Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi PT Kawan Menengah Atas. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara beberapa karyawan dan pihak HRD untuk pra-servey, serta kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 35 karyawan PT Kawan Menengah Atas, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen. Komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, komunikasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak berperan sebagai mediator. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 68,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Sementara itu, pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi sebesar 63,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,2% berasal dari variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Communication on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment at PT Kawan Menengah Atas. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews with several employees and the HR department for pre-survey purposes, as well as questionnaires distributed to the entire population of 35 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that Work Discipline had no effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Discipline also had no effect on Employee Performance. Work Communication had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. It also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Commitment did not influence Employee Performance. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment did not mediate the effects of Work Discipline or Work Communication on Employee Performance respecti. Thus, Work Communication is a key factor that directly affects both Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance, while Organizational Commitment does not serve as a mediating variable. Based on the results of data analysis, Work Discipline and Work Communication have an effect on Employee Performance by 68.2%, while the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Meanwhile, the influence of Work Discipline and Work Communication on Organizational Commitment is 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% comes from other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Placement Out-Of-Home, SocialMedia Marketing, dan Brand Image terhadap Brand Awareness pada layanan PT.Pegadaian di stasiun MRT Bundaran HI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisisdata dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuansoftware SmartPLS versi 3. Dengan populasi sebanyak 115.000 penumpang denganmenggunakan teknik slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Placement Out Of Home berpengaruh positif terhadap BrandAwareness, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 4,079 > 1,96. Sementara itu,Social Media Marketing dan Brand Image tidak berpengaruh terhadap Brand Awareness,dengan p-value 0,239 > 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,177 < 1,96 untuk Social Media Marketing,serta p-value 0,054 > 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,927 < 1,96 untuk Brand Image. This study aims to determine the influence of Out-of-Home (OOH) Placement, SocialMedia Marketing, and Brand Image on Brand Awareness of PT Pegadaian services atthe MRT Bundaran HI station. The research method used is a quantitative approachwith a descriptive technique, and data were collected through questionnaires. Dataanalysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help ofSmartPLS version 3 software. With a population of 115,000 passengers, a sample of100 respondents was obtained using Slovin's formula. The results showed thatPlacement Out Of Home has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness,with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 4.079 > 1.96. Meanwhile, SocialMedia Marketing and Brand Image do not have a significant effect on BrandAwareness, with a p-value of 0.239 > 0.05 and a t-statistic of 1.177 < 1.96 for SocialMedia Marketing, and a p-value of 0.054 > 0.05 and a t-statistic of 1.927 < 1.96 forBrand Image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga danInfluencer Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada Platform ECommerceShopee di Official Store Wardah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis datadilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan softwareSmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Hair et al diperoleh sampel sebanyak 210responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif terhadapKeputusan Pembelian, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 14,346 > 1,96. PersepsiHargaberpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik9.144 > 1,96. Dan Influencer Marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian,dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 13,202 > 1,96. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwaKualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga serta Influencer Marketing berpengaruh secara signifikanterhadap Keputusan Pembelian. This study aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception, and InfluencerMarketing on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics on the Shopee E-CommercePlatform at the Wardah Official Store. The method used is a quantitative approach withdescriptive techniques, and data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis wasperformed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLSsoftware version 4. This study utilized Hair et al's theory, resulting in a sample size of 210respondents. The results of the study indicate that Product Quality has a positive influence onPurchase Decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 14.346 > 1.96. PricePerception has a positive influence on Purchase Decisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and at-statistic of 9.144 > 1.96. Influencer Marketing also has a positive influence on PurchaseDecisions, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 13.202 > 1.96. Therefore, it can beconcluded that Product Quality, Price Perception and Influencer Marketing significantlyinfluence Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi kerja, danbeban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan operasional (driver) di PT. Rendra Sejahtera,dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Pendeketan Kuantitatif, melibatkan seluruh 67karyawan sebagai sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berbasisskala Likert dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‑SEM)menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinanberpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap motivasi kerja. Kompensasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjamaupun motivasi kerja. Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Bebankerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, model penelitianmenunjukkan kemampuan prediksi yang baik untuk variabel motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja,sehingga menekankan pentingnya penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, evaluasi kebijakankompensasi, serta penataan beban kerja yang terukur untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasankerja karyawan.. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, job compensation, and workload on thejob satisfaction of operational employees (drivers) at PT. Rendra Sejahtera, with work motivationas an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was used, involving all 67 employees as asaturated sample. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire based on the Likertscale and analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) usingSmart PLS 3. The results showed that leadership style had a positive effect on job satisfaction.Leadership style did not have a significant effect on work motivation. Compensation does notsignificantly affect job satisfaction or work motivation. Workload does not significantly affect jobsatisfaction, but workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore,work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Overall, the researchmodel shows good predictive ability for the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction,emphasizing the importance of implementing effective leadership styles, evaluating compensationpolicies, and managing workloads in a measurable way to increase employee motivation and jobsatisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Komite Audit, Opini Auditor, dan Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) terhadap Audit Report Lag dan dampaknya terhadap Abnormal Return perusahaan. Pengujian dilakukan melalui dua tahap analisis, pertama menguji pengaruh terhadap Audit Report Lag dan kedua pengaruh Audit Report Lag terhadap Abnormal Return. