Abstract

This service aims to improve the quality of human resources and the performance of KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHTERA employees by providing excellent service training to KSPPS BMT KUBE COLOMADU SEJAHTERA employees. The focus of the training is on efforts to improve employee performance so that they can provide an understanding of the importance of excellent service in internal and external interactions, Equip participants with an understanding of consumers as individuals who have many desires and perceptions about a product (service), Equip participants with the ability to provide excellent service, and be able to know the factors that influence consumer satisfaction and various methods of measuring excellent service. Enabling participants to be able to handle various complaints, access to financial institutions, both conventional and sharia, as well as financial technology. The approach used in this activity is to carry out training activities for employees to significantly improve the performance of BMT employees. It is hoped that the results of the training will be able to motivate and provide the skills needed for employees to provide excellent service to their customers. Excellent service to BMT customers will increase customer comfort and loyalty to BMT Kube Colomadu

Abstract

The best way to convey various concepts taught to students affects the ability to remember the concept longer. A teacher must be able to communicate effectively with students. So that a student can open their minds with different levels of intelligence. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through problem-based learning models in class XI of SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. The research method used is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques use observation and test questions. The results of the study indicate that the application of problem-based models can improve student learning outcomes in class XI of SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak. There is a significant increase between cycle 1 and cycle 2. This is evidenced by the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from cycle 1 having an average of 78.76%, the results continued to cycle 2 having an average value of 81.68% with the results of the complete category reaching the success indicator. So based on the results of the geography learning test, students have increased. This increase is supported by the results of observations and test results that students become more active, creative, and think critically and have a better understanding in the geography learning process

Abstract

Pada saat proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas, ditemukan bahwa siswa cepat bosan jika terlalu banyak mencatat materi pembelajaran dari modul elektronik berformat PDF, dengan isi modul yang sebagian besar disajikan dalam bentuk teks dan tidak interaktif. Selanjutnya, jika dilihat dari cara guru mengajar dan memberikan materi, kurangnya penggunaan metode dan variasi media dalam pembelajaran menyebabkan guru masih menggunakan modul elektronik berformat PDF sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Adobe Animate Creative Cloud pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar untuk siswa kelas X RPL di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian melalui pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh satu ahli materi, yaitu guru mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar, diperoleh skor rata-rata 125 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh dua ahli media, satu orang dosen dan satu orang dari pihak TVRI Gorontalo, diperoleh skor rata-rata 120 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga, pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan ahli materi dan ahli media termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil penilaian tanggapan siswa (respons siswa) terhadap media pembelajaran dalam uji coba dengan 9 orang siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 91,77 dengan kriteria layak. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar yang dikembangkan di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tobacco smoking is harmful either for smokers or second-hand smokers. Indonesia is the country with the third highest number of smokers in the world and the largest number of smokers in Southeast Asia. Active smokers in Indonesia estimated to reach 70 million people. Of that number, 7.4% are children aged 10-18 years. The aims of this research are to examine the legal protection of children from the dangers of tobacco smoke and also examine the role of the government in protecting children from the dangers of tobacco smoke. The research method used is normative research. Normative legal research is conducted using a variety of primary legal materials, which are in the form of statutory regulations, as well as secondary legal materials. In Indonesia, a number of legal regulations focus on protecting children from the negative effects of smoking, both directly and indirectly. Some of these regulations include: Law number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, Law number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, Government Regulation number 109 of 2012 concerning Safeguarding of Materials Containing Addictive Substances in the Form of Tobacco Products for Health, Regional Regulations on Non-Smoking Areas (KTR)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas hasil foto kamera smartphone berdasarkan penguasaan teknik sudut pandang dan teknik bidang pandang dalam pembelajaran fotografi di kelas XI Jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual 3 SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal. Sumber data penelitian ini meliputi informan (guru kelas desain komunikasi visual 3 dan siswa kelas XI desain komunikasi visual 3), tempat dan peristiwa pembelajaran fotografi, dan dokumen (modul ajar dan foto karya fotografi). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dengan menggunakan interactive model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hasil foto siswa dalam penguasaan teknik sudut pandang dan bidang pandang cukup baik. Pada teknik sudut pandang, aspek yang paling banyak kurang dikuasai adalah pemilihan sudut yang kurang tepat, pencahayaan yang tidak konsisten dan kondisi objek yang kurang baik. Sementara itu, pada teknik bidang pandang, aspek yang paling banyak kurang dikuasai adalah kurang menguasai jarak pandang, memilih objek, komposisi dan ekspresi. Secara keseluruhan, sebanyak 7 hasil foto berada dalam kategori baik (25%), 14 cukup baik (55%), dan 3 kurang baik (20%). Sebagian besar hasil foto menggunakan pengaturan otomatis, yang kembali menunjukkan bahwa kualitas foto lebih ditentukan oleh penguasaan teknik visual walaupun resolusi kamera tinggi.
