Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the existence of a partial and simultaneous influence between internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in youth entrepreneurship in Salem District. This type of research is quantitative research using associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used propotional random sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were youths of Salem District. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests.

Abstract

Research carried out at Rajaswa Coffee, Sitangan Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of digital payment systems, taste and price on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used in this research was by interviewing the owner of Rajaswa Coffee and distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research was 90 people who had made purchases at Rajaswa Coffee, using sampling, namely non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS tools. The data obtained is primary data, secondary data is obtained from other media sources such as books and journals related to the focus of this research. The research results show that the digital payment system has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee, taste has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee and price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee. Then, the results of the simultaneous test show that the influence variables of the digital payment system, taste and price influence purchasing decisions at Rajaswa Coffee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, job insecurity and work environment on turnover intention mediated by work stress in the Cutting section of Building B PT. Daehan Global Brebes. This research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all employees in the Cutting Section of Building B PT Daehan Global, Brebes Regency, totaling 83 people. The sampling technique in this research used a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. So 83 respondents were obtained. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research show that partial workload has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial job insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial work environment has a significant effect on turnover intention, partial workload has a significant effect on work stress, partial job insecurity has no effect significant influence on work stress, the work environment partially has a significant influence on work stress, work stress partially has a significant influence on turnover intention, workload, job insecurity and the work environment simultaneously there is a significant influence on turnover intention, workload, job insecurity and the environment Simultaneous work has a significant influence on work stress. Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by work stress. Job insecurity has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by job stress. The work environment has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, mediated by employee work stress in the Cutting section of Building B PT. Daehan Global Brebes Regency.

Abstract

The importance of financial literacy and good financial behavior in improving the economic well-being of cooperative members is paramount. The lack of educational and training programs focused on enhancing financial literacy and behavior within cooperatives potentially limits the income growth of members. Cooperatives, as microfinance institutions, are expected to significantly contribute to increasing their members' income through better financial education and management. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial behavior on the income of members of the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative, Kedungbanteng Branch, Tegal Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study includes all members of the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative, Kedungbanteng Branch, Tegal Regency. The sample of the study consisted of 98 respondents selected through random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that financial literacy (X1) partially has a significant effect on income. This is indicated by a t-value of 7.538, which is greater than the t-tabel value (1.661) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Members' financial behavior (X2) also partially has a significant effect on income, with a t-value of 2.456, which is greater than the t-tabel value (1.661) at a 5% significance level. Simultaneously, financial literacy and members' financial behavior significantly affect the cooperative's income. This is shown by an F-value of 394.195, which is greater than the F-tabel value (3.938) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Di era yang kompetitif ini, organisasi dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan untuk tetap bertahan dan berkembang. Salah satu kuncinya adalah dengan memiliki proses bisnis yang efisien dan efektif. Dengan memahami proses bisnis, organisasi dapat mengidentifikasi dan menghilangkan inefisiensi, seperti duplikasi langkah, waktu tunggu yang lama, dan pemborosan sumber daya. Hal ini dapat menghemat waktu, uang, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Pelatihan analisa proses bisnis pada divisi PPID KPU Kota Kediri diperlukan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pegawai terkait agar mengetahui proses manakah yang memiliki aktivitas dan berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan. Pada pelatihan ini menggunakan analisa proses bisnis metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Dalam pelatihan juga dibahas bagaimana membuat rekomendasi proses bisnis menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI). Berdasarkan pelatihan pada perhitungan BPI, proses bisnis yang memiliki Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi adalah penerimaan permohonan informasi publik

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem is how job satisfaction and job stress can influence turnover intention among PT employees. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. The population in this study was 772 while the sample was 92 taken from the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, while the results were that the job satisfaction variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on PT turnover intention. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the tcount value is 6,141 > ttable value 1.986 and the resulting significant value of 0.000 is much smaller than α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable employee satisfaction (X1) partially has a significant effect on turnover intention (Y) PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia, the work stress variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the significant value is 00.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.278 > ttable 1.986, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable work stress (X2) partially has a significant effect on PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia's turnover intention (Y), satisfaction variable. work (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on turnover intention (Y). This is proven by the F test analysis which shows a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Ftable is (3.009), so Fcount is 78,890 > Ftable 3.009, so Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, likewise with a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05), then Ho rejected and Ha can be accepted. This means that the variables job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) together have an influence on turnover intention (Y) at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi presensi kehadiran siswa berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi GPS dan WhatsApp API di SMP Negeri 1 Kertosono. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman Node.js serta pustaka NLP.js untuk mendukung fitur chatbot. Kehadiran siswa dapat diverifikasi secara real-time melalui lokasi GPS, dan notifikasi kehadiran dikirim langsung kepada orang tua melalui WhatsApp. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan pengawasan kehadiran siswa, serta mempercepat komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan presensi manual yang selama ini digunakan.
