Abstract

This research is about the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The urgency of this research is seen from consumers who determine purchasing decisions. The population in this study was Pasarbatang Subdistrict with 100 respondents using the Solvin formula. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that price wardah partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the Emina brand, price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, for the Viva brand, price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, in simultaneous testing the three brands had a significant effect. The suggestion in this research is that Wardah, Emina and Viva companies should always pay attention to product prices before marketing their products.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstract

An increasingly intensive marketing strategy is carried out by advertising on television, including advertisements for Aqua brand Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) products. Aqua's strategy has been effective in accordance with the findings of the market research conducted. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of the effectiveness of Aqua advertising 'existing version of Aqua'. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on positivistic research data (concrete data), namely numerical values to be measured using statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem under study to produce a conclusion. The population of this study was the entire audience of Aqua television commercials in Brebes County. The sample was obtained with the 10% Slovin formula of 200 respondents. The research instrument used was in the form of primary data from filling out questionnaires. The results showed that advertising creativity and humor elements had a positive effect on the effectiveness of Aqua advertisements, there was a positive influence of advertising attractiveness on the effectiveness of Aqua advertisements, the quality of advertising messages had a positive effect on advertising effectiveness and there was an influence on advertising creativity, humor elements, advertising attractiveness and quality of advertising messages simultaneously affected the effectiveness of Aqua advertisements in Brebes Regency

Abstract

Prestasi atlet renang yang optimal dapat dicapai melalui pelatihan yang sistematis dan bersifat dinamis, pembinaan yang diletakkan pada dasar yang kuat dan dilakukan sedini mungkin agar dapat berjalan baik sesuai dengan program yang direncanakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan orang tua, minat anak dan pembinaan pelatih terhadap prestasi atlet renang PRSI Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Antasena Swimming Club Brebes sebanyak 54 orang. Untuk proses analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0.702, menyatakan besarnya kontribusi variabel independen dukungan orang tua sebagai variabel (X1), minat anak sebagai (X2), pembinaan pelatih sebagai (X3) sebesar 70,20% dalam menerangkan variabilitas variabel dependen prestasi atlet (Y) pada prestasi atlet (Y) di Antasena Swimming Club. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 35.510 + 0.348 X1 + 0.180 X2 + 0.141 X3, dapat diartikan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan dukungan orang tua sebagai variabel (X1), minat anak sebagai (X2), pembinaan pelatih sebagai (X3) akan meningkatkan variabel prestasi atlet renang sebesar 0.348 satuan dukungan orang tua, 0,180 satuan minat anak, ditambah 0.141 satuan pembinaan pelatih, pada konstanta 35.510.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self efficacy and work ethic on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Ketanggungan District, Brebes Regency. Teacher job satisfaction is an important aspect in creating a productive and sustainable educational environment. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research population was 418 elementary school teachers, and as many as 204 teachers were selected as samples through probability sampling techniques using the simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using standardized questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Teachers who have high confidence in their abilities tend to be more satisfied in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, work ethic has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Teachers with a high work ethic show dedication, responsibility, and work ethic that have an impact on increasing job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables make a significant contribution to the level of teacher job satisfaction. These findings indicate that strengthening self-efficacy and instilling a good work ethic is an important strategy in increasing the job satisfaction of educators. The practical implications of this research can be a reference for education policy makers in designing teacher professional development programs.
