Abstract

Surabaya, one of the major cities in Indonesia, has shown progress in the implementation of e-government, particularly in the field of population services. The Surabaya City Government has developed the Klampid New Generation application to make it easier for the community to manage population administration online. The implementation of e-government in Surabaya is based on regional regulations that provide a strong legal basis for developing digital population services. The development of the Klampid New Generation application is a manifestation of the Surabaya City Government's commitment to realizing digital transformation in the field of population administration.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat persaingan di sektor usaha, koperasi menjadi salah satu lembaga usaha yang konsisten memperlihatkan keberadaannya. Karena tenaga kerja adalah elemen yang wajib mendapat perhatian khusus, terutama yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya bisa terpengaruh oleh sejumlah aspek, di antaranya adalah ada atau tidaknya dorongan kerja, bagaimana kepemimpinan, serta suasana lingkungan kerja yang menunjang. Berdasarkan pemikiran tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kepemimpinan dan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Koperasi Karyawan Sampoerna Surabaya. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan di Koperasi Karyawan Sampoerna Surabaya, dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan alternatif metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Karyawan Sampoerna.

Abstract

Beban kerja merupakan faktor tantangan yang seringkali dihadapi oleh organisasi ataupun perusahaan dalam proses mencapai target yang diinginkan. Beban kerja menjadi suatu tantangan bagi perusahaan karena beban kerja akan berpengaruh besar terhadap performa kinerja karyawan. Jika perusahaan tidak dapat mengidentifikasi beban kerja pada karyawan dengan baik, maka menyebabkan distribusi pekerjaan yang tidak merata. Fenomena-fenomena yang akan sering kali muncul adalah overload yang mengakibatkan karyawan mengalami kelelahan fisik dan mental ataupun fenomena underload yang menyebabkan karyawan seringkali memiliki banyak waktu luang dalam jam kerja dan mengakibatkan inefisiensi dalam kerja. Maka dari itu, perlunya melakukan analisis beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar beban kerja yang ideal untuk diterima oleh karyawan. Analisis Beban Kerja ini akan dilakukan di Departemen Laboratory PT X. Pada departemen Laboratory terjadi distribusi pekerjaan yang timpang. Jabatan Vice President Laboratory, Senior Manager Laboratory, dan Teknisi Strength Test terjadi overload. Untuk jabatan yang fit terjadi pada jabatan Supervisor Laboratory dan Teknisi Consolidation. Untuk jabatan yang underload terjadi pada jabatan Data Processing, Sample Handling, Teknisi Compaction & CBR, Teknisi Index Properties. Perlunya implementasi dan evaluasi terhadap sistem pengukuran dan penetapan beban kerja agar bermanfaat untuk perencanaan rekrutmen di masa yang akan datang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Gemilang Succes Bersatu. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, data collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between job satisfaction variables and turnover intention.

Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan bergantung pada kinerja karyawannya, bisa seperti dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan yang menjadi salah satu faktor dalam berproduktivitasnya suatu perusahaan. Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo menghadapi penurunan kinerja karyawan dari 2021 hingga 2023, disertai meningkatnya keluhan pelanggan, meskipun angka ketidakhadiran menurun. Studi ini bertujuan yakni guna menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya. Pendekatan studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan pendistribusian kuesioner secara terstruktur yang diberikan kepada 60 responden di divisi kurir logistik dengan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang diadopsi pada studi ini ialah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil studi menginterpretasikan bahwasanya motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan membawa pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Indikator dorongan mencapai tujuan pada motivasi kerja dan kemampuan mengendalikan emosi pada kepemimpinan menjadi indikator dominan yang memengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran program pelatihan, jenjang karir yang jelas, dan pengelolaan emosi yang baik oleh pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dengan merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan motivasi dan pengembangan kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly tight business competition every year, employee performance is a determining factor in the success of the TAM Syariah Cooperative as a company engaged in savings and loan services, this cooperative offers various models of savings and loan agreements according to customer needs. To improve employee performance, good human resources are needed. This study aims to analyze two important aspects of the performance of TAM Syariah Cooperative employees, namely the influence of work discipline and leadership on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with an analysis tool using SMART PLS. The population of this study consisted of 46 employees, and the entire population was also used as a research sample through a saturated sampling method. The findings of this study reveal that work discipline and leadership each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, indicating that improvements in both factors can have a positive impact on productivity and work effectiveness in the company

Abstract

Organizational commitment is a key factor influencing a company's effectiveness and sustainability. PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Pacitan is a company engaged in power generation, transmission, and distribution. This study aims to explore the effect of workload and work discipline on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Pacitan. This research employs a quantitative method using a questionnaire for data collection. The study population consists of 247 employees, with a sample of 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results indicate that workload has a positive but insignificant effect on organizational commitment, while work discipline has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, workload significantly influences organizational commitment through job satisfaction, and work discipline also significantly affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial component in a company. The existence of human resources can impact or influence the success of the company. This study aims to analyze the impact of work motivation and workload on employee performance in the marketing and production departments at PT Rajawali Citramass. A quantitative approach was applied in this study. The population of this study includes all employees of the marketing and production department at PT Rajawali Citramass as many as 60 people. The sampling technique applied is the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study reveal that work motivation and workload load significantly positively on employee performance.

Abstract

The retail industry has rapidly developed in recent years. This shift is caused by increasingly intense competition, and in order to compete with rivals and maintain their position, retail companies must have the ability to adapt to changing times. This research aims to explore the implications of knowledge management and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT SBC Berkah Bersama. Using a quantitative method with Partial Least Square data analysis technique. The sampling technique used the probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique involving 95 employees as respondents. The findings of the research show that knowledge management has a positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. This research shows that knowledge management and organizational culture are crucial factors to improve employee performance. This research also contributes to the understanding of how knowledge management and organizational culture influence employee performance especially for retail companies.
