Abstract

This study aims to (1) To find out how the description of employee performance, work discipline and workload. (2) To determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 56 employees who worked at the Sikka Regency Planning and Research and Development Office. The sample used was the saturated sample technique so that the total sample size of less than 100 was used entirely by the researcher, namely 56 employees. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that employee performance, work discipline, and workload are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that work discipline and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The determination result is 0.715 which means that the contribution of work discipline and workload variables to employee performance is 51.2%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the achievement of performance that has not yet reached the specified target. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work facilities, and workload; and (2) analyze the effect of work facilities and workload on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency totaling 55 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work facilities, and workload were categorized as good enough. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially and simultaneously, the work facility and workload variables had a significant effect on performance. The determination analysis results showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency by 24.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the result of a pre-survey wich showed that the employee performance in Wair Pu’an Regional Water Supply Company has not been maximized. This research aimed to; (1) know the description of employee perfomance, work, ethic, and workability; (2) analyze the effect of work etich and workability on employe performance etther partially or simultaneously. The population of the study were employees of Perumda Wair Pu’an Sikka Regency as many as 50 employees. Since the population is limited, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through qestionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regressions. Hypothesis testing is done through the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the employee performance, work etich, and workability variables were good enough. The result of the t-test showed that the variables of work etich and workability had a significant value on employee perfomance. The result of the f-test showed that the variables of work ethic and workability simultaneously had a significant effect on employee perfomance. The coefficient of determination was 0,523, wich means that the contribution of work ethic and workability variabels to employee perfomance was 27,3%

Abstract

This Research aimed to (1) provide an overview of Employee Performance, Teamwork, and Supervisison; and (2) analayze the influence of Teamwork and Supervision on EmployeePerformance both partially and simultaneously. The research population consisted of 60 employees of Wair Puan Regional Water Supply Company in Sikka Regency. Using The Slovin formula, the sample size for this study was determined to be 37 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression.Hypothesis testing was conducted through F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance variable falls within good criteria, the Teamwork variable falls within low criteria, and the Supervision Variable falss within high criteria. The t-tests statistical results showed that, partially, the teamwork variable had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Aditionally, the Supervision Variable also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results indicated that, simultaneously, the Teamwork and Supervision variables significantly influence Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent Variables in this Study explain 37.60% of the variation in Employee Performance at Wair Puan Regional Water Supply Company in Sikka Regency.

Abstract

This research was grounded on the issue of the problem of employee performance at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office from the aspect of Work Supervision and Coordination. This research aimed : (1) determine the description of Employee Performance, Work Supervision, and Coordination (2) analyze the effect of Work Supervision and Coordinating on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research was 50 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Affice. Using the slovin formula, the sample in this research was 50 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F-test and T-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Employee Performance variable was in the good criteria, the Work Supervision variable was in the good criteria, and the Coordination variable was in the very good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Work Supervision variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the Coordination variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The statistical results of the F-test showed that the Work Supervision and Coordination variables had a significant effect on Employee Performance simultaneously. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this research can explain the fluctuation of Employee Performance at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office by 0,404%.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Pegawai yang masih belum diharapkan secara maksimal dikarenakan oleh masalah Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Pengawasan Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja pada kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Sikka (2) menganalisis pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Sikka baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Sikka, berjumlah 33 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai, Pengawasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja dengan kriteria baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Pengawasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja mempunyai nilai signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengawasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja Pegawai kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Sikka sebesar 90%.

Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 36 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai pegawai, budaya organisasi dan disipin kerja dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 41,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the employee performance, leadership, and work loyalty; and (2) analyze the influence of leadership and work loyalty on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consists of 45 employees at the UPTD Hewokloang Public Health Center in Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, this research used a census or saturated sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F-test and t-test. Descriptive analysis results indicate that the variables of employee performance, leadership, and work loyalty all fall under the "good" category. The t-test results show that partially, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work loyalty variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-test results show that simultaneously, leadership and work loyalty significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the two independent variables in this study can explain 31% of the variation in employee performance at the UPTD Hewokloang Public Health Center, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, Dukungan Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (BAPELITBANG) Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 40 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai berada dalam kriteria baik, variabel Dukungan Organisasi berada dalam kriteria baik, selanjutnya variabel Disiplin Kerja berada dalam kriteria baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Dukungan Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (BAPELITBANG) Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 23,4%.
