Abstract

Diare adalah buang air besar lebih dari tiga kali per hari pada balita, disertai konsistensi feses yang berubah menjadi cair bisa juga disertai dengan lendir atau darah, berlangsung kurang dari seminggu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan diare pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh ibu yang memiliki balita sebanyak 1722 ibu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 95 responden dari 16 desa, menggunakan tehnik Accidental Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 13 – 20 Juli Tahun 2023 dengan cara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data di analisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square melalui aplikasi software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 77,9% responden melakukan pencegahan diare, 55,8% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang baik, responden dengan sikap positif 58,9%, sebagian besar ibu balita tidak bekerja 52,6%, hanya 35,8 % ibu balita yang tidak memberikan ASI Ekslusif. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p-value 0,006), sikap (pvalue 0,000), pemberian ASI ekslusif (p-value 0,005). Tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan (p-value 0,102) dengan pencegahan diare pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2023. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk terus memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat agar menghindari segala bentuk faktor terjadinya diare pada balita.Kata kunci: Pencegahan Diare, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pekerjaan, Pemberian ASI EkslusifDiarrhea is defecation more than three times per day in toddlers, accompanied by a stool consistency that turns liquid and may also be accompanied by mucus or blood, lasting less than a week. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with preventing diarrhea in toddlers in the Meuraxa City Health Center Working Area, Banda Aceh City in 2023. This research is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all 1722 mothers with toddlers in the working area of the Meuraxa Health Center, Banda Aceh City. Samples were taken of 95 respondents from 16 villages, using the Accidental Sampling technique. The research was conducted on 13 – 20 July 2023 by means of interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test via the SPSS software application. The results showed that 77.9% of respondents were preventing diarrhea, 55.8% of respondents had poor knowledge, 58.9% of respondents had a positive attitude, most of the mothers of toddlers did not work 52.6%, only 35.8% of mothers of toddlers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding. There is a relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.006), attitude (p-value 0.000), exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.005). There is no relationship between work (pvalue 0.102) and preventing diarrhea in toddlers in the working area of the Meuraxa Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2023. It is recommended that health workers continue to provide education and counseling to the community to avoid all forms of factors causing diarrhea in toddlers.Keywords: Prevention of diarrhea, Knowledge, Attitudes, Occupation, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

Scabies masih menjadi masalah kesehatan pada masyarakat Indonesia, bahkan Scabies menempati urutan ke tiga dari dua belas penyakit kulit paling sering ditemukan. Scabies sering diabaikan karena dianggap sebagai penyakit yang tidak mengancam jiwa, sehingga prioritas pengobatannya rendah. Namun nyatanya, Scabies kronis jika tidak segera ditangani dapat menyebabkan komplikasi yang berbahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan Personal Hygiene dengan kejadian Scabies pada siswa di Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun Desa Munjee Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 07 Februari s/d 15 Februari 2023 di Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun Desa Munjee Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah chi square, data diolah dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa 65,1% santri tidak mengalami scabies, 50,5% berjenis kelamin perempuan, 61,4% menjaga kebersihan pakaian denga baik, 55,4% memiliki kebersihan kulit yang baik, 56,6% menjaga kebersihan handuk dengan baik dan 60,2% memiliki kebersihan tempat tidur yang baik. Terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p=0,000), kebersihan pakaian (p=0,041), kebersihan kulit (p=0,000), kebersihan handuk (p=0,022) dan kebersihan tempat tidur (p=0,001) dengan kejadian scabies. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan jenis kelamin, kebersihan pakaian, kebersihan kulit, kebersihan handuk dan kebersihan tempat tidur dengan kejadian scabies. Diharapkan kepada pihak pesantren hendaknya bekerja sama dengan petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan penyuluhan melalui petugas kesehatan sebagai masukan informasi kepada para santri dalam rangka pencegahan scabies.Kata Kunci : Scabies, Personal HygieneScabies is still a health problem in Indonesian society, even ranking third out of the twelve most common skin diseases. Scabies is often overlooked because it is considered a non-life-threatening disease, so its treatment priority is low. But in fact, chronic scabies, if not treated immediately, can cause dangerous complications. This study aims to analyze the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies in students at Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun, Munjee Village, Lhoksukon District, and North Aceh Regency. This study used an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional research design and was conducted on February 07– February 15, 2023, at Dayah Terpadu Al-Muslimun Munjee Village, Lhoksukon District, North Aceh. The sample in this study amounted to 83 people. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. This study used chi-square to do bivariate analysis, and the data was processed with SPSS version 23. The results of statistical analysis showed that 65,1% of students did not experience scabies, 50.5% were female, 61.4% maintained good clothing hygiene, 55.4% had good skin hygiene, 56.6% maintained good towel hygiene and 60.2% had good bed hygiene. There was an association between gender (p=0.000), clothing hygiene (p=0.041), skin hygiene (p=0.000), towel hygiene (p=0.022) and bed hygiene (p=0.001) with the incidence of scabies. Maintan good personal hygiene for all students and doing regular room and personal cleanliness inspections. It is expected that the boarding school management should provide more counseling through health workers as information input to the students in order to prevent scabies.Keywords: Scabies, Personal Hygiene.

Abstract

Upper respiratory tract infection (ARI) is a disease of the upper or lower respiratory tract, which is contagious and can cause a wide spectrum of diseases from asymptomatic to severe and deadly disease. The research aimed to determine the risk factors associated with the incidence of ISPA in toddlers in the North Singkil Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Singkil Regency. This research is analytical with a case-control research design. Data collection was carried out by interviews using questionnaires. The population in this study was 116 toddlers with a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out on 18-26 July 2023. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square and OR statistical tests. The research results show that cigarette smoke is associated with the incidence of ARI with a p-value of 0.001, OR 4.424, LBW p-value 0.004, and OR 3.367, knowledge with a p-value of 0.002, and OR 3.670, immunization status with a p-value of 0.001, and OR 3.868, breastfeeding with p value 0.005, and OR 3.148. Conclusion There is a relationship between cigarette smoke, LBW, immunization status, and breastfeeding with ARI in toddlers. It is hoped that research sites will provide health education about ISPA by holding health education.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Climate change has had a significant impact on the increase in cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, where there is a tendency for an increase in DHF cases during the transition season. This study aims to analyze the relationship between climate change (climate factors) and DHF incidence in Banda Aceh City in 2022-2024. This study uses a descriptive study design with secondary data related to climate change and the incidence of Dengue Fever in Banda Aceh City in 2022-2024. This study uses multiple linear regression tests. The sample in this study is all monthly observations of DHF incidence, Temperature, Humidity, Wind Speed, and Rainfall in the period 2022-2024. The results of the study explain that there is no influence between temperature and the incidence of dengue fever in Banda Aceh City in 2022-2024 with a p value = 0.936 0.05, there is no influence between humidity and the incidence of dengue fever in Banda Aceh City in 2022-2024, there is no significant influence between wind speed and the incidence of dengue fever in 2022-2024 with a p value = 0.096 0.05, There is a relationship between rainfall and the incidence of dengue fever in Banda Aceh City in 2022-2024 with a p value = 0.022 0.05. It is recommended for the public to always be alert to dengue fever, especially if rainfall increases. The relevant agencies can develop a weather-based early warning system to notify the public about the increased risk of dengue fever during high rainfall
