Abstract

Primary education plays a crucial role in building the learning foundation for students, especially at the elementary school level. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining students' learning motivation, which often decreases due to monotonous teaching methods. To address this, innovative learning media such as Smart Boards provide an effective solution. These media can create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience, enhancing students' motivation and engagement. The community service project by Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah (Unwaha) at SDN Ketapangkuning aims to introduce simple Smart Boards, address learning motivation challenges, and provide flood disaster mitigation education relevant to the local environment. The activities involve direct mentoring for teachers and students from grades 4 to 6, along with flood prevention awareness campaigns. As a result, students showed increased learning motivation, with 85% feeling more enthusiastic, and 90% understanding the importance of environmental preservation. Evaluations through questionnaires and discussions indicated positive impacts in both learning and environmental awareness. Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and differences in student understanding, the project significantly contributes to improving education quality and disaster preparedness at SDN Ketapangkuning.

Abstract

Family income is one of the important things that needs to be increased as an effort to improve welfare. This community service is carried out through three stages, namely design, implementation of activities, and evaluation. Community service activities with PKK partners in Dukuharum village, Megaluh sub-district, Jombang district, East Java, in the form of entrepreneurial training for processed food products for housewives attended by 30 people, had a positive effect on efforts to increase family income. After implementing entrepreneurial training for processed food products for housewives as an effort to improve the family economy in Dukuharum village, Megaluh sub-district, Jombang district, East Java, it has increased the knowledge of housewives about entrepreneurship and culinary business opportunities and has helped increase the income of housewives through business. home or culinary business. Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini nertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman atau tambahan wawasan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Miagan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal, melatih, dan membantu bisnis UMKM dalam memperluas pemasaran produknya guna untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan dari bisnis UMKM. Pendampingan terhapat masyarakat yang telah memiliki UMKM agar dapat mendaftarkan sertifikat halal sehingga bisa memperkuat produknya di persaingan pemasaran dan ekonomi secara luas. Prioritas persoalan mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan peminatan dalam membuat label halal pada produk, hingga mengakibatkan sulitnya perluasan pemasaran produk, dan hal ini berpengaruh pada pendapatan mereka. Metode pelaksanaan dalam penelitian ini adalah Community Based Research yaitu penjelasan Narasumber kepada mitra. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan ini adalah pertemuan atau tatap muka antara narasumber dengan mitra UMKM yang bertempat di Desa Miagan, dimana narasumber berperan penting dalam menjelaskan materi-materi mengenai cara pembuatan NIB dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal sebuah produk guna memperluas pemasaran pada produk UMKM. Sehingga kegiatan ini ini dapat memberikan kesadaran betapa pentingnya memiliki sertifikat halal pada produk. Produk yang dihasilkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan sertifikasi halal pada produk UMKM warga di Desa Miagan. Label halal merupakan suatu bagian dari sebuah produk yang membawa informasi verbal tentang produk atau penjualnya, di mana labelhalal ini dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memperluas pemasaran produknya serta menambah pendapatan bagi para pelaku UMKM. Abstract

Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) is a new behavior that can be described as the process of transactions for goods or services in the process of buying and selling or exchanging products, services and information via information networks, including the internet or cyberspace, in line with the very rapid development of the internet world. Service implementers observed that marketing of UMKM products in Betek village, Mojoagung subdistrict is still limited and still uses the WoM (Word of Mouth) marketing method so that sellers only rely on buyers who come. The problem with partners is that marketing is still done traditionally, namely by word of mouth and only relies on consumers who come to get turnover and offers to close friends and the surrounding environment and there is a lack of understanding and use of digital marketing to increase sales. The problems faced must immediately find a solution. One alternative solution is to use digital marketing media. The objectives of this digital marketing-based UMKM product marketing assistance program are as follows: (1) UMKM owners in Betek village can increase their understanding of digital marketing; (2) UMKM owners in Betek village can increase the use of digital marketing more effectively; (3) MSME owners in Betek village can expand their marketing area; (4) Betek village UMKM owners can increase their income. With this digital marketing training, sales of Betek Village UMKM products increased by 60% from before the intensive assistance was implemented.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang upaya peningkatan mutu produk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di masyarakat Desa Ngogri, Jombang melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT), dan sertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengikuti regulasi dan standar yang berlaku, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang ditetapkan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan kegiatan sosialisasi untuk memberikan informasi tentang prosedur dan manfaat pendaftaran NIB, PIRT, dan sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, pendampingan langsung juga dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam proses administrasi dan pengembangan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pendampingan secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya mematuhi regulasi dan standar mutu. Penerapan NIB, PIRT, dan sertifikasi halal pada produk UMKM Desa Ngogri memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen. Pelaku UMKM yang telah mengikuti proses tersebut melaporkan peningkatan penjualan dan akses pasar yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi dalam konteks pengembangan UMKM di tingkat lokal, dengan menekankan pentingnya pendampingan dan sosialisasi dalam mencapai peningkatan mutu produk dan daya saing di pasar.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the economic sector. Buying and selling activities are one of the main components of economic activity. Initially buying and selling activities depended on conventional markets which were carried out directly. However, with the development and advancement of technology, buying and selling activities have become more common and efficient. One sector that carries out buying and selling is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Along with advances in technology, MSME players should also adapt the form of marketing and sales they carry out, namely by making optimal use of digital marketing. As an effort to help UMKM carry out digital marketing, community service activities are carried out in the form of digital marketing training. Partners in this activity are MSMEs in Dukuhmojo Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency, East Java. This community service activity is carried out using the Asset Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) method. Adopting this method, community service activities are carried out in the form of training for partners, with a focus on digital marketing using social media Instagram and WhatsApp media. The results of the activity show that the training is effective in increasing partners' knowledge about digital marketing. Apart from that, MSME players stated that they were helped by the assistance from the service team, especially in terms of technical marketing using Instagram social media.

