Abstract

The field of Information Technology which is the basis of learning, in this case the basis of the Teacher Working Group is obliged to share about video editing procedures with Filmora. In addition, the existence of a Teacher Working Group organization in Batupoaro District is also a strong reason to help schools that have not yet received an understanding of the Wondershare Filmora software. The method used in this service activity is in the form of socialization and practice. Through training and guidance, it is hoped that the Teacher Working Group in Batupoaro District can make Wondershare Filmora software as a good learning medium to be applied in elementary schools. The results of this service activity are marked by increased knowledge, understanding and skills of the Teacher Working Group Batupoaro Cluster 2 Baubau City has: 1) a better understanding of multimedia, especially in terms of video editing, 2 becomes more aware of applicable information technology, 3) become more aware of the Wondershare Filmora software application in daily learning classes, 4) become more confident when entering the community with the knowledge they have

Abstract

The study of this novel uses a literary sociology approach that takes into account the importance or interrelationship between literature and society. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which means describing words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs contained in the novel. This research is a type of library research because the source of the research is from Novels. The data collection technique used in this study is the reading and note taking technique. From the analysis of the data obtained in this study, it can be concluded that the moral values ​​contained in the novel Hati Suhita by Khilma Anis include: a. moral values ​​related to God include being grateful, surrendering, praying, praising the majesty of God, b. Moral values ​​related to oneself include patience, self-confidence, steadfastness in maintaining marwa, never giving up (tough), admitting mistakes, c. Human relations with other humans in the social sphere include parental love for children, affection for friends/relatives, advice between friends/relatives, help, children's affection for parents, courtesy, respect and gratitude.

Abstract

The Interactive Learning Program in Character Building for Students should focus on increasing student engagement, equalizing the quality of teaching, developing social and emotional skills, enforcing positive discipline, and increasing parent and community participation. This activity method, namely using interactive, has proven to be effective in building student character because it is able to create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. By providing relevant experiences and touching the emotional aspects of students, this program helps them understand the importance of values ​​such as honesty, discipline, and tolerance in everyday life. The results of this community service show that the Interactive Learning Program in Character Building for students of Elementary School 3 Katobengke has succeeded in increasing the understanding and application of character values ​​among students. Through activities involving collaboration, simulation, and reflection, students not only understand character concepts such as responsibility, cooperation, and honesty, but also apply them in everyday life. The evaluation conducted showed positive changes in students' attitudes, both at school and at home, as well as an increase in their motivation to continue developing good character. This program has proven to be effective in shaping students' character comprehensively and sustainably.

Abstract

Baitul Arqam Pemuda Muhammadiyah is the main cadreization activity organized to unite the vision and build an understanding of the values of ideology, system, and movement action for youth in Central Buton. Baitul Arqam activities held by the Regional Leader of Muhammadiyah Buton Central Youth (PDPM Buton Tengah) is in the framework of planting about the ideology of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan, strengthening identity as a youth in Central Buton, increasing commitment and integrity. in developing the potential of youth, and shaping the moral values of superior and Islamic youth. Baitul Arqam participants are the youth of Central Buton numbering 15 people. The methods used in these devotional activities are lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and varied discussions. Assessment of participants' conditions using context, input, process and product (CIPP) models on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Based on the results of the analysis, the average score of participants on cognitive aspects was 72.47, affective 74.47 and psychomotor 73.27. Thus, the level of youth understanding of the value of Akhlak and Al Islam and Muhammadiyah is at a good level. This means that the application of Baitul Arqam has an effect on improving the understanding of the values of Akhlak and Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyah for the Central Buton Youth.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter, kecerdasan, dan keterampilan sosial siswa. Namun, masih banyak guru yang belum optimal dalam menerapkan metode, strategi, dan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang variatif serta pengaruhnya terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart dalam dua siklus pada siswa kelas IV SDN Bugi sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar dari 56% pada siklus I menjadi 84% pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa meningkat secara signifikan melalui penerapan strategi aktif, pendekatan kontekstual, dan penggunaan media konkret seperti gambar, alat peraga, dan video. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya profesionalisme guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kontekstual agar tercipta suasana kelas yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan mendukung pemahaman konsep secara mendalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran aktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di era digital. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi, pembelajaran di sekolah dasar mengalami transformasi yang signifikan, yang memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 siswa SD yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diterapkan dengan metode pembelajaran aktif dan kelompok kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah intervensi pembelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam peningkatan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok, dengan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran aktif memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran aktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SD, khususnya dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai alat bantu belajar. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar sekolah-sekolah lebih mengintegrasikan metode pembelajaran aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar di era digital untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
