This research aims to find out the Effect of Training, Motivation, And Employee Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This study used questionnaires that used scoring techniques on likert scale techniques. The sample in this study is that all members of the population are sampled, namely Workers who work in UD. RAHMAN numbered 32 people. Analytical Techniques and Hypothesis Testing Techniques Analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study showed that training does not have a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance. This research aims to find out the Influence of Leadership and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT PLN UID East Java. Data collection methods include check lists, questionnaires, interview guidelines, to cameras for photos or to record images. In this case the method of collecting data through questionnaires by spreading questionnaires to employees of PT PLN UID JATIM. Modeling in the analysis of this study is to use PLS. The results showed that leadership styles that give a very good influence in improving employee performance, as well as employee loyalty have an influence in improving performance. The conclusion of this study is that employees will easily excel and easily improve their performance if the leadership or manager has a good nature, firm and not arbitrary towards employees. Meanwhile, employees who have high loyalty to the company will automatically improve performance directly. Keywords: Influence of Leadership, Loyalty, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and labor discipline on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik. The population of this study were all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Gresik, which amounts to 63. The sampling technique used in this study used the saturated sampling method, information gathering is carried out throught distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with reliability test, validation tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) work environment has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better the work environment in a company, the better the job satisfaction in the company. 2) Labor discipline has a contribution to job satisfaction, which means that the better labor discipline the better the job satisfaction. The company needs to improve the work environment and the labor discipline given to employees so that employee job satisfaction increases

There are still problems in terms of performance making this research the main priority. The purposes of this study to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of Packing Plant Celukan Bawang PT Semen Tonasa. The questionnaire distributed to employees of the Celukan Bawang Packing Plant of PT Semen Tonasa which opened 55 employees was primary data and used a sample of 55 respondents. Saturated sample is used as a sampling technique using a saturated sampling technique. This study uses questionnaires as a data collection method and uses a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Meanwhile, the researchers used Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical technique. Based on the results of research conducted that motivation and work discipline individually has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Human resource management (HRM) is a crucial aspect of the company's scope when running its organization in order to realize its vision and mission. Good HRM will result in more productive and efficient HR performance. To achieve maximum performance, it is necessary to minimize work stress within the scope of work and the provision of compensation must also be considered. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of work stress and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Fresh Pure Utama Mojokerto. The research sample amounted to 84 respondents with saturated sampling method. Data were collected from respondents' answers through the distribution of questionnaires. Testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was carried out first. In testing the hypothesis through the SEM PLS analysis method, it can be seen that the t-test, p-values, and path coefficients show that work stress has a non-significantly negative effect on employee performance, while compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of R2, 25% of employee performance is affected by work stress and compensation.

Human resources become a factor that greatly affects the success of the company. Thus the company must also have skills in managing human resources as employees who work, because patented human resources will also have a good influence on the work tasks that exist in the company. Research this study aims to examine the impact of communication and work environment on employee performance at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik. Research in the character of a quantitative approach. The population of this research consisted of 63 employees, the sampling technique was used in the form of saturated sampling, and the entire universe was used as the research sample. We use surveys as a data collection method that is distributed to service and production personnel. Analytical model to analyze the data of the study with the SEM method using the PLS software. Research shows that better communication can improve employee performance at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik. Then they can increase the performance of employees at PDAM Giri Tirta Kabupaten Gresik in a suitable and good working environment

This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment and work discipline to employees performance on Pos Indonesia, Co. Ltd Branch kebonrojo Surabaya. This research is quantitative. There are 2 variables are used, those are independent variables which Work Environment and Work Discipline and dependent variables which Employees Performance. there are population in this study as much 59 employees. Sampling technique useed saturated sample which the entire population is the research sample. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of service and distribution process division. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are: (1) Work Environment has positive and not significant effects to employees performance (2) work discipline has positive and significant effects to employees performance.

Abstrak Disiplin kerja dibangun melalui persepsi individu atas sikap dan perilaku tertentu, didukung lingkungan sekitar kerja yang memadai sebagai faktor prediktor dari meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Adapun penelitian bertujuan mengetahui konsep disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Kaibon Indah dengan total sampel berjumlah 55 orang karyawan. Penelitian memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan structural equation modelling dan partial least square (PLS) sebagai alat analisis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kaibon Indah. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan; Lingkungan Kerja. Abstract Work discipline is built through individual perceptions of certain attitudes and behaviors, supported by an adequate work environment as a predictor factor of increased employee performance. The study aims to determine the concept of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees in the production department at PT Kaibon Indah with a total sample of 55 employees. The research utilizes quantitative methods with structural equation modeling and partial least square (PLS) as analytical tools. The findings show that work discipline affects performance and the work environment affects the performance of PT Kaibon Indah employees. Human resources are an important role in achieving the goals of the company. Human resources are the main factor for management in the organization. Resources are also important things to be given more attention by the industry, because good resources by the company can make the value in the company increase and the company will achieve the desired goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PT. Arsynergy Resources. This study is a quantitative study. The population in the study is 60 employees. The sampling technique used is by using a saturated sample. Methods in collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis for data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results of the study, obtained if the existence of good work discipline can increase the performance of employees at PT. Arsynergy Resource, and the results of the test show that if there is a work stress that is not excessive, it can certainly improve the performance of PT. Arsynergy Resources