Abstract

Currently, not many MSMEs are using this sophisticated digital platform, due to a lack of understanding about digital marketing which can boost people's economies. Based on the results of a pre-survey with several UMKM players, especially the food sector, that they do not yet have halal product certification, because: (1) They do not understand the importance of digital marketing and its impact on UMKM to improve the welfare of the Randuwatang community. (2) UMKM players do not yet know how to apply online platforms to produce interesting content to attract the target market. (3) UMKM players are still seasonal in opening businesses because other sources of livelihood are more dominant, such as drivers, craftsmen, etc., than UMKM. Based on the problems faced by partners, community service activities in the LPPM scheme are carried out through digital marketing seminars on UMKM products to improve the welfare of the Randuwatang village community. The method used in this digital marketing seminar is providing material regarding the importance of digital marketing for UMKM in the current millennial era. The method used is an interactive discussion in the form of questions and answers by participants who do not understand and answered directly by the resource person. From the implementation of socialization activities, it was concluded that digital marketing had proven to be an effective tool for improving the welfare of the community in Randuwatang Village.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital sector in the Indonesian economy, but face challenges in competitiveness in the era of globalization. The lack of understanding by MSME actors regarding halal certification and marketing strategies is an obstacle in the development of their businesses. Halal certification not only increases Muslim consumer confidence but also opens up global market opportunities, while effective marketing strategies can expand market reach. KH University Community Service Team. A. Wahab Hasbullah (Unwaha) implemented an empowerment program in Ngusikan District, East Java, to overcome this problem. This program includes outreach on the importance of halal certification and marketing training, including digital marketing, marketplace management, branding and sales strategies. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is used to involve MSME actors in the process of problem identification, solution and implementation. Continuous assistance is also carried out through monitoring, evaluation and guidance with the Unwaha Halal Center. As a result, coached MSMEs show increased consumer confidence, wider market reach, and income growth. This program not only provides short-term solutions but also builds the capacity of MSMEs to compete in the domestic market, supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Halal certification and effective marketing strategies have proven to be an important foundation for supporting the sustainability of MSMEs in a market that is currently facing global competition.

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an learning assistance program and increasing understanding of recitation in Ketapangkuning Village aims to improve the skills of reading the Al-Qur'an correctly according to recitation rules for children and TPQ teachers. Based on observations, a number of problems were found, including low understanding of Tajweed among students, lack of motivation to study religion, and limited understanding of Tajweed among some teachers. This program uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving teachers, students and guardians of students to work together to find solutions. Various approaches, such as training for teachers, interactive learning for santri, and outreach to santri guardians, are implemented to support sustainable learning. Program evaluation shows an increase in students' understanding of Tajwid through pre-test and post-test results, with the majority of students reaching the "capable" category after mentoring. This program also produces a guidebook "Let's Learn Tajwid" as a source of continuous learning. In conclusion, this program is effective in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an reading in Ketapangkuning Village, helping to maintain the accuracy of Al-Qur'an reading, and strengthening the tradition of reading the Al-Qur'an among the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Memorable Tourist Experience (MTE) on Revisit Intention with Tourist Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the heritage tourism destination of Kota Lama Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative causal research type. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed to tourists who had visited Kota Lama Surabaya. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the snowball sampling method, resulting in 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, and Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention through Tourist Satisfaction. These findings confirm that memorable tourist experiences can increase satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens tourist loyalty to make repeat visits. This study has implications for urban heritage destination development strategies, particularly in creating authentic and meaningful experiences for tourists to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of Kota Lama Surabaya.
