Health Admintrasion is a planing , implementation, and service and supervision activity that is responsible for organizing goood helath service development. Healt Service ia an effort to help prepare( take care of) what is needed by pantients who come for treatment at the suwawa selatan healt center. In connection with the flow of healt services, there are still many people who do not understand the rules at the suswawa selatan puskesmas, such as patients who come without a BPJS/KIS treatment guarantee card. With the implementation of existing rules in 2023 until now, people seeking treatment if they do not bring BPJS can Simply show their identity ( KTP). This Research aims at investigating the quality of the Relationship between healt service procedures at the south suwawa healt center so that patient satisfaction in complying with procedures can run with applicable regulations.

The aim of the research report : This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting public awareness in achieving the land and building tax (PBB) target in Tolotio Village. Research method : The method in this research uses triangulation data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Research results: The research results show that in Tolotio Village it cannot be said to be good compared to previous years because according to research there is still a lack of public awareness in achieving the property tax target . This is caused by the mechanism for submitting SPPT which is not good , there are economic factors which make it difficult for people to pay land and building taxes.

This study aims to determine the impact of the entry of modern retail on buyer interest in traditional retail in Tilamuta District. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the entry of modern retail can be detrimental to traditional retail which is located adjacent to modern retail but there are still other traditional retailers that are not too disadvantaged by the entry of modern retail. Besides that, modern retail also has good facilities and has complete products so that buyers in traditional retail want to shop at modern retail. Traditional retail still has deficiencies in product completeness and inadequate facilities. However, other traditional retailers do not feel that modern retail is influential because the distance is not too close to modern retail. So that cooperation is needed between traditional retail and modern retail and the Tilamuta sub-district government in permitting the development of a modern retail business to be in accordance with laws issued by the central government.

This scientific paper aims to determine the participation of youth organizations in improving social welfare in Tolotio Village, Bonepantai Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency. The report method used is a qualitative method. This scientific paper takes place at the Tolotio Village office, Bonepantai Sub-district, Bone Bolango Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, identification and documentation. The results of this scientific paper report show that the activeness of the youth organization is still lacking and inadequate facilities greatly affect the activities to be carried out. the involvement of the youth organization is still lacking because they choose to look for work outside the village because the jobs in the village are still lacking so that more youth choose to migrate with the aim of improving their family's standard of living.

This study aims to: (1) To determine the level of community participation in maintaining cleanliness in East Mamungaa Village. (2) To know what factors influence the community to participate in maintaining cleanliness in East Mamungaa Village. The current study used a descriptive research design. This research was located in East Mamungaa Village, specifically in hamlet five (V) Bulawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. The data has been collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The population was people in hamlet five (V) of East Mamungaa Village who participated in the interview on environmental arrangements. Moreover, the sampling of 15 people used a random sampling technique. The type of data used is qualitative including data presented in the form of verbal words which was not in the form of numbers, whose data source is obtained from the East Mamungaa Village Community, hamlet five (V). The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results, it was obtained that the people of east Mamungaa Village already have awareness of how to participate in environmental arrangements, however, some communities still do not understand the importance of environmental arrangements because there are still many communities who are not supportive and prejudiced in new things.

This article discusses the quality of service in the context of the digital era, identifying the challenges and opportunities faced by the organization. With the advancement of technology, the interaction between service providers and customers is becoming easier, but it also brings new challenges such as data security and ever-increasing expectations. This study examines various strategies that can be applied to improve service quality, including the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics to understand customer needs. Additionally, this article emphasizes the importance of employee training in dealing with these changes, as well as innovative approaches to creating a better customer experience. The results show that despite the challenges, the digital era also offers significant opportunities for companies to improve service and build stronger relationships with customers.

This study aims to determine the role of the head of the welfare and service section in Tolandadu I Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. It uses a qualitative approach, with the main focus on the quality of the analysis. This research was conducted at the Tolondadu I village office, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, for two months and two weeks, from 17 April 2023 to 28 June 2023.Based on the results of research conducted in Tolondadu I Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, regarding the study of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the head of the welfare section in the field of welfare and community empowerment. Carrying out data collection and preparation in the field of welfare and community empowerment has not been running well and by the rules and assisted by PKK cadres and community leaders.

This study presents a bibliometric and thematic analysis of digital marketing research published in reputable journals between 2010 and 2024, utilizing VOSviewer to map structural, conceptual, and temporal developments in the field. A total of curated Scopus-indexed journal articles were analyzed to identify key trends, prolific authors, collaborative networks, and evolving research themes. The results reveal that digital marketing has undergone significant transformation, with a shift from early emphases on technological enablers such as big data and artificial intelligence to more recent interests in consumer behavior, social media engagement, and sustainability. Co-authorship analysis highlights dominant scholarly clusters in both Western and emerging economies, reflecting a globally distributed knowledge base. Country-level collaboration networks further underscore the increasing contribution of nations like India, Indonesia, and Spain to the digital marketing discourse. Thematic clustering and temporal mapping indicate a maturation of the field, with growing interdisciplinary integration and practical relevance. This study provides critical insights for academics, practitioners, and policymakers aiming to navigate and contribute to the evolving landscape of digital marketing research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Indogrosir Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel sebanyak 51 responden diperoleh melalui teknik Accidental Sampling, yaitu pelanggan yang secara kebetulan berbelanja di Indogrosir Gorontalo dan bersedia menjadi responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berukuran Likert lima poin, kemudian dianalisis melalui uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar −0,392 dan nilai signifikansi 0,697. Variabel harga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,717 dan nilai signifikansi 0,092. Sementara itu, variabel promosi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,905 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 26,136 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kualitas produk dan harga secara individu belum memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan, namun secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel tersebut mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi manajemen Indogrosir Gorontalo dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran terpadu yang berfokus pada kepuasan pelanggan dan peningkatan daya saing ritel grosir
