Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, stock trading volume, stock return volatility, and dividend yield on the bid-ask spread in case studies of companies listed on the LQ45 Index during the 2018-2021 period on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this research was 45 companies listed in the LQ45 Index. The technique used was a purposive sampling method to obtain 17 companies as sample results. Data were analyzed using panel data regression assisted by Eviews 10 software. This research provides results that partially company size has a significant influence on the bid-ask spread, but stock trading volume, stock return volatility, and dividend yield do not influence the bid-ask spread. If simultaneously company size, stock trading volume, stock return volatility, and dividend yield influence the bid-ask spread. Based on the determination results, the contribution given was 91.98%.

Abstract

The reason for this study is to determine the variables Perceived ease of use and Perceived usefulness of hobby in using the OVO E-wallet in technology Z. This study is a quantitative look at. The pattern for this look changed into 79 respondents using the Slovin formulation, with a purposive sampling approach. Number one, data collection is acquired by dispensing questionnaires. The evaluation technique used becomes multiple regression analysis using the SPSS model 26 software program. The consequences showed that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on interest in using e-wallets, perceived usefulness had an impact positive and significant toward the intention to use an e-wallet and perceived usefulness is moderation of perceived ease of use towards the intention to behave e-wallet. The determinant coefficient is 57.2%. The rest is influenced by factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, feature completeness, and consumer perception on purchase decisions on Tokopedia E-commerce in Tangerang Regency. This quantitative study uses a research sample of 96 respondents using Tokopedia determined by purposive sampling. Sample data collection using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and determination coefficient test using SPSS software version 25. The study results show that partial brand image (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions (Y). The t calculation shows this> t table, namely (2.095 > t-table 1.985), the completeness of the feature (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision (Y). This is shown by t calculation > t table (3.558 > t-table 1.985). Consumer perception (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions (Y), shown by t calculation > t table, namely (6.869 > t-table 1.985). And simultaneously brand image (X1), feature completeness (X2), and consumer perception (X3) have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions (Y), this is shown by Fcal > Ftable, namely (99.980 > F-table 2.70). The result of the determination test was 75.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline variables, quality of work life, work motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT Wijaya Karya Gedung Gedung both simultaneously and partially. This research method is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. A sample of 235 people was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.80 Software. The three exogenous variables, both simultaneously and partially, were proven to be able to influence organizational commitment with a determination value (R2) = 73%. Partially, the work motivation variable is the variable that most dominantly influences organizational commitment with the most reflective dimensions and indicators, namely the dimension of labor requirements with indicators of labor equipment. Based on the results of the second substructure, the four exogenous variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a determination value (R2) of 76%. Another important finding from this research is that organizational commitment acts as a complete mediating variable for the three variables in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

Belrdasarkan obselrvasi yang tellah dilakulkan di TK Al Ikhwan Palelmbang melmpulnyai pelrmasalahan pada pelrkelmbangan motorik kasar yaitul keltelrlambatan melrelka dalam pelrkelmbangan telrselbult selhingga dapat melnghambat kelmampulan anak itul selndiri. Kelmampulan motorik kasar anak masih telrbatas, dan ulpaya pelmbelriannya tidak ataul kulrang telrprogram. Dalam belbelrapa kelgiatan pelrmainan fisik yang diharapkan bisa melngelmbangkan motorik kasar anak didik, masih banyak anak yang bellulm bisa mellakulkan delngan belnar. Pelnellitian melnggulnakan meltodel elkspelrimeln delngan delsain Onel Groulp Preltelst-Posttelst. Sampell yang digulnakan dalam pelnellitian ini seljulmlah 15 orang anak. Telknik pelngulmpullan data yang digulnakan yaitul obselrvasi awal selbellulm dibelri pelrlakulan, obselrvasi digulnakan ulntulk melngulmpullkan data pada saat trelathmelnt, tels belrbelntulk skor yang dilakulkan ulntulk melngeltahuli hasil seltellah dibelri pelrlakulan dan dokulmelntasi belrulpa foto. Telknik analisis data melnggulnakan ulji normalitas, ulji homogelnitas, dan ulji hipotelsis delngan melnggulnakan SPSS.  Hasil hipotelsis dalam pelnellitian dipelrolelh nilai signifikan (2-taileld) pelrkelmbangan Motorik Kasar di TK Al Ikhwan Palelmbang adalah selbelsar 0.000 lelbih kelcil dari nilai keltelntulan sig = 0,05, ataul bisa dilihat dari data dipelrolelh nilai Thitulng = -17.711 dan Ttabell= 2.160 nilai Thitulng Ttabell maka dapat disimpullkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha ditelrima. Artinya telrdapat pelngarulh yang signifikan dari Pelrmainan Bakiak telrhadap Motorik Kasar di TK Al Ikhwan Palelmbang. Kata kunci: Meldia Pelmbellajaran, Pelrmainan Bakiak, Motorik Kasar

