Abstract

In the industrial world, forecasting is a very important part to be used as a basis for strategic planning, business growth, revenue projections, and decision-making of an organization or company. Manpower planning or workforce planning, is indeed crucial for organizations of all sizes. It involves strategically analyzing and forecasting an organization's current and future workforce needs to ensure that it has the right number of employees with the appropriate skills in the right roles at the right time. One of the analyses that can be used for forecasting is data analysis using the Time Series Method. One aspect that can be analyzed is Man Power Planning in the Manufacturing Company. By knowing the forecasting, workforce planning can be measured in terms of productivity, efficiency, and sustainability of the organization's or company's operations. This data has been analyzed using the ARIMA Model, which can produce comparative data as a data reference to support further decisions for the Manufacturing Company. The results of this analysis provide valuable guidance for company management in making decisions related to human resource planning, including: optimizing productivity, reducing operational costs, and increasing the efficiency of the company's overall operations.

Abstract

With the existence of computers and applications, it is hoped that it can help humans or users in processing and presenting accurate and fast information so as to obtain effectiveness and efficiency, both in terms of time and cost. However, this still really requires a security system in the delivery of a document or information so that it cannot be used by other unauthorized parties who can harm the owner of the document or information both materially and immaterially. Digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to prove the authenticity of the identity of the sender of a message or the signer of a document, and to ensure that the contents of the message or document are sent without changes.(Junadhi, 2019).The application development model used is the Extreme Programming model with the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, namely Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The builder software used is XAMPP and uses the Codeigniter framework and the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and uses Black Box Testing as its testing. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of making application for student activity proposals using web-based digital signatures with this extreme programming method is that the proposal tracking feature can make it easier for the Student Association to see if the proposals have been submitted and digital signatures using qr-code can make it easier student associations to directly print signature documents without coming directly to several parties, can make it easier for the Head of Study Programs, Student Executive Board, Head of Student Affairs and Head of STT to approve or approve proposal documents through applications at any time, and make it easier for the Head of Field Staff Students to monitor the delivery of proposal documents from the Student Association. So this application is still in the tri dharma of college.

Abstract

The use of information systems in an organization has many advantages, just like the use of a website for institutions or companies is very helpful in conveying information, one of which is in administrative matters that can be applied using information system technology, namely for scholarship management. Scholarships can be interpreted as providing financial assistance to individuals, with the aim of being used for the continuity of the education taken. In the process of submission and approval in the selection of scholarship admissions that run in the field of student affairs at this time, it is still carried out manually both from the process of collecting files, selection to determining scholarship recipients is carried out manually by the head of the study program. Therefore, the field of Student Affairs at STT Wastukancana Purwakarta, requires an information system that can help the process of applying for and approving scholarships digitally carried out by students of each study program coordinated by the student affairs field. The system development method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model consisting of the Requirements Planning, RAD Workshop Design, and Implementation stages. The results of this study produce a scholarship management information system that can solve problems in the scholarship admission selection process by being able to do it digitally from the process of informing the existence of scholarship opportunities, submission, selection to determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

Bangsa   Indonesia   belum   lama   ini   telah   melakukan hajatan  besar  demokrasi  yaitu  PEMILU  (Pemilihan Umum).  Hal  ini Merupakan amanat    Undang -Undang    (UU)    Nomor 42/2008 tentang Pilpres. Namun  dalam  pelaksanaannya  banyak  sekali  hal-hal yang   dinilai   oleh   para   pemilih   bahwa   Pemilu   ini berjalan  tidak  sesuai  dengan  aturan  yang  ada.  Mulai dari   aroma   kecurangan   banyak   disuarakan netizen, ketidak netralan  para  penegak  hukum  terhadap    salah satu  calon  pasangan  presiden  dan  wakil  presiden,  serta pelaksanaan  yang  tidak  Jujur  dan  Adil. dari  para  sebagian  pemilih. Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan integritas pemilihan umum. Sentimen  yang  diberikan kepada  KPU  lewat  media  sosial  merupakan  gambaran kekecewaan   tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis sentimen publik terhadap kinerja KPU dalam pemilu 2024. Dataset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 317 entri, yang dikurangi menjadi 244 entri setelah tahap pembersihan dan pelabelan. Pemrosesan teks dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan data untuk klasifikasi. Algoritma Klasifikasi Naïve Bayes, yang diimplementasikan menggunakan Python, digunakan dalam analisis ini. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan matriks kebingungan (confusion matrix). Studi ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa algoritma Klasifikasi Naïve Bayes efektif untuk analisis sentimen data media sosial. Tingkat akurasi sebesar 57% menunjukkan kepercayaan publik yang kuat terhadap kinerja KPU. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya memantau sentimen publik di media sosial untuk mengukur efektivitas badan pemilihan seperti KPU.

