Abstract

In the 4.0 era, everyone cannot be separated from technology. Technology plays an important role in sustaining social, economic and health life in the community. The development of technology in the health sector covers several aspects, namely patient care, hospital internal information systems, hospital management and information systems for patients. The availability of such information is very important for the community. Then now there are also applications that can be used by the public to get Android-based health services. In this modern era, technology is increasingly advanced and people are already familiar with existing technologies. However, there are still many people who are blind to these applications and the community still has limited ability to understand these applications. Currently there are many applications created by experts both in the form of android applications, PC applications or other applications. In this community service, socialization will be carried out to the community regarding android applications used in the health sector. The public must get education regarding android applications, so many of us see an individual having an Android gadget or cellphone but do not know that there are many applications that can be used to carry out health checks, check hospital locations, health consultation applications and others. This activity was carried out at Griya Lembah Sari Housing, Sungai Ambang Village, Rumbai Pesisir. The result of this activity is that the community is able to understand the use of android applications in obtaining health services

Abstract

The use of smartphones or so-called gadgets is currently increasing greatly among students. The development of information and communication technology has been accelerating so that without realizing it, it has affected every aspect of human life. The use of gadgets among today's students and students is a must to have. The use of the wrong gadget will have an impact on eye health which can cause eye health problems due to the radiation rays exposed by the gadget. This Community Service began with conducting interviews with 49 students of SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, which was followed by delivering material about the dangers of smartphones to eye health. Based on the data, 12 students experienced Minus and 37 students had normal eyes. The data collection carried out on students obtained the result that students who have normal eyes are still able to manage the time to use a smartphone, while there are some students who already have minus eyes unable to manage the time to use a smartphone. The activity took place smoothly where students were advised to reduce smartphone use because it can be harmful to eye health.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City is the most populous city in Riau province which has 31 hospitals that provide various services. The distribution of hospitals affects the distribution of services, especially polyclinics. This can indirectly affect the degree of public health. This community service aims to introduce a prototype in the form of an Android-based application that helps people find hospitals in Pekanbaru City that provide the services needed. This Hospital Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City makes it easier and faster for people to find the health services they need. The Community Service carried out begins with the design of the Health Service Search Application in Pekanbaru City. The next activity is to conduct a function test and feasibility test on the Android application. The results of the function test and feasibility test are considered quite good with a value of 100% functioning and 87,5% said to be feasible. Workshop activities were carried out on several occasions, namely for high school students, the general public, students, and patients in hospitals. The results of this workshop activity generated very high interest from the community. Activity evaluation was carried out by distributing questionnaires where 83% of respondents considered this application to be very much needed by the community, while the rest stated that it was not needed. Based on the application concept, 70% of respondents stated that the application was good, 25% of respondents stated that this application needed to be improved and 5% of respondents stated that this application was not good. This Hospital Health Service Search Application is based on Android and this Application can be upgraded to be registered on services that can be accessed by the entire community for free.

Abstract

Chikungunya is a disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) which is characterized by symptoms of high fever and very severe joint pain. The first Chikungunya case that occurred in Indonesia was in Samarinda City in 1973 and was recorded as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), then the case disappeared for approximately 20 years after which it began to appear again in 2001 in Sumatra where it was also recorded as an Extraordinary Event. (KLB). Recorded Chikungunya cases in 2001-2003 reached 3,918 total cases without deaths. This counseling aims to find out how high the death rate is caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) and find out how to prevent and treat the Chikungunya virus. The method used is outreach which is expected to increase public knowledge regarding Chikungunya disease such as symptoms, prevention and treatment methods.

