Abstract

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem is how job satisfaction and job stress can influence turnover intention among PT employees. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. The population in this study was 772 while the sample was 92 taken from the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, while the results were that the job satisfaction variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on PT turnover intention. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the tcount value is 6,141 > ttable value 1.986 and the resulting significant value of 0.000 is much smaller than α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable employee satisfaction (X1) partially has a significant effect on turnover intention (Y) PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia, the work stress variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the significant value is 00.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.278 > ttable 1.986, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable work stress (X2) partially has a significant effect on PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia's turnover intention (Y), satisfaction variable. work (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on turnover intention (Y). This is proven by the F test analysis which shows a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Ftable is (3.009), so Fcount is 78,890 > Ftable 3.009, so Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, likewise with a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05), then Ho rejected and Ha can be accepted. This means that the variables job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) together have an influence on turnover intention (Y) at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi presensi kehadiran siswa berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi GPS dan WhatsApp API di SMP Negeri 1 Kertosono. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman Node.js serta pustaka NLP.js untuk mendukung fitur chatbot. Kehadiran siswa dapat diverifikasi secara real-time melalui lokasi GPS, dan notifikasi kehadiran dikirim langsung kepada orang tua melalui WhatsApp. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan pengawasan kehadiran siswa, serta mempercepat komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi efektif terhadap permasalahan presensi manual yang selama ini digunakan.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang, yang berdampak jangka panjang pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak. Proses identifikasi stunting yang masih dilakukan secara manual oleh tenaga kesehatan seperti di posyandu atau puskesmas seringkali tidak efisien dan berisiko terjadi kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) guna mengidentifikasi stunting secara lebih sistematis. Sistem ini menggabungkan dua metode pengambilan keputusan, yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria yang memengaruhi status gizi anak, sedangkan metode SAW menghitung nilai akhir dan klasifikasi status gizi. Data penelitian berasal dari Puskesmas Gurah, Kediri, sebanyak 212 data balita. Implementasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Streamlit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengidentifikasi status gizi dengan hasil yang konsisten terhadap perhitungan manual. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi dalam membantu tenaga kesehatan untuk menentukan status gizi balita secara cepat, tepat, dan efisien, serta mendukung upaya pencegahan dan penanganan stunting di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan dasar.

Abstract

Aplikasi Nganjuk Smart City merupakan layanan berbasis mobile yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk untuk memberikan akses mudah kepada masyarakat terhadap informasi dan layanan publik. Namun demikian, sebagai aplikasi yang baru diluncurkan, tingkat adopsi dan pemanfaatan aplikasi Nganjuk Smart City masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari minimnya jumlah pengguna aktif dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat, terutama dari kalangan usia tua yang belum terbiasa dengan teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran penerimaan terhadap kualitas aplikasi Nganjuk Smart City. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur penerimaan aplikasi Nganjuk Smart City menggunakan technology acceptance model. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variable utama dari TAM yaitu kemudahan pengguna dan manfaat pengguna. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, diketahui kemudahan pengguna mendapatkan presentase 79,12 % yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Setuju”, Sedangkan manfaat pengguna mendapatkan presentase 79,37% yang termasuk kategori “Sangat Setuju”, dapat disimpulkan Aplikasi Nganjuk Smart City masih bisa diterima dari sisi kemudahan dan manfaatnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the price main production Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto per unit if calculated using the method full costing and difference price main production Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto used so far with the full costing method. This type of research is a case study with the object of research Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto business. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and direct observation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the cost of production of Tempe Berkah Wasis Susanto per unit when calculated using the full costing method was Rp7,050 higher than the calculation results made by the business actor of Rp6,400. The cost of production using the full costing method was Rp47,516,250 higher than the calculation results used by the business actor of Rp43,050,000 with a difference of Rp4,466,250. The cost of production per unit using the full costing method was Rp7,050 higher than the calculation results made by the business actor of Rp6,400 with a difference of Rp650.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy for deposit products to increase Third Party Funds (DPK) at Bank BJB's Sumber Branch. Deposits are a crucial component of banking operations, serving as the primary source of bank financing for lending and investment activities. In an era of increasingly competitive banking industry, particularly with the development of technology-based financial services (fintech), conventional banks are required to have innovative, adaptive, and customer-oriented marketing strategies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe the phenomena in depth. Data were collected through direct field observations, in-depth interviews with internal bank personnel, and documentation related to the strategy and implementation of deposit product promotions. The analytical technique used in this study was a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to evaluate the current marketing strategy and formulate future improvement measures. The results show that Bank BJB's Sumber Branch possesses several internal strengths, such as high public trust, close ties with the local community, and competitive and flexible deposit products. However, several weaknesses also exist, such as limited use of digital media and suboptimal financial product literacy among some customers. Externally, opportunities that can be exploited include increased public interest in safe investment products, while threats come from fintech competition offering similar products in more practical ways. Based on these findings, deposit product marketing strategies need to be directed at strengthening digital promotion, improving customer financial literacy, and developing more personalized services. This is expected to significantly increase third-party funds (DPK) and maintain sustainable bank growth amidst the current dynamics of the financial industry.

Abstract

This research is about the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The urgency of this research is seen from consumers who determine purchasing decisions. The population in this study was Pasarbatang Subdistrict with 100 respondents using the Solvin formula. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that price wardah partially does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For the Emina brand, price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, for the Viva brand, price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, in simultaneous testing the three brands had a significant effect. The suggestion in this research is that Wardah, Emina and Viva companies should always pay attention to product prices before marketing their products.
