Abstract

Menurut WHO dan UNICEF, terdapat sekitar 2 milyar kasus diare di seluruh dunia setiap tahunnya dan 1,9 juta anak di bawah 5 tahun meninggal karena diare. Survei Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2023, menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi diare pada balita sebesar 7,4%. Beberapa faktor penyebab kejadian diare adalah pengetahun ibu, pengolahan air minum dan kualitas jamban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu, pengolahan air minum, dan kualitas jamban dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Tiris. Desain penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada 26 Juli – 5 Agustus 2024 dengan jumlah sampel 99 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan metode cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar cheklist. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Tiris dengan nilai p value 0,000. Ada hubungan pengolahan air minum dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Tiris dengan nilai p value 0,003. Ada hubungan kualitas jamban dengan kejadian diare pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Tiris dengan nilai p value 0,000. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi cerminan dalam rangka mengetahui penyakit diare dan penanganan diare pada balita, dan mengetahui manfaat pengolahan air minum dan kualitas jamban.

Abstract

International Indonesia several environmental factors that affect the occurrence of work stress, such as the environment, vibration, lighting and dust. One of the causes that affect the occurrence of work stress in workers is fatigue. This type of research is an interview method using a descriptive approach with the aim of obtaining information about the description of fatigue experienced by workers at the factory of PT. SCU Desa Silam in 2021 by conducting interviews through the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) questionnaire, namely the Swedish work fatigue inventory. This research was conducted in Silam Village. This research was conducted on 10 - 17 December 2021. The population of this study were all workers at the factory of PT. Silam Village SCU in 2021 based on observations, namely as many as 422 people divided into each factory, namely Factory 0 (33 people), Factory 1 (54 people), Factory 2 (75 people), Factory 3 (117 people), Factory 4 (64 people), Factory 5 (49 people), Factory 6 (30 people). The object studied in this study were workers at PT. SCU Desa Silam Factory section. The sample in this study was 205 respondents. From the results of the study, it was found that based on the energy level of the factory workers at PT. SCU, for the category that lacks energy, out of 205 respondents, 111 respondents (54.1%) experienced work fatigue. Based on the physical ability of factory workers at PT. SCU, for the category of workers who have small physical abilities, out of 205 respondents, 71 respondents (34.6%) experienced work fatigue. Based on the physical comfort of factory workers at PT. SCU, for the category of workers who are not comfortable working, out of 205 respondents, 106 respondents (51.7%) experienced work fatigue. Based on the motivation of factory workers at PT. SCU, for the category of workers who are less motivated than 205 respondents, 64 respondents (31.2%) experienced work fatigue. Based on the drowsiness of factory workers at PT. Maruki Internasional Indonesia, for the category of workers who experience fatigue, out of 205 respondents, 108 respondents (52.6%) experienced fatigue. Keywords: work fatigue, construction

Abstract

Someone who works for a long time and work positions that are not ergonomic can certainly cause musculoskeletal disorders. One of the musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) associated with computer use is neck pain. The cause of neck pain is due to not paying attention to ergonomic positions, resulting in neck muscle fatigue caused by awkward postures of the neck muscles for a long time. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between duration and work posture of computer use with neck pain complaints in Kampar Regent Office employees. This type of research is an observational analytic quantitative method with a cross sectional design. The population and sample in this study amounted to 72 people with total sampling technique. Data collection tools using questionnaire distribution and observation. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis with the fisher exact. The results showed that the duration of work had a p-value of 0.02 (p<0.05), and the work posture had a p-value of 0.04 (p<0.05). This shows that there is a significant relationship between work duration and work posture with neck pain complaints in Kampar Regent Office employees. It is expected that employees of the Kampar Regent's Office pay more attention to the duration and good work posture so as to reduce complaints of neck pain.
