Perekam medis merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam menentukan kinerja unit kerja rekam medis. Menentukan jumlah sumber daya manusia yang tepat harus berdasarkan perhitungan yang sistematis. Perhitungan yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sumber daya manusia salah satunya adalah dengan metode analisis beban kerja. Pandemi Covid-19 menuntut fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan termasuk rumah sakit untuk melakukan pelaporan terkait kejadian Covid-19, yang mana hal tersebut telah menambah beban kerja perekam medis di bagian pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kebutuhan tenaga pelaporan unit kerja rekam medis di Rumah Sakit “X” pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka yang relevan dengan penelitian. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan beberapa masalah, antara lain: 1) Ketidaksesuaian jumlah tenaga pelaporan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode analisis beban kerja, 2) Terdapat beberapa laporan yang tertunda untuk dikerjakan karena sebagian tenaga pelaporan melakukan pekerjaan rangkap di bagian lain. Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah 1) Menambah tenaga pelaporan sebanyak 1 orang, 2) Melakukan pemerataan pekerjaan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya masing-masing.

Abstract Internal patient transfer is the process of transferring patients from one room to another in a hospital while still being oriented towards quality and patient safety. The results of the observations showed that the filling of the internal patient transfer form was not optimal so that there were still incomplete forms due to the large number of patients and the weak coordination between health workers. To determine the effect of the completeness of filling out the internal patient transfer form on the quality of medical records. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique was simple random sampling technique so as to obtain a sample of 91 internal patient transfer forms. From the results of observations, 22% of the internal patient transfer forms were found that were not completely filled in, especially in the signature and clear name. The two variables have a strong relationship. The effect of the variable completeness of the internal patient transfer form on the medical record quality variable is 90.1% and the remaining 9.9% is influenced by other factors. Based on these studies, it can be concluded that the lack of accuracy and coordination of nurses, doctors and other officers in filling out internal patient transfer forms so that this affects the quality of medical records in the aspect of accuracy. Keyword : Completeness, Internal Patient Transfer Form, Medical Record Quality Abstrak Transfer pasien internal merupakan proses pemindahan pasien dari satu ruangan ke ruangan yang lain di dalam satu rumah sakit dengan tetap berorientasi pada mutu dan keselamatan pasien. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa belum optimalnya pengisian formulir transfer pasien internal sehingga masih terdapat formulir yang tidak lengkap disebabkan oleh faktor dari banyaknya pasien dan lemahnya koordinasi antara tenaga kesehatan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan pengisian formulir transfer pasien internal terhadap mutu rekam medis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik simple random sampling sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 91 formulir transfer pasien internal. Dari hasil observasi ditemukannya formulir transfer pasien internal yang belum terisi lengkap sebanyak 22% terutama pada tandatangan dan nama jelas. Kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Pengaruh variabel kelengkapan formulir transfer pasien internal terhadap variabel mutu rekam medis sebesar 90,1% dan sisanya 9,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurangnya ketelitian dan koordinasi perawat, dokter dan petugas lain dalam pengisian formulir transfer pasien internal sehingga hal ini mempengaruhi mutu rekam medis pada aspek keakuratan. Hospitals are part of a cooperation of health services to achieve health performance indicators set by the regions. In improving the quality of hospital services, it requires an increase in good supporting facilities including bed management. Based on observations conducted at RSUD Cililin, it shows that the use of beds before and during the COVID-19 pandemic has not been efficient. So that the hospital needs to evaluate the optimal use of beds.The purpose of this study was to determine and identify the significant effect of the Barber Johnson Chart on the efficiency of bed use and management at RSUD Cililin.This research method uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study included the reporting section and the head of the medical record. The object of this research is the in-patient register book. Research data collection techniques are by interviews and observations.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the average BOR value is 46,73%. The AVLOS value is 3, while the average TOI value is 4,98. The average BTO value is 14,14.Keywords: Efficiency, bed, covid-19 pandemic, barber Johnson

This research was conducted based on the problem of managing the borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung which aims to find solutions to these problems to support the effectiveness of medical record services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and study approach. In making the software design the writer uses the waterfall method and the supporting applications used are Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013. From the results of the research conducted, the authors found several problems in the management of borrowing and returning outpatient medical records, namely: (1). There were no medical records found on the storage shelf; (2). Recording of borrowing and returning medical records still uses a manual system; (3). The absence of reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The suggestions that can be given by the author, namely : (1). It is better if the borrowing of medical records is determined by the due date so that there are no more medical records that are late to be returned to the storage room; (2). An information system is needed on borrowing and returning medical records to support activities in the hospital, especially in making reports on borrowing and returning medical records. The result of this research is an information system for borrowing and returning medical record files at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.

