Abstract

In achieving the company's goals, maximum attention is needed in improving the performance of each employee so that later they can obtain maximum results as expected, by making efforts to pay attention to and manage performance in a predetermined framework, which includes objectives, standards and competency requirements. planned. Performance is an achievement or result achieved by an individual in relation to the duties and authorities assigned to him. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Cargo Deleveri Special. The population used in this study are employees at PT. Special Cargo Deleveri Surabaya in the operational section as many as 52 people and the sample of this study used a saturated sample. In this study using quantitative methods using structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) as analytical tools. This study found that compensation is able to contribute to improving employee performance and work stress has a negative contribution to improving employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee loyalty and work environment on employee performance at PT. PMP Bobbin Unit Jember. The data used is primary data used is primary data used is primary data from at PT.PMP Bobbin unit Jember. The data sample was taken using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of working period of more than equal to 20 years with a total of 78 samples that will be tested using the SEM PLS application, from the results of the analysis it is known that employee loyalty has an influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable is known to be less effect on employee performance at PT. PMP Bobbin unit Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya with 38 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results showed that job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment among employees at PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. In conclusion, the presence of job satisfaction and good work motivation will create a strong organizational commitment to each employee. Abstract

Increasing employee morale is an important factor so company can achieves their goals. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the work environments also work discipline on the morale of employees of the Security Services Division of PT. Cipta Esavira Sejahtera. The data used is primary data, namely data collected through questionnaire distributed to employees of the Security Services Division of PT. Cipta Esavira Sejahtera which consisted of 42 employees and the sample used was 42 respondents. The Likert scale is used as a measurement. The sampling technique using an saturated sampling techniques. Meanwhile, the analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study are: 1.) The work environment affects the morale of employees; 2.) Work discipline affects the morale of employees.

Abstract

Motivasi Kerja serta Kepuasan Kerja ialah salah satu faktor bisa memberikan pengaruh akan Kinerja Karyawan. Studi ini dengan tujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja serta Kepuasan Kerja akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Populasi pada studi yaitu semua pekerja PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk dengan total 57 orang. Teknik untuk pengambilan sampel pada studi memakai teknik sampel secara jenuh. Dalam studi ini untuk sampel diambil sebanyak populasi dari PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Metode untuk pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara serta penyebaran kuisoner. Pada studi ini untuk metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisi data memakai PLS. Dengan hasil studi jika variabel Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millennium Pharmacon Internatioanl Tbk. Serta Variabel Kepuasan kerja juga memberikan suatu pengaruh akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan; Motivasi Kerja Abstract Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. Abstract

In this era of globalization and rapidly advancing technology, the level of competition in finding work and income is getting higher. This is due to a mismatch between the number of jobs available and the number of job seekers. Therefore, we cannot continue to depend on existing job vacancies, but there should be a desire within us to be self-employed. In addition, not all of the existing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have produced the desired output. One of the big challenges for SMEs is the lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills needed to manage the business effectively. It is necessary to strive for training that can provide the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to MSME owners so that they can optimize their business potential. This entrepreneurship training method uses two methods, namely training by providing material as well as discussion and question and answer. From the results of the implementation of this training program, the participants' responses were enthusiastic and positive. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants which is reflected in their active participation in the training. The participants also demonstrated their understanding of entrepreneurship which was strengthened by their ability to answer the mentor's questions.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai ialah aset di suatu organisasi dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya, namun ada faktor yang dapat menurunkan tingkat kinerja tersebut seperti kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Adanya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruhnya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai bagian pelayanan, proses dan distribusi di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya yang berjumlah 60 orang. Untuk pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh populasi ditetapkan sebagai responden dengan jumlah 60 karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada responden. Penetapan analisis data ialah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan skala ukur ordinal melalui skala likert. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, technological developments underwent very rapid changes so that the information obtained was quite easy and fast to obtain. The marketing system is no exception. Digital marketing currently has a big influence on sales. The MSME Kitchen Gemilang Fitriyah is an MSME engaged in the culinary business in Penjaringansari Village, Rungkut, Surabaya. In this case, MSME actors still have problems in that their products do not have an inherent brand image, and do not have social media to expand their market. Through the use of digital branding by loading visual communication, it is hoped that it will be able to help MSME actors, as one of the promotional media to develop a business in the digital marketing era. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In the data collection stage using direct interviews with MSME owners. From the results of this study resulted that by choosing social media as promotional media and making logo designs, packaging labels, and product photos to develop their MSME.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction in PT Medico Berkat Abadi. The sameple used in this research was employees of PT. Medico Berkat Abadi with total of 60 respondents. This research uses the method. Saturated sampling and analysis techniques usung Partial Least Square. Research result This shows that work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and Work Disipline have a significant positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pillar Indo Abadi in Surabaya. The research method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance which is acceptable, with path coefficients of 0.432845, and a T-statistic value of 4.560795 which is greater than the Z value α = 0.05 (5%) = 1.96, so Significant (positive), the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance which is acceptable, with path coefficients of 0.335382, and a T-statistic value of 2.90990 which is greater than the Z value α = 0.05 (5%) = 1.96 , then it is significant (positive). In conclusion, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pillar Indo Abadi in Surabaya. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pillar Indo Abadi in Surabaya. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Work Environment