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan Sektor Energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Melalui metode Purposive Sampling, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 perusahaan dengan periode penelitian 2020-2022. Data bersifat data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan diolah dengan Eviews 12. Berdasarkan pengujian tahap satu, diterima hasil bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Komite Audit, dan Opini Auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap Audit Report Lag, sedangkan Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Audit Report Lag. Pada pengujian tahap dua, Audit Report Lag tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Abnormal Return. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi, pada Model Persamaan 1 bernilai 22,86% dan pada Model Persamaan 2 bernilai 0.91% dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diikutsertakan pada penelitian.  Kata Kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Komite Audit, Opini Auditor, Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP), Audit Report Lag, dan Abnormal Return

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan  adalah data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 responden pedagang Pasar Muria Lokbin di Menteng Atas, Jakarta Selatan. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan uji hitpotes pasial(Uji t) dan simultan (Uji F). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, lokasi usaha berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha kecil menengah, modal usaha berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha kecil, dan penggunaan informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha kecil dan menengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan informasi akuntansi, lokasi usaha dan modal usaha secara simultan/bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha kecil dan menengah. Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan oleh seluruh manajemen, baik pada tingkatan organisasi kecil maupun besar. Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan selama periode waktu tertentu secara langsung terkait dengan upaya karyawannya. Hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh organisasi atau karyawan adalah bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada organisasi dan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh pengendalian internal , sistem informasi akuntansi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Showroom Bengkel dan Suku Cadang Auto2000 Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat dengan responden sebanyak 39 karyawan. Teknik analisis untuk penelitian ini menggunakan alat SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan analisis data, didapatkan hasil bahwa Pengendalian Internal, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Internal, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The loyalty of employees  of E-commerce companies  needs to be questioned, given the difference in compensation and welfare received from their companies. This problem is interesting to examine, so that it is known which variables are able to build  E-commerce employee loyalty, for example the variables of Work Stress, work communication, compensation and job satisfaction. The population in this study, employees of E-Commerce Companies  in Jakarta, were selected by researchers, with a random sampling technique  obtained by 99 employees as respondents.  Data processing and analysis as well as hypothesis testing using SmartPLS program version 4. The results of the study found that the direct influence, variables of work stress, work communication, compensation significantly on job satisfaction. However, the variables of work stress and work communication do not have a direct effect on employee loyalty, while the variables of compensation and job satisfaction have a direct effect on employee loyalty of E-commerce Companies. The variable of job satisfaction is not able to play a role in mediating the variables of work stress and work communication because  the effect size is very low. In contrast to the job satisfaction variable which is able to mediate the compensation variable for employee loyalty of E-commerce Companies  because  the effect size is low to medium or medium. To increase employee loyalty, it is necessary to improve work communication, reduce work stress and ensure the maintenance of compensation received, so that employees feel they have high job satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium business actors who are members of the Nahdliyin Entrepreneurs Association (HPN) Banyumas Regency, Central Java were formed in April 2023 in Purwokerto Banyumas. Most of them still manage their business in a simple way. The priority problem faced by MSME actors is the capacity of MSME actors who are not yet able to manage their business, are not yet able to manage their business finances and are not yet optimal in marketing their products/services and are not yet able to create promotions with digital marketing. To improve the quality and capability of MSME actors in overcoming the priority problems they face. To increase the capacity of business actors who are able to prepare financial reports, digital marketing on social media and publish them in journals. The approach method used is training, guidance/consultation, mentoring, and supervision. Apart from that, determining procedures and solution steps in solving problems involving experts in the fields of business management, finance and entrepreneurship who are experienced in effective, efficient and competitive business management. The results of this PkM activity are, firstly, business actors can improve the quality and capability in managing their business. Second, being able to change your mindset, attitude and successful behavior and commitment so that you can manage your business effectively and efficiently. Third, business actors have been able to prepare budgets and financial reports according to PSAK ETAP standards. Fourthly, businesses have been able to advertise their products/services using digital marketing on social media, their own websites/bloqs. The quality of business actors has increased, they are able to manage their business finances using PSAK ETAP standards and are able to advertise their products/services using digital marketing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Ulama have the duty and responsibility to continue carrying out prophetic (prophetic) duties and continue the mission of Rasulullah SAW, namely bringing Islamic teachings that are rahmatan lil 'alamin through da'wah activities, both offline and online. Da'wah communication is the process of conveying information from a person or group to another person or group of people sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadith by using symbols, both verbal and non-verbal. The aim of this da'wah communication training is to change the attitudes, opinions and behavior of preachers to be better in accordance with Islamic teachings through digital social media. Da'wah activities via social media are very widespread and attract the attention of all parties. The training method is carried out through providing communication materials, da'wah materials, use of digital social media and group discussions. The training participants are millennial Dai within the North Jakarta MUI. The results of the training show that there is an understanding of communicating in digital social media and that millennial Dais are more confident in preaching. It was concluded that digital da'wah communication training is really needed so that millennial Dai can spread Islamic teachings more effectively in the era of digitalization.