Abstract

Pembayaran secara non-tunai atau cashless yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi dompet digital atau e-wallet merupakan aktivitas digitalisasi yang terus digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mulai dari pesan antar makanan, berbelanja online, hingga pembayaran asuransi semua dilakukan dengan mudah dan cepat melalui aplikasi dompet digital. Dari banyaknya pengguna aplikasi dompet digital tersebut tentu saja tidak semua pengguna merasa puas dengan aplikasi yang mereka gunakan dan biasanya para pengguna aplikasi dompet digital sering kali meninggalkan ulasan kepuasannya di salah satu platform distribusi aplikasi yaitu Google Play Store. Namun, jika para calon pengguna aplikasi membaca seluruh ulasan itu bisa menghabiskan banyak waktu, maka dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan analisis sentiment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan aplikasi dompet digital Shopeepay, Gopay, dan OVO di Google Play Store. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Knowledge Data Dictionary (KDD) dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Tools yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses penelitian yaitu Jupiter Notebook dengan bahasa pemrograman Phyton. Objek penelitian berfokus pada tiga aplikasi dompet digital yaitu Gopay, Shopeepay dan OVO. Setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier hasil nilai akurasi aplikasi Shopeepay memiliki nilai paling besar yaitu sebesar 88%, disusul aplikasi OVO 86% sebesar dan aplikasi Gopay sebesar 82%. Dari hasil akurasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier bekerja dengan baik terhadap analisis aplikasi Shopeepay

Abstract

This study aims to find out the forms of verbal communication patterns used by traders who sell in the Rebo of Purwakarta Regency for indigenous buyers and the obstacles encountered in the process of buying and selling. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method and a pragmatic approach. The data collection techniques used in this study include recording techniques, interviews, recording techniques, and documentary studies. While the research data concerns traders and buyers in buying and selling courses, the respondents are traders and men and women, young people, adults, or elderly who are in the rebo market area. Based on the results of research in the field, researchers obtained data according to which modes of communication of traders with buyers of Rebo took place mainly in a primary way, that is to say, face to face and using more than one language when buying and selling. reciprocal communication transactions between traders and buyers. Two-way communication follows in the negotiation process an explanation of the goods. At the same time, verbal communication occurs with questions and response between traders and buyers during the transaction. The language used in the purchasing process and in general is that of Sundanese, mixed and Indonesian traders, as they adapt to buyers.Keywords: patterns; traders; transactions of purchase; verbal communication

Abstract

The development of the business world is marked by the increasing number of companies being established, both in the industrial, trade, and service sectors. In companies, information technology is crucial and must be optimally used for various purposes, one of which is in the sales field. PT. Hurip Utama is a company engaged in the fertilizer sales service, acting as a distributor for PT. Pupuk Kujang, located at Jln. Ahmad Yani No. 39 Dawuan Cikampek. PT. Hurip Utama faces issues in the sales system because the sales input process still relies on spreadsheets, and transactions are carried out manually, such as visiting the company for transactions. The design of an information system is a solution to address these issues by conducting transactions through a website. In developing this information system, a Flowmap model is used, and the system design employs Unified Modeling Language (UML). The software used to build the fertilizer sales information system is based on the CodeIgniter framework, using the PHP programming language version 7.4.9. The database is built on MySQL version 10.4.14, and testing is performed using Blackbox testing. The implementation of this sales management information system is expected to help increase fertilizer sales and also facilitate transactions for involved parties.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has not been fully supported by adequate facilities, resulting in limited dissemination of information to the community. This limitation affects the achievement of student enrollment targets, which have not yet reached an optimal level. This research aims to address the issue by developing a Web-Based Elementary School Profile Management System to introduce SD Negeri 3 Sindangkasih to the wider community. The main problem identified is the lack of effective information media for publishing the school profile, which limits access to information for prospective students and parents. The objective of this study is to design, develop, and implement a web-based information system that comprehensively presents the profile of SD Negeri 3 Sindangkasih. The system is expected to improve information accessibility, expand the school’s promotional reach, and support the process of introducing the school to society. The development method applied is Extreme Programming (XP), an approach that emphasizes collaboration, continuous testing, and adaptability to change. System modeling was carried out using Flowmap and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize workflows and system structures. The system was implemented using PHP, MySQL, XAMPP, and the CodeIgniter (CI) framework. The outcome of this research is an informative and dynamic school profile website. Its main features include a Home Page, Overview, Profile, News & Activities, Achievements, Digital Library, Admission Information, and Contact Us. With this system, the dissemination of information related to SD Negeri 3 Sindangkasih is expected to become more effective and efficient, thereby achieving the goal of introducing the school to a broader audience.