Abstract

Kabupaten Siak memiliki 15 Puskesmas. Setiap bulannya pihak puskesmas akan melakukan pelaporan pelayanan SPM ke dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Siak dan dinas kesehatan melakukan perekapan data SPM seluruh Puskesmas. Penelitian ini membantu pihak puskesmas dan dinas kesehatan untuk mengelola data SPM dan dapat di lihat oleh masyarakat yang mebutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode development research atau penelitian pengembangan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah SPM Puskesmas di Kabupaten Siak, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dibuat menjadi suatu data base yang akan dibuat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 5 januari hingga 25 juli 2024 di Kabupaten Siak “Sistem Desentralisasi SPM Puskesmas Kabupaten Siak” Website ini dirancang menggunakan metode prototyping dengan bahasa pemograman PHP,HTMLCS,CSS dan Javasecipt. Website ini dapat diakses melalui PC dan Smartphone di google menggunakan paket data. Hasil dari uji fungsi dan uji kelayakan yang dilakukan pada website ini berjalan dengan baik dan layak untuk digunakan. Website sistem desentralisasi SPM puskesmas dirancang untuk mempermudah masyarakat umum untuk melihat informasi terkait pelayanan SPM dan mempermudah pihak puskesmas dan Dinas kesehatan dalam mengelola data SPM Puskesmas. Saran untuk pemerintah Kabupaten Siak diharapkan dapat melakukan Desentralisasi di berbagai aspek di Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image sangat penting dalam menilai pelayanan kesehatan, karena dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan keputusan pasien. Penurunan angka kunjungan pasien menjadi indikator bahwa layanan yang diterima tidak sesuai harapan, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada reputasi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan desain analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 2.884 pasien umum rawat inap di RSUD Arifin Ahmad. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 97 pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling, khususnya simple random sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari empat elemen citra merek yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan (contact personnel) dan pelayanan yang diberikan (service offering) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pasien, dengan p-value masing-masing 0,027 dan 0,010. Sementara itu, variabel identitas rumah sakit (corporate identity) dan lingkungan fisik (physical environment) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, dengan p-value 0,059 dan 0,90. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara karyawan dan pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih layanan rawat inap, sedangkan identitas rumah sakit dan lingkungan fisik tidak berpengaruh. Diharapkan pemasangan banner prosedur alur pendaftaran dapat membantu pasien memahami setiap tahapan pendaftaran, sehingga meningkatkan pengalaman mereka di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Kota Pekanbaru, kota terpadat di Provinsi Riau, merupakan rumah bagi 31 rumah sakit yang menawarkan berbagai layanan kesehatan. Penyebaran rumah sakit ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan, terutama klinik rawat jalan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi status kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan prototipe aplikasi berbasis Android yang membantu masyarakat dalam menemukan rumah sakit di Kota Pekanbaru yang menyediakan layanan yang dibutuhkan. "Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Rumah Sakit di Kota Pekanbaru" menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pencarian layanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Proyek ini dimulai dengan perancangan Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Rumah Sakit di Kota Pekanbaru. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan uji fungsionalitas dan uji kelayakan pada aplikasi Android. Hasil dari uji fungsionalitas dan kelayakan cukup memuaskan, dengan hasil 100% fungsionalitas dan 87 5% dianggap layak. Kegiatan workshop dilakukan dalam beberapa kesempatan, antara lain untuk siswa SMA, masyarakat umum, mahasiswa, dan pasien rumah sakit. Hasil workshop menunjukkan animo yang sangat tinggi dari masyarakat. Evaluasi terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dimana 83% responden menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, sedangkan sisanya menyatakan belum dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan konsep aplikasi, 70% responden menyatakan aplikasi sudah baik, 25% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini perlu untuk ditingkatkan dan 5% responden menyatakan aplikasi ini tidak baik. Aplikasi Pencarian Layanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit ini berbasis Android dan Aplikasi ini dapat ditingkatkan untuk didaftarkan pada layanan yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat secara gratis.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System abbreviated as SIMRS is an information technology system that is a system that can process everything in the hospital in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain precise and accurate information. SIMRS is one of the components that can affect employee performance where SIMRS helps employees in completing all services. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of SIMRS in improving employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods conducted at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research was conducted through distributing questionnaires with 67 respondents, namely Outpatient Employees of RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province who use SIMRS. The results of this study obtained from the processing of research data show that the influence of SIMRS has a significant effect on the Performance of the Outpatient Unit of the Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province. This can be seen with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Doctor scheduling at the Emergency Installation (IGD) of the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province, is carried out in three shifts, namely the morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift. Each shift is scheduled for three to four doctors, with a total of 14 doctors. There are quite a lot of doctors in the emergency room at the Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province, so it will require at least a fee. This can be optimized by doing a simpler schedule so that the costs incurred can be reduced. The results of the observations concluded that each shift only needed two doctors to practice in the emergency room at the Petala Bumi Hospital. Optimal Scheduling will greatly reduce or minimize the number of Doctor HR in Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province. This research is a type of quantitative researcher with an experimental research design of Development Research (development). The graph coloring is done for four days because, in the matrix the graph coloring pattern repeats itself after the fourth day. Scheduling for four days, graph coloring has 10 colors or chromatic numbers assuming three shifts and two doctors in one shift, so optimizing the preparation of the doctor's schedule at the emergency room of the Petala Bumi Hospital can be done with a minimum of 10 doctors. The impact obtained from the results of optimizing the number of existing doctors is the cost or cost at the hospital, one of which is the doctor's salary can be reduced. The workload carried out also remains in accordance with the number of doctors owned and the preparation of the doctor's schedule can be more optimal.

Abstract

Medical Check-Up (MCU) service facilities must of course be available in a hospital. As for providing the best MCU service, the Hospital must provide the best time service for those who are queuing to get the MCU results. The purpose of this study was to determine the queuing system, standardization of service time, and patient perceptions of MCU service time at the Hospital. The system Matic sampling method is used in selecting the sampling in the research conducted. The number of samples observed was 21 people consisting of MCU examination patients. The data were obtained through the process of observation and literature study, then distributing questionnaires and collecting documentation. Test data used includes data processing and data analysis. The queuing system used by the MCU service is a single-channel-multiphase system that is effectively implemented. This system is a queuing system that applies the principle of first come first serve (FCFS). The first come first serve (FCFS) queue discipline increasingly provides a sense of fairness for every visitor who queues to get MCU results. The standardization of MCU service time was declared in the slow category because the Minimum Service Standardization was 85.24 minutes, which was 25.2 minutes different from the medium SPM category, which was 60 minutes. Based on the 17-point statements of patient perceptions of the Hospital's MCU queue system with the Strongly Agree and Agree categories. The percentage of the patient's agreement value on each statement is above 50%. This shows that the patient's perception of the MCU queue service at the Hospital is good, but does not really have additional value because it is still quite common in Hospitals.
