Abstract

The focus and purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy and public perception are in buying interest in selling Raja Water refill drinking water. This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is technical analysis which consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the marketing strategy is quite good and meets all the criteria consisting of customers of the Raja Water refill drinking water depot which has increased in sales in Pante Village, the determination of a business location that is suitable for marketing, the promotion section is still minimal, and limited customer relationship. Then the public perception carried out by the Raja Water refill drinking water depot is that the refill drinking water depot can provide cheaper prices without using promotional vouchers/coupons and provide clean and hygienic water quality and serve customers very well in order to improve buying interest in a consumer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of visiting and implementing the health protocol of Ujong Blang tourists on the income of traders during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 48 cottage actors who sell around Pante Ujong Blang. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results show that the tourist visit variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect, so that it affects the income of traders (Y) and the variable of implementing health protocols(X2) has a negative and not insignificant effect,so it has no effect on the income of traders (Y). Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that tourist visits and the application of health protocols have an effect on traders' opinions during the COVID-19 pandemi. Keywords: Tourist Visits, Implementation of Health Protocols, Merchant Income

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keberagaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pedagang di Pasar Cunda Kota Lhokseumawe. Indikator dari keberagaman produk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kelengkapan produk, merek produk, variasi ukuran produk, dan variasi kualitas produk. Sementara itu, indikator dari keputusan pembelian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pilihan produk, pilihan merek, pilihan penyalur, waktu pembelian, dan jumlah pembelian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 80 responden yang melakukan pembelian pada pedagang di Pasar Cunda Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman produk secara parsial atau secara individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pedagang di Pasar Cunda Kota Lhokseumawe.
