Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion and price perception simultaneously on purchasing decisions Sajodo Snack Shop. The partial of promotion and price perception on purchasing decisions at Sajodo Snack Shop. The method used in this research is causal descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents from Sajodo Snack Shop consumers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of simultaneous testing of promotion and price perception have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the price perception variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Product Quality and Word of Mouth variables on Customer Loyalty of MS Tasikmalaya Tofu Factory Customers. The research method used was a survey method of data obtained directly through questionnaires to 100 respondents taken from customers of the MS Tasikmalaya Tofu factory. The technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this research, it is known that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Product Quality and Word of Mouth on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty and Word of Mouth Partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty of the MS Tasikmalaya Tofu factory.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In social life, of course, every individual will try to fulfill their life needs, one of which is educational facilities and clean water provision. In an effort to meet the needs of the community, they have independently formed community organizations that operate in the field of non-formal education and clean water supply groups. However, in operational activities there are problems or obstacles that hinder the progress of the institution.The problems faced by these social institutions are:1. Management aspect of organizational management, which does not yet have an ideal organizational structure, governance, financial recording, risk management so it is difficult to develop.2. Aspects of legal legality, as a legal entity to oversee the activities of the social institution.Based on the problems found, we see the need to provide assistance through an organizational management approach consisting of HRM, Operational Management, Financial Management/Financial Recording and forming a legal entity that oversees the social institution. So that the community institution has a strategic plan and good management and has a legal entity that oversees the development of the community institution which has an impact on the benefits that are increasingly felt by the surrounding community. Abstract

This research purposse to determine and analyze the description of work environment, work discipline and employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. The Simultaneous Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Employees Perfomance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. As well as the partial influence of work environment and work discipline on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. With a research sample of 32 as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 support application. The results of the research show that work environment at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya is qualified in the very good category, for the work discipline of employees at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya it can be said to have high criteria, and for the employee perfromance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya is also in very good. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously the variables used in the research, namely work environment and work discipline, have a significant effect on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya. But, this research partially shows that work environment has no effect significant influence of employee performance, and partially there is a significant influence of work discipline on the employee performance at the HSB Ban Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media and brand reputation simultaneously and partially on the purchase interest of Nike shoe products on Gen Z consumers in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that social media and brand reputation have a significant effect on purchase interest. Social media has a significant partial effect on purchase interest. And brand reputation has a significant partial effect on purchase interest.

Abstract

Adolescence is when education, experience, and the search for identity in the social environment. However, it is different in Parungponteng Village, Parungponteng District. Many social and legal cases have befallen its citizens, namely the rise of underage marriages. The age limit for marriage has been regulated by law. However, citizens' right to form a family and continue offspring through legal marriage, as stated in the 1945 Constitution, is to disseminate an understanding of the laws and regulations that govern it. Pre-test and post-test were also conducted to determine the level of understanding of the community. The results of counseling show that the understanding of early marriage is increasing. The results of the pre-test evaluation averaged 48.60 m after the post-test reached 69.56. Teenagers do early marriage with an age range of 15 to 17 years; some as young as 13 have married due to social, economic, and environmental factors. After knowing and understanding, the people of Parungponteng Village will be able to comply with the rules and improve the social and economic life of the community through land use activities that can contribute to meeting the necessities of life so that early marriages can be prevented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the employees of Laa Tansa Convection and Embroidery Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 35 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used in collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results show that simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation influences has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques using online and offline questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that work discipline and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Increased competition in the craft industry and reduced activity in the surrounding community have caused a significant decline in the number of MSMEs, which is indicated by internal and external factors. Rajapolah crafts are increasingly popular with consumers because they prefer modern products compared to crafts made in Rajapolah. Wicker is considered old-fashioned and out of date, especially by the millennial generation. This research aims to analyze how price and product quality influence consumer buying interest in Rajapolah craft products. This research can be expanded as quantitative research with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the results that have been carried out, price and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest in Rajapolah handicraft MSME products. It can be concluded that producers, in increasing purchasing interest, need to look at the price and quality aspects of their products.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction of the netira embroidery SMEs in the city of Tasikmalaya. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis used is linear regression and path analysis. The population in this study was 44 Netira Embroidery employees, the sampling technique used total sampling. Data was obtained using a questionnaire which was directly given to production employees, then the data was analyzed using lines. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of the quality of work life (X) on job satisfaction (Z). There is a significant effect between the quality of work life (X) on employee performance (Y) There is a significant effect between the variables Job Satisfaction (Z) on Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z) mediates the relationship between the quality of work life (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at Netira Embroidery, Tasikmalaya City.