Abstract

This study aims to explore mathematical concepts embedded in the traditional musical instruments of Lenong Betawi at Sanggar Sinar Fajar in Depok. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with cultural figures and artists, and visual documentation. The findings reveal that Lenong Betawi musical instruments contain mathematical elements such as plane geometry (squares, trapezoids, and circles), solid geometry (cylinders and hemispheres), as well as rhythmic patterns, symmetry, and proportional measurements related to sound frequency. These findings demonstrate a strong connection between culture and mathematics in everyday life, particularly within the Betawi local context. This study contributes to the development of contextual mathematics learning through ethnomathematical approaches and promotes cultural preservation through scientific inquiry. Therefore, traditional culture can serve as an effective medium for understanding mathematical concepts in a more meaningful and enjoyable way.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of consumer motivation, based on Self-Determination Theory (SDT), on brand engagement and brand loyalty on social media, with a case study on Sociolla users in Greater Jakarta. A survey was conducted with 130 young female respondents who actively interact with Sociolla’s content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that autonomy, competence, relatedness, along with intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, have significant positive effects on brand engagement. Furthermore, brand engagement significantly affects brand loyalty. The model shows strong explanatory power, with R² values of 0.656 for brand engagement and 0.673 for brand loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of fulfilling consumers’ psychological needs in digital content strategies. This study contributes to SDT-based branding literature and offers practical implications for beauty brands aiming to foster sustained engagement and loyalty in competitive social media environments.

Abstract

Aloe vera is a versatile plant with numerous health and beauty benefits; however, its cultivation potential has not been fully optimised due to residents' limited knowledge and skills in both cultivation and processing. The cultivation and processing of aloe vera in RW 06, Gandasari Subdistrict, Jatiuwung District, Tangerang City, was carried out to increase community income. The methodology employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages such as socialisation, training on cultivation and processing, provision of resources, technical assistance, and marketing strategies based on local needs. The results of the community service program indicated several stages of implementation. Land preparation for aloe vera cultivation involved weeding, loosening the soil to 30–50 cm depth, and allowing it to rest for 1–2 weeks. Soil was treated 2–3 times with the addition of fertilisers, followed by the construction of planting beds 100–120 cm wide and 20–25 cm high. Seedlings were planted at a 5–7 cm depth with spacing of either 50 x 75 cm or 50 x 100 cm. A survey of 10 respondents revealed that 60% successfully produced aloe vera gel and 50% attempted to make healthy beverages. The program received positive feedback, with 88% of participants understanding the benefits, 90% reporting that they were supported by providing seedlings and tools, and 70% understanding marketing strategies, indicating overall training success. Conclusion: The program had a positive impact, as the community successfully engaged in aloe vera cultivation, supported the local economy, and contributed to creating new job opportunities.

Abstract

Kecerdasan interpersonal termasuk salah satu dari multiple intelegent yang ada dalam diri manusia. Kecerdasan interpersonal adalah kemampuan memahami, mengatasi perbedaan, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan orang lain. Kecerdasan ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh anak usia dini. Dalam Pengabdian ini, tim pengabdi menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak di KB Al-Azhar Prenduan dengan menggunakan metode bercerita. Dalam menggunakan metode bercerita anak lebih bisa meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonalnya. Karena dalam mendengarkan cerita anak-anak bisa lebih fokus dan antusias dalam mendengarkan. Dari kefokusan anak, kita bisa menyampaikan berbagai hal yang dapat meningkatkan jiwa sosial anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN Persero PLTD/G Tarahan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan peranan penting bagi keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, manusia sebagai aset hidup perusahaan harus mendapatkan perhatian serius dan dikelola dengan baik. Hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja contohnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini akan diuji dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian, diantaranya yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), dan pengujian seluruh hipotesis melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t) dan uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Persero PLTD/G Tarahan, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Persero PLTD/G Tarahan, dan secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN Persero PLTD/G Tarahan.
