Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Financial Inclusion, Financial Planning, and Savings Interests on the Performance of MSME Actors in Krembung District.This study uses quantitative methods and the object of this research is the population and random samples (purposive sampling), namely SMEs in the Krembung sub-district. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires carried out by 25 respondents. people who are the sample in the study. The data analysis technique uses data quality checking, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that financial inclusion (X1) has a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors in the Krembung sub-district which is engaged in services, food, craft, financial planning (X2) has a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors in the Krembung sub-district which are engaged in services, food, craft, saving interest (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of MSME actors in the Krembung sub-district which are engaged in services, food, craft.

Abstract

In 2020, Indonesia and even the world experienced a COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, many aspects of life were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including the economic aspect. One of the efforts to rebuild the economic aspect is to encourage the performance of MSMEs in a country. MSMEs are an important engine to encourage a country's economic growth. This study aims to develop previous research on the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and fintech crowdfunding on MSME performance in the Sidoarjo Regency. This study used cluster random sampling as a sampling technique. A total of 177 MSME owner-manager questionnaire data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs, financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, and fintech crowdfunding has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of MSMEs. This study shows that MSME business owners need to be technology and financial literate because it can enable them to make good financial decisions to ensure the sustainability of their business.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates on Stock Prices. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are 45 LQ45 indexed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 60 samples obtained from 5 banking companies included in the LQ45 index during the 2019-2021 period. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 9 with the aim of testing the Rupiah Exchange (X1), Inflation (X2), and Interest Rates (X3) on Stock Prices (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant effect between the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, and Interest Rates on Stock Prices. While partially the Rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative effect on stock prices and interest rates have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while inflation has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of management and administrative digitalization on teacher performance, moderated by work motivation, in three educational institutions within Perguruan Muhammadiyah Porong. Utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression analysis through SmartPLS 3.0 software, the research reveals that while digitalization of administration significantly enhances teacher performance, digitalization of management does not. Additionally, the interaction between digitalization and work motivation does not significantly influence performance. These findings emphasize the importance of administrative digitalization in improving teacher performance and suggest implications for educational institutions aiming to optimize digitalization strategies to enhance overall educational quality. Hightligh: Administrative digitalization improves teacher performance significantly. Work motivation's moderation on digitalization's impact is insignificant. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan transparansi pelayanan penyaluran dana sedekah pada kantor layanan Lazismu Umsida. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis model interaktif oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transparansi pelayanan penyaluran dana sedekah pada kantor latanan Lazismu Umsida diketahui dari empat hal. Pertama, Lazismu Umsida menyediakan laporan keuangan tiap 6 bulan sekali serta memiliki sarana penyediaan informasi yakni muzaki corner dan media sosial infaq Gisma Umsida. Kedua, Lazismu Umsida memiliki data yang jelas dan lengkap tentang tujuan penyaluran dana sedekah dan kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk pihak-pihak yang menerima dan proses penyaluran dana sedekah. Ketiga, ada kejelasan informasi tentang tujuan, target dana sedekah dan cara penggunaan dana tersebut serta kemudahan akses bagi masyarakat. Keempat, Lazismu Umsida menyalurkan dana sedekah mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan Zakat atau Sedekah dan Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 5 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Pengenaan Sanksi Administratif dalam Pengeloaan Zakat dan Sedekah.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of investment decisions, funding choices, and dividend policies on firm value in the Food and Beverage sector. Analyzing data from 14 IDX-listed companies over 2018-2021, findings indicate significant positive effects of investment and funding decisions on firm value, while dividend policy's influence is negative and insignificant. Together, these factors explain 75.3% of firm value variation, highlighting the pivotal role of strategic financial decisions in shaping company worth and suggesting managerial implications. Highlight : Strategic Financial Decisions: Investment and funding choices significantly impact firm value. Dividend Policy: Despite being insignificant, dividend policy's effect on firm value is negative. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menguji fluktuasi harga terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo, (2) menguji literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo, (3) menguji pengetahuan investasi terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo, dan (4) menguji fluktuasi harga, literasi keuangan, dan pengetahuan investasi secara simultan terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online berbasis Google Form. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z yang berdomisili di Kota Sidoarjo, sedangkan sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fluktuasi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,031 (< 1,96) dan p-values 0,303 (> 0,05). Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, dengan t-statistic 4,472 (> 1,96) dan p-values 0,000 (< 0,05). Pengetahuan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, ditunjukkan oleh t-statistic 1,414 (< 1,96) dan p-values 0,158 (> 0,05). Secara simultan, fluktuasi harga, literasi keuangan, dan pengetahuan investasi terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Islamic banking is a financial institution that functions as an intermediary for parties who have excess funds with parties who lack funds to carry out business activities and other activities in accordance with Islamic law. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia in recent years has shown significant growth, ho wever, it has not been followed by an increase in stock prices. This will cause investors to be uninterested in buying shares in Islamic Banks. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and leverage on stock prices through return on assets (ROA) as an intervening variable in Indonesian Islamic banking. The results of this study show that firm size and leverage have a significant positive effect on stock price, while unexpectedly, ROA has a significant negative effect on stock price. On the other hand, ROW was shown to significantly mediate the effect of firm size on stock price, but not the effect of leverage. The effect of leverage on stock price is driven more by market perceptions of risk and growth potential, rather than how efficiently the company manages its assets through debt financing. This means that investors assess the use of debt more as a company's external strategy that does not always reflect an increase in internal profitability performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, dan Motivasi Inves­tasi terhadap Minat Investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo. Pene­litian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan meto­de pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggu­nakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan pur­po­sive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan Generasi Z berusia 18 hingga 28 tahun yang berdomisili di Sidoarjo dan berstatus sebagai mahasiswa atau pekerja muda. Data yang diperoleh diukur menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan bukti empiris terkait sejauh mana Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, dan Motivasi Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Minat Investasi Generasi Z di Sidoarjo.
