Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen peserta didik di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lendah. Fokus kajian penelitian ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan terkait apa saja yang perlu dibahas dalam sebuah manajemen peserta didik, terkhususnya yang berkaitan dengan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yakni melalui wawancara dan dengan dilengkapi perolehan data berbasis studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen peserta didik merupakan sebuah strategi yang berperan sebagai koordinir, menyusun, dan mengatur sesuatu hal yang berkaitan dengan peserta didik. Manajemen peserta didik ini perlu dikelola dengan baik agar dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan prestasi dari peserta didik itu sendiri. Dalam manajemen peserta didik yang diterapkan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Lendah, terkandung beberapa komponen seperti perencanaan peserta didik, pembinaan peserta didik, serta evaluasi peserta didik.

The aim of this research was to find out how conflict management was implemented at MI Muhammadiyah Garongan. The method used is a qualitative method through observation and interviews taking place at MI Muhammadiyah Garongan with two interviewees, namely the Principal and class teacher at MI Muhammadiyah Garongan. The results of the research show that at MI Mammadiyah Garongan, Conflict Management has been implemented, where there are several factors that cause conflict at MI Muhammadiyah Garongan to occur, including: First, there is a transition period from kindergarten to elementary school. Second, literacy constraints. Third, factors from the students' parents. Fourth, the curriculum factor is inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Given the factors that cause this conflict, MI Muhammadiyah Garongan also has countermeasures through: First, school policies. Second, providing literacy. Third, build good relationships with students' parents.

This research is in the form of mini research which aims to determine the implementation an independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Lendah. This simple research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The informant for this simple research was 1 deputy principal for curriculum. In this simple research, the data collection technique is literature review, obtained from books, scientific articles and documents related to the problem topic, observations and interviews. This simple research was carried out for 1 day on November 2 2023. Based on the results of simple research obtained from interviews at SMA Negeri 1 Lendah, it was said that using the independent curriculum made students, especially class a love of culture and building each other's skills. However, SMA Negeri 1 Lendah also has challenges that must be faced to face this independent curriculum, namely in the aspect of the role of teachers in increasing creativity in creating the projects that will be carried out. This study aims to understand the management of learning in schools at SD Negeri Caturtunggal 3, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region, during the Limited Face-to-Face Learning (PTMT) was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative. The results showed that the limited face-to-face learning carried out after the previous learning was done online, there were several obstacles that the students strongly dominated at the beginning of the learning implementation. Limited face-to-face learning has obstacles. Namely, many students are confused when invited to icebreaking. Students are still adjusting to the learning, and the reality of student understanding seen from the assessment during online learning and then implemented in a limited manner is very different. Although at the beginning of the implementation of limited face-to-face learning, there were still obstacles, SD Negeri Caturtunggal 3 was able to prepare and develop sound strategies to manage limited face-to-face learning to anticipate unwanted things.

Management of facilities and infrastructure during learning activities is an important aspect in the education system. Facilities and infrastructure include all facilities in the form of equipment and tools used to support teaching and learning activities in an educational institution. Good management in this case aims to support the creation of an effective and efficient environment for students and teachers in achieving educational goals. This research outlines the importance of management of facilities and infrastructure when learning activities are taking place. In this context, management includes planning, organizing, supervising and controlling aspects of facilities and infrastructure. These steps help educational institutions to manage their resources more effectively. This management of facilities and infrastructure ensures that all existing facilities are well maintained, managed efficiently, and always ready to support teaching and learning activities.

Pendidikan menempati urutan terpenting dalam kehidupan. Sekolah adalah tempat anak-anak untuk mengenyam pendidikan. Pendidikan yang bersifat pengetahuan umum dan pendidikan keagamaan pasti dipelajari di sekolah. Keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah juga mengacu kepada manajemen kegiatan pembelajaran sebagai barometernya. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji dalam artikel ini ialah mengenai pentingnya manajemen pendidikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Dalam hal pendidikan karakter tentu kita tidak bisa lepas dari pembelajaran agama, yaitu adab dan akhlak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa penting manajemen organisasi dalam pendidikan ini untuk mencetak peserta didik yang berkarakter atau memiliki karakter yang baik. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan, yang diambil dari jurnal, makalah, artikel, buku dan skripsi mahasiswa akhir.

