Abstract

Online learning is a learning method that is carried out by not carrying out teaching and learning activities directly face to face but by utilizing internet-based information media using communication tools such as cellphones and laptops using the Google Meet application remotely. Google Meet is a videoconference application that can connect many people in one online space and can communicate and see each other virtually. Learning using Google Meet can affect students' liveliness levels during online learning. Learning effectiveness is an activity carried out by a teacher who motivates students by using special approaches and strategies to achieve a learning goal well. A lesson can be said to be effective if it is carried out well and achieved in accordance with the expected goals.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana problematika menurunnya adab murid terhadap guru: tantangan dan solusinya. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adab buruk seorang murid kepada gurunya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya: (1)Latar Belakang Keluarga, (2) Cara Bicara dan Muamalah Guru, (3) Lingkungan Pertemanan. Adapun hal yang mungkin dapat menjadi solusi dalam menangani masalah adab murid terhadap guru diantaranya : (1) Memperdalam Ilmu dalam pembinaan anak, (2) Menjaga Wibawa, (3) Menjaga Lisan, (4) Menjadi Teladan Bersama, (5) Mendo’akan Murid.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Tafsir learning based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its implications for the learning interests of class XA students at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Muwahidun Pati. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the use of ICT in learning PAI Tafsir can significantly increase students' interest in learning. Students become more active and motivated in participating in learning, and find it easier to understand the material presented. ICT-based learning also provides an interesting and interactive variety of teaching methods, creating a fun learning atmosphere. The implications of this research show that the integration of ICT in learning PAI Tafsir can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of religious education at MA Muwahidun Pati. In addition, this research suggests that teachers use ICT more in the learning process to maximize the potential of technology in the world of education.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of Islamic education from the perspective of two important figures in the history of Islamic education in Indonesia, namely KH. Ahmad Dahlan and Buya Hamka. Through a comparative study approach, this article aims to identify similarities and differences in the educational views and practices held by the two figures. KH. Ahmad Dahlan, founder of Muhammadiyah, is known for his modern and progressive educational concept, which integrates religious knowledge with general knowledge. Meanwhile, Buya Hamka, a Muslim scholar, writer and thinker, emphasized the importance of morals and spirituality in education. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis to explore the thoughts and works of these two figures, including their writings, lectures and educational practices. The results of the study show that although there are differences in their approaches, they both have the same goal, namely to form Muslim individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable and have noble character. It is hoped that this article can contribute to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia by integrating the values promoted by these two figures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and development of the Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method with a focus on evaluating curriculum implementation and material development. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study show that although the implementation of the Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta has been going well, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited time in the implementation of classroom learning and the need to innovate teaching methods so that students are more interested. Not only that, the quality of teachers is a crucial fact in the implementation of the curriculum. This research provides insight into the importance of developing a curriculum that is adaptive to the changing times and student needs, as well as improving teacher competence in teaching Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah subjects.

Abstract

In human life, he plays the role of a subject as well as an object. This also applies in the world of education, where humans hold a role as the subject and object of education. The topic of Humans as Objects and Subjects of Education leads readers to understand that humans play both roles. Thus, readers are expected to understand the basic understanding of human beings, the nature of human beings, and how human beings function as objects and subjects in education. This understanding begins with a general concept of human beings. Readers are invited to think about how humans play the role of educational objects and subjects who, in daily life, are directly involved in various educational activities. Therefore, there is no reason not to study the role of humans in such contexts. Furthermore, readers are invited to think and discuss further about the meaning of humans, the role of humans as objects of education, and the role of humans as educational subjects.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education has a very important role in the formation of Islamic character. This education offers a holistic approach that aims to create individuals who not only understand the teachings of the religion but are also able to apply them in various aspects of life. Thus, Islamic Religious Education has a strategic role in shaping Islamic character, especially in the challenging modern era. This research aims to identify the distinctive characteristics of PAI and explore its contribution in shaping individuals in accordance with Islamic values. The main problem raised is how the distinctive characteristics of PAI can be implemented effectively to create a balanced character between spiritual, moral, intellectual, and social aspects. The research method used is literature review and critical analysis of various relevant sources. The results of the study show that PAI is not only normative but also applicative, offering a holistic approach that emphasizes the understanding and application of Islamic values in daily life. This article also identifies key challenges in the implementation of PAI, such as the relevance of the curriculum to the needs of the era of globalization, as well as providing solutions based on an integrative and contextual approach. This study concludes that PAI plays an important role as an instrument for the formation of a generation with Islamic character, noble character, and firm faith, as well as being able to make a positive contribution to modern society.

Abstract

Islamic education aims to form individuals who have a balance in intellectual, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual aspects comprehensively. However, in its implementation in the field, Islamic education faces various challenges, especially in the process of transmitting knowledge and instilling Islamic values. These problems include a lack of a thorough understanding of the concept of Islamic education, limited resources, and resistance to Islamic approaches in the modern environment. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the relevance of the concept of ta'dib as initiated by al-Attas in Islamic education. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with practitioners and education observers, direct observations, and literature studies of al-Attas' works and related documents. Content analysis techniques are used to evaluate the challenges of Islamic education and identify how the concept of ta'dib can be applied practically. The results of the study show that the concept of ta'dib is relevant as a comprehensive model of Islamic education. This approach emphasizes the importance of an Islamic view of life through the integration of tawhidy values in every aspect of the educational process. With the application of the concept of ta'dib, Islamic education has the potential to create civilized humans who are able to provide solutions to the problems of the people, although systematic efforts are still needed to overcome implementation challenges in the field.

Abstract

This article examines the basic concept of Islamic education consisting of tarbiyah, ta'lim, and ta'dib. These three concepts are the most important foundation for the development of human resources who are knowledgeable, noble, and civilized in accordance with Islamic values. Tarbiya focuses on developing its overall physical, mental and spiritual potential. Ta'lim focuses on the systematic transfer of knowledge to improve understanding and skills. On the other hand, Ta'dib emphasizes moral and ethical education to develop civilized and responsible human beings. This study uses literature review techniques to analyze these concepts based on relevant literature. This analysis shows that the integration of tarbiyah, ta'lim, and tahdib can provide a comprehensive Islamic education framework to answer current challenges.

Abstract

This article discusses how Islamic education adapts and innovates in curriculum development in the digital era 4.0. While digital technology provides many opportunities, there are various challenges that must be faced, such as limited access to technology, lack of digital skills among teachers, differences between Islamic values and modern technology, and cultural barriers. Through a literature review, this article emphasizes the importance of building a curriculum that combines technology with Islamic values, improving teachers' digital skills, and utilizing technology wisely. This research aims to keep Islamic education relevant and competitive in the digital era without losing the Islamic identity that is the foundation.