Trend analysis is a statistical analysis method used for planning and evaluating efforts to minimize risk for the better. The purpose of this study was to analyze trends and barber johnson charts on the efficiency of bed use at X Hospital, Bandung City. This type of research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Observations and interviews were carried out with data processing officers and medical record reporting officers, while secondary data was obtained from RL3 Year 2020 at Hospital X Bandung City. Data analysis using least square trend method and Barber Johnson chart. The results showed that the trend of BOR and BTO in Quarter I-IV of 2020 decreased. The trend of AvLOS and TOI in Quarter I and II increased, while in Quarter III and IV it decreased. Based on the results of the study, it can be analyzed that the use of beds at Hospital X Bandung City in 2020 has not been efficient, only reaching 20-60% while the standard value according to Barber Johnson is 75-85%, but it can be predicted that the TOI indicator will be more efficient, while the BOR indicator , AvLOS, and BTO are increasingly inefficient because their values are getting further away from the predetermined standard values. To increase efficiency in the use of beds, the hospital should evaluate the beds and improve the quality of service.

Pengelolaan Filling dokumen Rekam medis di rumah sakit adalah untuk tercapainya tertib administrasi guna peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan tidak lepas dari berkas rekam medis pasien. Berdasarkan Observasi yang kami lakukan di Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik Bandung masih ditemukan adanya kesalahan penyimpanan (missfile) ataupun human eror sehingga menghambat dalam proses pengambilan, peminjaman, dan pengembalian berkas rekam medis dalam pelayanan kesehatan . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan filling rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengobservasi, wawancara, dan Studi Pustaka yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan peneletian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tidak adanya petugas tetap/khusus ataupun koordinator bagian filling dan setiap petugas mempunyai jobdesk yang banyak dikarenakan kurangnya SDM (Sumber daya manusia), kesalahan penomoran yang dapat mengakibatkan salah penempatan BRM (Berkas Rekam Medis), human eror disebabkan pencahayaan yang kurang, kapasitas rak yang tidak cukup serta tempat yang kurang luas. Diharapkan Rumah Sakit Hermina Arcamanik Bandung melakukan recruitment petugas untuk penambahan SDM (Sumber daya manusia) , penambahan sarana dan prasarana dibagian filling terutama penambahan fasilitas rak penyimpanan , dan Kepala Instalasi Rekam medis melakukan pengawasan terhadap berkas rekam medis.

Tujuan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan teknik public speaking dan presentasi di era revolusioner 4.0 kepada para guru atau tenaga pengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada pelatihan bagaimana guru atau pun tenaga pengajar mampu memberikan dan menyampaikan materi dengan baik. Metode public speaking dan teknik presentasi sangat penting untuk menunjang kegiatan yang sering dilakukan di suatu lembaga maupun dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk guru dan tenaga pengajar. Pada kenyataanya, masih ada beberapa diantaranya yang minim mempunyai keahlian public speaking dan masih ada beberapa yang ragu menyajikan presentasi dengan baik dan optimal. Oleh karena itu kegiatan ini menjelaskan bagaimana menjadi pembicara yang baik yang menitikberatkan pada teknik presentasi meliputi hal – hal dan tahapan – tahapan yang perlu diperhatikan. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan kepada seluruh peserta tentang public speaking yang bisa digunakan dalam presentasi yang baik. This study aims to determine the implementation of the use of audio-visual-based learning media in the presentation of financial soft skills at the Bandung National Junior High School. The number of participants who took part in the financial soft skills activities at the Bandung National Junior High School were 31 students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research data were collected by several techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The triangulation technique is carried out by the triangulation method, namely by re-checking the information from interviews with documentation and observation. This study found that the use of audio-visual-based learning media in the presentation of financial soft skills at the Bandung National Junior High School has many advantages; 1) Students do not get bored quickly and enthusiastically in learning; 2) To improve students' understanding; 3) To increase students' learning motivation, and 4) Learning can be achieved well. Suggestions that can be used as input, one of which is for teachers. Researchers suggest teachers to always improve their creativity in finding ways that can be used to adjust students in the classroom.

The implementation of activities in the filing unit at the Linggar Health Center still has obstacles, namely the recording of loans and the return of medical record documents is still done manually, and the implementation of incompleteness checking the filling of mendis records that are still not carried out optimally. Difficulty when searching data when a missfile occurs can affect health services for patients. In order to support the implementation activities in the filing unit , a system is needed that is expected to facilitate the work of medical record officers. This research is qualitative with observational data collection techniques. This information system design method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a waterfall model. The results of this study are an application that can help the process of checking the incompleteness of filling out medical records in a computerized manner. The application is created with the PHP programming language with a codeigniter framework and the database used is MySQL.

The research aimed for the inpatient discharge summary information system design completeness at Rumah Sakit X. The research was used qualitative methode with descriptive approach. Software development used waterfall method. From the result research the problems are: (1). There was a the inpatient medical resume as not complet. (2). Process of checking the completeness and preparing reports still done manually, that is data patient repeated written using Microsoft excel. The suggestion in this research are : (1). Having a socialization to all health officers about filling medical resume. (2). Design information system of the inpatient medical information system design completeness that more effective and efficient to operate.
