Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantora Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Sikka berjumlah 64 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai berada dalam kriteria baik, variabel Disiplin Kerja berada dalam kriteria baik, selanjutnya variabel Motivasi Kerja berada dalam kriteria baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selanjutnya variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Kinerja Pegawai Kantora Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Sikka sebesar 18,6%.

Abstract

This internship report aimed to describe the results of the analysis of employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Sikka Regency, particularly in providing administrative support for the budgeting function and achieving organizational accountability. The internship was conducted for four months, from August 11 to December 12, 2025, and took place in the Budgeting and Oversight Division. Data collection methods used in preparing this report included participatory observation of bureaucratic activities, structured interviews with the Head of the Budgeting and Oversight Division, and review of internal documents such as the 2024 Performance Report (LAKIP). The analysis focused on identifying operational obstacles and formulating effective problem-solving strategies.The results of the analysis showed that although administrative governance had generally been implemented in accordance with procedures, significant constraints were still found, including limited human resource competencies, low levels of work discipline, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. These issues affected delays in the completion of financial accountability reports (LPJ), which in turn influenced the credibility of budget accountability. As a solution, this report formulated optimization strategies through strengthening periodic technical guidance (Bimtek), increasing staff supervision, and improving the effectiveness of internal communication patterns. The implementation of these strategies is expected to ensure the creation of work efficiency and sustainable budget accountability within the Secretariat of the DPRD of Sikka Regency.

Abstract

KSP Credit Union Bahtera Sejahtera is one of the cooperatives established to advance and improve the welfare of the community or its members in savings and loan activities. The main activities of KSP Credit Union Bahtera Sejahtera are to collect funds from its members in the form of savings and distribute them in the form of loans. This study aims to determine the digital marketing strategy of the savings and loan cooperative in an effort to attract customers at CU Bahtera Sejahtera Kewapante, to find out how the number of members has developed over the past three years, and to understand the role of KSP CU Bahtera Sejahtera Kewapante's management in increasing the number of members. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that the marketing strategy of the savings and loan cooperative focuses on efforts to attract new members by introducing cooperative products directly to the community and through social media. Over the past three years, the number of members at KSP Credit Union Bahtera Sejahtera Kewapante has experienced stagnation or very slow growth. Management plays a very important role in maintaining the sustainability of the cooperative, improving members' welfare, and ensuring the cooperative remains relevant amid economic changes. KSP CU Bahtera Sejahtera faces various obstacles in increasing the number of members, such as lack of effective socialization and promotion, limited resources, negative perceptions of cooperatives, competition from other financial institutions, infrastructure limitations, and dependence on old members. These findings emphasize the importance of improving marketing strategies to increase member growth, enhancing service quality, and building good relationships with the community.

Abstract

Budget planning and realisation constitute cricital components in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of public financial management. This study aims to evaluate the planning and realisation of expenditure budgets at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives in Sikka Regency. The research adopted a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the budget planning process at the Secretariat of the DPRD in Sikka Regency has been carried out in accordance with applicable procedurse. However, during the realisation phase, several challenges persist, including administrative delays and technical obstacles in activity implementation. Overall, the realisation of the expenditure budget has proceeded with reasonable effectivenees, although improvements are still required in coordination and planning accuracy. Therefore, enhanced planning and optimal supervision are necessary to ensure optimal budget execution.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the impact of customer service quality on sales at CV BILCA Digital Printing in Maumere for the 2024-2025 period. Grounded in the SERVQUAL model, this qualitative research posits that the five dimensions–responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, and tangibles–synergistically build customer trust, which in turn drives repeat purchases and word-of-mouth (WOM). The study involved 15 customers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via in-depth interviews, participant observation, and internal documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings confirm that all five SERVQUAL dimensions collectively cultivate trust, leading to increased repeat purchases and positive WOM. Key results reinforce a “Trust Chain” mechanism: response times of ≤30 minutes and on-time production foster initial trust; personalized interactions strengthen affective bonds; and robust recovery policies reduce perceived risk by exceeding expectations. Notably, no instances of customer churn were observed, as all participants made repeat orders within 24 hours of a positive experience. This study contributes to the services marketing literature by empirically validating trust as a key mediator between service quality dimensions and behavioural outcomes, while also offering a replicable empirical model for Micro, Small, and Medium–sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital printing sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency in increasing marriage certificate ownership through the Cinta Panas Innovation Program. The research is motivated by the relatively low rate of marriage certificate ownership, which has significant implications for the fulfillment of citizens’ civil rights, particularly in areas facing geographical and socio-cultural barriers. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. Research informants included officials of the Population and Civil Registration Office, village authorities, religious leaders, and community members as service recipients. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the Cinta Panas Innovation Program has transformed public service delivery from a passive to a proactive approach through outreach services and cross-sector collaboration, especially with religious institutions. The program has improved service accessibility, increased public legal awareness, and contributed to the growth of marriage certificate ownership. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, including limited institutional capacity, administrative complexity, and unequal program coverage across regions. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and ensuring equitable service distribution are essential to sustaining innovation in population administration services

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabuapten Sikka yang dipengarahi oleh Fasilitas Kerja dan Kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Pegawai, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Kompetensi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Abstract

This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4% of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memperkuat kapasitas kelompok ibu-ibu perajin tenun ikat nona daruk dalam hal produksi dan pemasaran serta digital marketing. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi dua fokus utama: pertama, Pemberian materi edukasi biaya produksi dan pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial, kedua Melakukan Diskusi dan Tanya Jawab terkait edukasi biaya produksi dan pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial serta pendampingan digital marketing untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberi dampak positif pad apengelolaan biaya produksi dan kemampuan pemasaran online mitra, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi digital yang memerlukan pendampingan lebih lanjut. Program ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan efisiensi usaha, penguatan daya saing, serta kesejahteraan ekonomi kelompok ibu-ibu perajin tenun ikat nona daruk. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan untuk melanjutkan pendampingan dan pelatihan lanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil yang telah dicapai.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan judul “Optimalisasi Usaha Tani melalui Perhitungan HPP, Penentuan Harga Jual, dan Pencatatan Keuangan pada Mahasiswa Petani Cabai dan Buncis” dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial usaha bagi mahasiswa yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha tani cabai dan buncis. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum tersedianya sistem pencatatan biaya produksi yang jelas, kesulitan dalam menentukan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP), serta kurang tepatnya penetapan harga jual sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya keuntungan. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, peserta memperoleh pemahaman dalam menghitung HPP berdasarkan komponen biaya produksi, menentukan harga jual berdasarkan HPP dan margin laba, serta menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana untuk mengetahui kondisi keuntungan usaha. Program ini berhasil memberikan peningkatan kemampuan peserta, yang terlihat dari kemampuan mereka membuat laporan keuangan mandiri dan menentukan harga jual secara lebih tepat. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini berupa modul pelatihan, template laporan keuangan sederhana, serta peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan usaha tani. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi fondasi untuk pengembangan usaha tani mahasiswa yang lebih profesional, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.