Al-Ghazali's thoughts on knowledge are an essential foundation in Islamic philosophy and education. This research aims to comprehensively examine Al-Ghazali's views on the nature, sources, methods, classification, and purpose of knowledge. Through a literature study of Al-Ghazali's works and secondary literature, this research found that Al-Ghazali emphasized the importance of integrating revelation and reason in acquiring knowledge. Al-Ghazali also classified knowledge into various categories, including fardhu 'ain and fardhu kifayah knowledge, as well as theoretical and practical knowledge. This research concludes that Al-Ghazali's thoughts on knowledge are relevant and provide a valuable contribution to the development of contemporary Islamic philosophy of science and education.

Konsep praktek kerja kolektif kolegial antara kepala sekolah dan guru merupakan salah satu kunci utama suksenya pendidikan di suatu sekolah. Adapun tugas kepala sekolah sebagai kunci dari keberlangsungan kesuksesan suatu sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Dalam lingkungan sekolah, maka yang memegang kendali penuh adalah kepala sekolah dan diharapkan mampu bekerjasama dengan para guru untuk membawa peserta didik menjadi pribadi yang bermoral dan sesuai dengan cita–cita bangsa juga agama, sehingga sekolah tersebut mampu menjadi contoh bagi sekolah–sekolah lain dalam hal kualitas dan kuantitas peserta didik, dan menghasilkan (output) generasi muda yang berkualitas seperti halnya dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang telah dirumuskan oleh Kemendikbud. Pada artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan mencari literatur ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik pada artikel ini, kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting serta berkolaborasi dengan guru untuk menciptakan generasi yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, berkebhinekaan global, gotong royong, bernalar kritis, kreatif, dan mandiri.

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of educational financial management in the aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation and accountability of educational finances at Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School. At Muhammadiyah AL-Manar Galur Middle School, financial management is an urgent matter because education faces obstacles in managing limited funds and budgets. Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School often faces limited financial resources, but has an obligation to improve the facilities and quality of education. Setting the budget in detail and systematically Al-Manar Galur Middle School needs to make arrangements so that every expenditure can be properly accounted for. Good financial management at AL-Manar Galur Middle School can help the institution provide student infrastructure and change education for the better. Managing finances effectively can contribute to increasing the efficiency of using funds, controlling expenses and transparent financial reporting.

PT PLN Indonesia Power Unit Bisnis Pembangkitan (UBP) Banten 3 Lontar dihadapkan pada tantangan operasional dualistik yang kompleks. Isu ini secara kumulatif menciptakan konteks kerentanan yang berdampak pada kondisi sosial-ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam dampak program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) atau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) inovatif perusahaan, "Harvest Moon", dalam merespons tantangan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Penghidupan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Livelihoods Approach - SLA) sebagai lensa analitis utama, penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi studi kasus kualitatif yang diperkuat dengan tinjauan literatur yang ekstensif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program "Harvest Moon" secara strategis berhasil mentransformasikan FABA dari limbah menjadi sumber daya produktif dan secara simultan memperluas peluang ekonomi di sektor pertanian, yang secara efektif meredakan tekanan sosial ekonomi. Intervensi program terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kelima modal aset penghidupan masyarakat: Modal Manusia (peningkatan keterampilan), Modal Sosial (penguatan kelembagaan kelompok), Modal Alam (konservasi sumber daya), Modal Fisik (pembangunan infrastruktur produktif), dan Modal Finansial (peningkatan potensi pendapatan). Temuan kualitatif ini divalidasi oleh data kuantitatif yang menunjukkan rasio Social Return on Investment (SROI) sebesar 1.66 yang mengindikasikan penciptaan nilai sosial positif, dan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) sebesar 97%, yang merefleksikan tingkat kepuasan penerima manfaat yang sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa "Harvest Moon" merupakan model CSR yang efektif dalam mengubah eksternalitas negatif operasional menjadi katalisator untuk pembangunan aset komunitas yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan.
