand the subject matter only with notes given by the teacher, 95% preferred to learn using learning media, 97% of students agree to use multimedia so that learning is not boring. As well as the lack of development of learning media for the blind. During the Covid-19 pandemic, students tended to be closer to the digital world, this was based on survey data that 99% of students actively used social media during the pandemic, especially social media Tiktok, namely around 78% of students used Tiktok longer. Even Tiktok social media users have increased by around 14.3 million per month. Seeing these problems, the researchers created a new innovation Smart Module, an innovation of technology-based character education learning media, namely technology that can combine the virtual world with the real world at the same time and is equipped with braille letters that are used for normal students and people with visual impairments. This research uses the type of R&D with the Borg and Gall development model. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation and trials and then analyzed using media expert validation analysis techniques, material expert validation analysis techniques and trial analysis techniques. The specific purpose of making this media is to find out whether the Smart Module is valid to use and how student learning outcomes are after using this module. The results of this study show that the Smart Module has a validity level of 92% and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen otonomi pendidikan Islam di MTs Darunnajah Kabupaten Kerinci dengan menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi. Pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan di lembaga ini berupaya untuk menciptakan sistem yang mandiri dan berkualitas melalui otonomi yang diberikan pada pengelolaan kurikulum, sumber daya, serta kebijakan pendidikan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya perlu dievaluasi agar dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), yang mencakup analisis konteks kebijakan otonomi, sumber daya yang tersedia, proses manajerial yang dilakukan, serta produk atau hasil yang dicapai oleh lembaga pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen otonomi pendidikan Islam di MTs Darunnajah Kabupaten Kerinci sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki, terutama dalam hal pembiayaan, pelatihan tenaga pengajar, serta evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang konstruktif bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan Islam di lembaga serupa, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. This research aims to facilitate the autonomous management of Islamic education at MTs Darunnajah, Kerinci Regency using evaluation research methods. The Islamic education implemented at this institution seeks to create an independent and quality system through the autonomy given to the management of curriculum, resources and educational policies. However, the challenges faced in its implementation need to be evaluated in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of education. This research uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation approach, which includes analysis of the autonomy policy context, available resources, managerial processes carried out, as well as the products or results achieved by educational institutions. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, which was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the autonomous management of Islamic education at MTs Darunnajah, Kerinci Regency has gone quite well, but there are still several aspects that need to be improved, especially in terms of financing, teaching staff training, and more systematic learning evaluation. It is hoped that this research can provide constructive recommendations for the development of Islamic education management in similar institutions, with the aim of improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the learning environment in supporting the socio-emotional development of early childhood within the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka. A positive learning environment has been proven to significantly contribute to the development of children's socio-emotional skills, such as communication, empathy, and emotional regulation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research analyzed 25 articles published between 2018 and 2025 from various indexed journals. The findings reveal that positive interactions with teachers and peers, active parental involvement, and the integration of educational games significantly support the formation of children's socio-emotional skills. The Kurikulum Merdeka provides significant opportunities through project-based learning and activities tailored to children's developmental needs. However, challenges such as teachers' limited understanding of the approach and inadequate educational facilities remain significant obstacles. Collaboration between schools and families, along with continuous teacher training, is essential to optimize the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in fostering early childhood socio-emotional development. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the method of understanding the meaning and key word in learning tahfiz Al-Qur'an at Rumah Tahfiz Nurul Islam Ulak Karang Padang, and analyze its impact on the quality of memorization and understanding of students. The background of this research is the need for tahfiz methods that do not only focus on verbal memorization, but also encourage understanding of the content of the verse. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of learning activities at Tahfiz House. The results showed that the implementation of the method was carried out through three main stages, namely orientation of the meaning of the verse through lafziyyah translation, identification of keywords for each verse, and integration between memorization and understanding. This method is proven to be able to improve the students' memory, strengthen the emotional connection to the memorized verse, and encourage active participation in the class. Nevertheless, several obstacles were found, such as differences in the basic abilities of students, limited learning time, and lack of parental involvement. Solutions implemented include classification of learning levels, enrichment of learning modules, teacher training, and strengthening the synergy between home and institutions. This study concludes that the method of understanding meaning and key words is effective in creating a meaningful and contextualized memorization process, and is relevant to be applied in various Qur'anic education institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of validity of the Smart Book Netra (SBN) learning media prototype to improve student learning outcomes. In the current digital era, students are very active in using social media, especially Tiktok social media, which is 78% compared to other social media, even Tiktok social media users have increased by around 14.3 million per month. Seeing this problem, the researcher created a new innovation, Smart Book Netra (SBN), namely an innovation in character education learning media that can connect the virtual world with the real world at the same time. This media is also equipped with Braille letters that can be used by people with visual impairments. The type of research in writing this article is R&D using the Borg and Gall model. This study emphasizes the analysis of student needs. However, in this study, the researcher only reached the fifth stage, namely product revision. The data collection techniques in this study were through observation, questionnaires, literature studies, documentation and trials, then the analysis techniques used by the researcher were media expert validation, material expert validation analysis techniques and trial analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the Smart Book Netra (SBN) has a validity level of 92%.
